I had a good time with the car lot it was really awesome I got a Kia Rio and it had way less than 100,000 miles on it!!!They made sure the catalytic converter was fixed before I left. It was pretty awesome! They have all kinds of cars over here you should come get one

JeauxJeaux is amazing! This is our second vehicle in 12 years from Southeast Auto sales. They are great people, upfront and honest, and they made sure that if anything was wrong with our Jeep they fixed it. No questions asked!!!! I highly recommend this place to purchase from, and we will definitely be back when we are ready to purchase again!

I bought my car from here and it runs great was clean too. But I recommended them to my girlfriend, big mistake, and in the process of making the sale we inspected the vehicle ourselves and told them they need to replace the battery because it had a MOUNTAIN of corrosion on one of the terminals. It was kind late so they said they it would be done tomorrow. We came back the next day and asked about the things we asked to fix. He said he topped the freon off. But when I asked him about the battery he said he didn't see anything and it was fine. So I said I'd pop the hood and show him. And as clear as an indoor pool with a balanced PH there it was, the same battery with the fabled MOUNTAIN of corrosion. He said ok and would get a free replacement. End of sale. Six months later we noticed through that entirety that the vehicle was doing some weird tugging and jerking. Couldn't take it to the shop for money and scheduling reasons so when we did IT TURNED OUT TO BE A TRANSMISSION ISSUE! I understand that there is a waranty for this reason and its a used car but why not have your vehicles inspected and inform the customer of its faults. This experience was just as bad as buying a car off of Facebook Marketplace. I'd rather you throw your money directly into the Waste Management dump than spend it here.Edit/note: it took us 6 months to get the car inspected and diagnosed due to money reasons. The issues persisted the entire time.

If I could it would be 0 DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM PRAIRIEVILLE. I will never ever recommend these people ever. Don't waste you time all you will have is headache and run around

So far the car is running great and they were rlly sweet when I bought it, BUTTT they will NOT follow up w you to help get basic necessities fixed on ur car afterwards even after they said they would even after you remind them. Asked if they could replace some basic safety hazards on my car and trusted that they would fix them, they said they would, never said anything after that. It s getting tiring to keep reminding them w no effort from them. Why sell a car for that much and not even have the basics already fixed before selling???

Bought a great priced 2020 Grand Caravan from Ron. Had a glitchy engine light issue. They went above and beyond to remedy the issue to our satisfaction. Would buy from Southeast again but we plan on a long ownership! Was very patient and offered several choices to insure our needs were met. Thank you!

Mr Mike was very rude and was basically throwing a fit when I wanted to leave because I didn t like the ridiculous price he offered me for a vehicle. Would never step foot there again completely unprofessional. He was lying about everything about the cars and I knew this because I had seen the car fax beforehand. He was such a big man baby I would never step foot over there again even if there was a brand new car for $2 sitting on that lot.

I will never have need to shop at another dealership. Brian, Flip and Ron invited us in and treated us like family. There were some issues with the car which needed to be addressed, and they didn't hesitate to handle them to get us on the road. We bought the 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe and I'm so in love with it. Never knew an SUV would turn out to be my dream car. The southeast team was professional, courteous and went above and beyond to get us financed and into a new ride. Absolutely horrible car dealership. I went a while back and not only are the cars and trucks overpriced, but they re absolute junk. A Ford truck priced at $21,000 had numerous scratches, dents, and a messed up and partially rusted cargo bed. Not only that but they couldn t even put the effort in to clean the dang thing. It was just nasty on the inside and the windows wouldn t even go down. Ontop of that, my neighbor (who is also in these reviews) had bought a jeep suv from them and the engine needed to be completely replaced within weeks of them buying it. I would give 0 stars if i could. The worst part is, im downplaying the severity of the truck because there was so much wrong with it, that i don t remember it all!

My husband and I had a great experience buying our SUV at Southeast Auto Inc. Carl was friendly and very informative and helpful from the second we walked in the door. Just would like to say these guys go above and beyond to help you find the right vehicle and do what they can to help you with your finances as well .I personally had Carl (flip) as a salesperson and that night he had several different people who he was dealing with but made all of us a priority I want to thank him and Mr Brian for helping my dreams come true .!!! Could not ask for better people at this dealership! Service before and after the sell! If they don t have what you looking for they will try to find it for you! Tell them your price range and what your looking for. He will work very hard for you!! Christian man as well so you know he s doing a good deal for you!!! I can t say enough good about this place!

Bought a complete lemon from these guys and they refuse to take it back!They lied about the vehicle I purchased. I was told it had no accidents and one owner. I purchased this vehicle at the end of October 2020. It broke down in Jan, transmission issues... again in February..Come to find out that this vehicle has been wrecked with FRAME DAMAGE!!! And has had FIVE owners. If I could give 0 stars I would!
