They didn t tighten the bolts on the plate that covers where they change my oil . It lost all but 1 and I was going 80 mph on the interstate. Can t get anyone on the phone and there is no way they will make it right. Glad my 16 month old son wasn t in the car get your employees retrained. Luckily these strangers are helping tie it up

The location lacks major customer service. I went to get an oil change for a week and a half straight and was blown off because the oil filter housing that THEY stripped was unavailable. On week 2 they told me I was out of luck and to go to the dealership to get the part and bring it back. I used the dealership for the oil change too obviously. I suggest better management and maybe have Kade take some management classes so he can be successful in his position. He offered no solution for the problem take 5 created and I was left to figure this issue out on my own.

Braydan & Fred were amazing. Talk about the best customer service!!!!! Went on a Sunday. We were politely greeted & given water. Not only did they change my oil, but they also provided thorough details on the type of oil my vehicle requires, they asked if my whippers needed maintenance, checked my air filter & showed me the condition of my current one. They cleaned my windshield and back window. They checked and put air in my tires The bonus was them advising me that once my vehicle hits 3000 miles after this oil change they will refill my oil for free. After finishing my oil they provided proof as well. . I will be back.

Got and oil change a few days ago. Went on my first extended drive today and while sitting at a railroad crossing waiting for a train to pass, smoke starts bellowing from under my hood. Pop the hood and there's coolant all over the place and no cap on my reservoir. Seems as though Take 5 forgot to put the cap back on my coolant reservoir so now I have to go buy coolant and a new cap. Well done.

Timely and courteous. So far I've always been offered a drink while I wait in my vehicle. They let me know what they can check and replace before just doing it. Nice staff and decent price. I like that they check the air in my tires too.Came back for windshield wipers, they work great now. I feel safer driving in rain. Quick service too.Service: Oil change

A bit pricey however as always you get what you pay for. The staff (Johntre and the other techs I didnt catch their names) were quite friendly, highly professional, very efficient, and work with a great sense of urgency. My vehicle runs 100% better and I got a veteran discount. Thanks guys! Keep up the good work .

I appreciate the location and love the service. I have visited this location twice now and the faces have changed but the service has been consistent. I was greeted quickly and informed of each step. I would recommend this oil change place to everyone of my Livingston Parish neighbors.

It was horrible went there I've always gone to denam store I went back to them for second time a guy named Kade was so rude he told me there last tech put wrong oil in my car slammed my hood an told me to go back to denam store if I didn't like there service the thing is they are the one who put my oil in last wow guess they don't want money

Definitely the most pleasant experience I ve had to date at Take 5 Oil Change at ANY location. The manager on duty both Sunday November 5th and Tuesday November 7th went the extra mile to ensure that everything went smoothly. Definitely recommend!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

The service was good and employees were friendly. The only problem (big problem) was the quoted price was around $55 but since my vehicle takes 2 extra quarts of oil I was charged $31 more. I don t think oil is $15.50 per quart! If I ever go back I ll have 2 quarts of oil with me, tell them to put 5 quarts in and then pull into parking lot and add the 2 quartsService: Oil change

i got an oil change and they really messed up my car i learned my lesson now to not come :/ tighten things to much and oil wasn t placed right when i got it changed again i was told it wasn t done right and it was difficult to fix what was done took longer than it should ve thankfully got it fixed by another company but honestly they should take there time rather than be super fast to get it done and car about customers bc we are the ones that have to get the things fixed and paid for.

Had to stop in last minute to get my daughters oil changed in her car. Marcus was our tech, and he was excellent from start to finish!!! I highly recommend this place of business for any of your oil changing needs! All three of the techs that were working were super nice and friendly, but I can only speak on Marcus work, because he was our guy that completed everything! I wanted to leave him a tip, but had no cash, as I paid with a card, so I apologized for not being able to do so. He assured me that he didn t expect any tip, so I told him I d make sure to leave a review for him, since he was so professional and extremely polite!!!!Service: Oil change

Paid extra for full synthetic oil. But the sticker to let me know when the next oil change , indicates another oil change in only 3000 miles, the same as regular oil. So I'm not convinced they even put full synthetic that I paid for. Not going back.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I kept asking how much certain things were and all they would do is show me ,no "this looks fine "you don't need it " instead they assumed I knew the prices and wether or not things were good some people don't know the logistics of care stuff so I ended up getting charged 200$ won't be going back I'm angry they could have informed me .

Jordan Antonio and Landon were great would definitely recommend this service to anyone needing a lil change in the area. Show me my air filter and my cabin filter was very extremely dirty awesome job guys.

My concern is with the tire pressure that was listed on the checkout form did not match what the manufacturer dictated. I brought my car back and they said oh the tech must have been busy and did not change default setting. I also asked them to check my tires to see what they were and they tried to insist on inflating my back tires to higher than the manufacturer setting (when hot). They said they usually match the back to the front and the tech told me they won t pop . I had to insist on the manufacturer setting. Also, how do I know that all services were performed if they don t always change the default. I was pretty disappointed. I will not be going back to that location again.Service: Oil change

There were approximately 6 guys all taking care of my car. It took less than 5 minutes! They even aired my tires, cleaned my windshield and gave the two kids in the car capri suns and a pack of Gummy fruit snacks. Great Job!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Paid $100 for an oil change at this location yesterday. Got to work this morning and there is a puddle of oil under my truck the size of a basketball. Who knows how much leaked at my house overnight. There is also oil all over my engine where they spilled it everywhere when they put the oil in. Nobody will answer the phone at the Walker location or the corporate office. If I could give them zero stars I would. Would not recommend this location.Service: Oil change
