Started an over 20 hr trip home to NC. Had an annoying steering wheel shake around 70mph on my Sequoia. Took the first exit i came to and luckily found Doucet Tire. Requested to have all 4 tires balanced. Customer service was excellent and quick. They had all 4 of my tires balanced and back on the road in about 15 mins. Price was exceptional. No more steering wheel shake!!! Highly recommend the fellas in this shop for your tire needs. Thanks

I was traveling from Houston texas to Biloxi MS when I had a blow out. The nearest tire shop was here. I purchased a new tire for $200. Drove off and on my way back to Houston my vehicle began shaking. Took my vehicle in to Firestone thinking I had a busted axil come to find out the tire that was sold to me had a boot in it. Called them to let them know they sold me a bad tire and was told it was nothing they can do without having the tire physically. I called Firestone to try to retrieve the tire but it had been picked up already. BAD BUSSINESS TO NOT EVEN TO OFFER AT LEAST HALF BACK ON

Professional service from the front desk team and technicians. Caught a flay on I-10 and was able to ride my spare to Doucet Tire, the closest tire shop from the exit. Got me back on the road in about 10-15 minutes start to finish. Thankful for their help.

amazing service! used several services in lake charles but small town service cant be beat. had a flat tire, they had someone at my house within 15 minutes and he was done in less than 20 minutes. great prices!!! and super professional and friendly technician! my second time using them. easy 5 star rating

Just driving into Lake Charles,Many trips back and forth, low tire warning again.Found Doucet tire, not only did they see me right away, but said they needed to check it out before getting back on the road.Seriously, less than 5 minutes and tire is already off my vehicle and being repaired.How do you thank someone for this kind of service? Stressful enough with business destroyed, just grateful...

I will recommend Doucet tire to everyone. My 72 dad was doing my son and I a favor picking up camper that my son has been living in since hurricane. We finally found a home so he moved in. My dad went pick up camper that my brother n law let him stay in. Well not a hour on road my dad gets a flat on camper. He calls me he pulled over as he is trying to look at tire 18 wheelers flying by. So he goes ahead and keeps rolling until he finds a safe place I could hear the big trucks on phone. I was so worried I went ahead and gave Doucet tire in Welch a call . In a matter of minutes they went to his location changed tire . My dad followed the guy to the shop they put spare back on rim and put new tire on camper and got him already in a couple of hours. I was so relieved. I want to tell them thanks again for a great job ! They were excellent!!

This is the most accommodating tire shop in the history of tire shops. I turned up half an hour before closing time needing a new tire, and they did that and a tire rotation and an oil change. Excellent.
