The employee used a corporate discount code but on the recipet it shows he used his phone number which he didn t even ask me if i wanted to use my own number

I will never step foot in the location ever again!!! One guy asked what I need help with. I explained what I was looking for. He directed me to the aisle it should be on. I looked for maybe 15 mins then left. 3 men stood at the front talking about everything under the sun. Not 1 time did either of them ask if I needed help finding the product. The entire experience was horrible. I listened while one of them talked about his black neighbors, I just left after that. None of them said a word to me as I was leaving. It was very awkward and uncomfortable.

Take your business to Auto Zone about a block away. Every employee here is very standoffish, but at Auto Zone they are super friendly. Michael in specific seems very rude and like he doesn't even want to be there. He wouldn't be working at my business. He acted like having to help a customer with the most basic task was a massive inconvenience for him. If I'm not mistaken, the dude had an attitude. Not to mention, I had to do the guys job for him.

Staff is actually knowledgeable about parts. More than half the time, you'll get good tips on repairs from the people working there. If you have a check engine light issue, they'll hook up to your vehicle's computer for free to check the codes, and print them out if you ask in advance.

Had what I needed first. Then got me next morning on another part the day after. Both times I dealt with the young fair headed fellow. Very nice. Respectful and seemed to be pretty knowledgeable. Great experience.

The guy that helped me was great. I had a service engine soon lite come on being a woman I kinda panicked. He put the scanner thing on my car . He explained there is a difference between service engine soon and check engine lite. It turned out to be minor. Today my service engine lite came back on I went by there a different older man was in there he wouldn't even put the scanner on it said probably need air filter or oil needs changing. Hopefully when the one opens in Livingston that guy I had to deal with today want be coming to this one. He can stay in Walker.

My husband and I had the misfortune of returning to a vehicle that wouldn't start Sunday afternoon 3/28/21 after some shopping at the little strip mall next door. However, the day was saved by Dillon that day. Not only did he come out to where our car was to try to jump start it but also installed our new battery himself as we were without tools and know how. Dillon was courteous, friendly and very informative in educating us about the different electric systems in our vehicle and even took the extra step to plug the car's computer into a battery backup system while the battery was changed out to prevent the car from resetting everything. Dillon made this entire experience of feeling stranded and helpless to a smooth and comfortable, safe exchange as if it were as simple as a windshield wiper purchase. We're very grateful. Thank you, Dillon - you're a rock star!

The staff here is always helpful. They seem to work well together. In the times of COVID, it's nice to go in a place of business and see mostly happy faces eager to help.

They are what an parts store use to be. The people know what you need, help you the best they can and try to learn from your experience with what you're dealing with to help others later on. I'm impressed and that's not easy for me these days.

OMG they are amazing!!!! My car died and I was able to get it to the store and they checked the engine light and found the problem. They even helped my dad to replace the part. It took a few (3 hours) but they fixed it. YAY!!!

The manager, Mark Emerson, was very rude to me. (The other people in the store were very polite & helpful.) I purchased a refurbished part, then went out to my van to swap the parts and return the core. I tried the new part and it didn t work as well as my old one. I reinstalled the old one, so that my 3yo grandson would at least have air conditioning in the back. I then took the purchased part in to get a refund. I wasn t told when purchasing the item, that it wasn t eligible for refund. The receipt states lifetime limited warranty . Mark, the manager, laughed at me, and snidely said That s why you should take it to a shop instead of buying a part and trying to fix it yourself! I m female and physically disabled, after breaking my back. I used to work in pediatric critical care. I m not stupid! After contacting corporate, they said that they could swap the part for a new one. That s all the manager would have had to say. I bought it because I needed it. I just need it to work!

Was very disappointed to realize even though I looked up the parts, prices and part numbers I wanted and showed them to the person at the counter, and even though I was given the parts I asked for, when I looked at my receipt I had been charged for the more expensive parts!!This was the SECOND time in 2 days this happened, the first here at O'Reilly's, then again the very next day at AutoZone.I can assure you if I'm giving you the part numbers and showing it to you online via my phone I know what I'm supposed to be paying.Charged me $14.99 for a wheel bearing that should have been $8.99!! And that's just one example.That's stealing you know, just saying.

They always know exactly what I need and if they don't have it in stock they get it there ASAP and if no one else knows I know I can go ask one of the managers Chris and she knows she has single-handedly made me an O'Reilly's customer for life thanks Chris keep up the good work and everybody else too now y'all get y'alls parts right here quicker than a shake from three frogs legs lol loving life you know

We will not go to any other auto place as long as this location has its doors open. They have THE BEST customer relationship that you just dont see anymore. With a family of five drivers, you can imagine the vehicle maintenance. They are always so helpful.

The car parts and fluids are often higher priced than at and Auto Zone or Advanced Auto, but if you can't find a certain tool (they also rent out tools) , part, or fluid then I would definitely check O'Reilly's. They always have everything in stock and can even check the stock of other local O'reilly's stores for you. It has never failed us yet when it comes to finding things we can't find at other auto stores.

Purchased Windshield wipers. Employee named Holly installed them. Few hours later it stormed and wipers just flopped around. Had to find a Oreillys in BR to fix. They were very uncooperative. First employee claimed to clock out however 5 min later he was behind the counter checking people out. Finally an employee that actually knew what he was doing put another new set on. This employee told me that a lot of the employees are not trained or do not want to do the installations. Filed a complaint with corporate but they did not seem to really care. Waiting on a district manager to contact me ... put my life in jeopardy by not having wipers blades that worked. And OReillys let me drive away from the Walker store knowing that they were not installed properly. Don t ever buy from OReillys. Plenty other fish in the sea. Buy local. It will be installed better than a chain because they are invested in a community not just a company.

O'Reilly's can't beat them best auto parts place that I know they're always polite healthful courteous and they're different they don't have the part that they that you need they will definitely need directions to the people that another business that can help you cuz I'm making phone calls for you and find out for you before you leave the store great place to go great people I definitely put my trust in O'Reilly's God bless O'Reilly's employees

Incompetent service today, literally. The fella working the computer acted as if he could care less and couldn't even provide us w part# or anything. He should've gotten any of the other 6 or 8 workers to aid if he's bothered by our business. AutoZone had the part.

Husband and I had heater hose problems and stopped by there. Zach went over and above helping my husband. And I didn't get the young lady's name who was very helpful as well but she was short, Auburn hair, freckles. They really helped us out of a jam.
