Excellent service, super fast, friendly, and helpful. They didn t push for any unnecessary extras, and they gave me some advice for any issues they noticed. Literally was in and out in about 10 minutes.

What a pleasant surprise! I've learned to brace myself for the inevitable "wave an air filter in your face" upselling that most rapid oil change places do, but Flash Lube (which has Shell Rapid Lube branding on the building) just silently checked the filter and didn't say boo because it was already fine.

These guys got me in and changed my oil quickly. Flash lube had everything I needed for my duramax diesel, they accommodated my custom additives and gave excellent customer service while flawlessly servicing my complete lubrication system, steering, suspension, and drivetrain grease points. My truck is very happy now and so am I. Thanks guys for being open on Saturday to help us service our vehicles, yall are a valuable asset to this community.

Outstanding service, everyone was friendly and they were knowledgeable and explained everything to me every step of the way and for what they did.. the price was great. I have been using this business for a long time. The men that change the oil are very friendly and pleasant.In the last 6 months or so there is a new man there. He wears a red and black shirt. He is very unfriendly and arrogant.I have thought about changing but the service men are great

Air and TV while u wait...good prices..wait not long...the man that runs it is very nice..I've been here twice since my usual place on Thomas rd has new ownership..they do inspection stickers also
