The owner is more than capable of fixing your vehicle! Been here multiple times. Last time I came I had a broken stem that you put lug nuts on. They sold me 10 lug nuts for 100$ when they were actually 15$ at AutoZone. They got over on me bc it was tax time. I was in a rush and let them. Never going there again

Excellent people to go to. Won't trust anyone else with my vehicles. Have been going to Terry and his crew for years for work on all my vehicles and trust only him to do the work. Honest and trustworthy. Dropped a working 2008 gmc sierra with a oil leak from rear main seal, they broke the starter and tried to charge me and mother 526 or something dollars for a new starter(they broke) including the labor on their screw up we didn't have a penny over what we were quoted for a rear main seal gasket @ $879. Ended up getting charged 283 for time worked on a working vehicle when dropped off I had to get a tow truck to tow my truck out of there incurring a bill. Whose break your vehicle then charges you to fix it......a crook obviously.......I feel so cheated!!! Thnx mr T. Never again

Refered by someone. Called, woman answered....I asked questions she was rude, rude! I'm not a car expert and needed help. Still made appt to get in a week later. Called day of appt, same woman answered, was still rude. So, I canceled and called another place same day!! They were way better, nicer, and looked at it that day. Got it fixed in a day!

His receptionist is rude, very cold, and has an air of authority like she owns the place. She tries to manage the situation and give you HER opinion on your car. It's almost like she doesn't want you talking to him yourself. He has always been fair with his advice and his prices, but she is never willing to talk it thru like him. That's why I prefer to talk directly to him, when she's not BLOCKING me. I used to bring all my cars to him but I moved away, only recently moving back. And I might add,...she was a nuisance back then too. It's been a long time since I've seen him and when I recently brought my daughter there with her car, he acted like he didn't remember me and that I was bothering him by even being there. Told me I could bring the car by the next day but it would be a few days before he could even look at it. The next day we called to confirm before towing the car there. Of course SHE answered and acted like we had no idea what we were talking about. She told us there was no room and people would have to come get their cars before we could bring it there, so it could be weeks. She's always been so haughty and not a bit of friendliness or professional attitude. Terry is a fair guy. I used to love his jovial attitude and friendliness, but I guess that's just not him anymore. It's a shame cuz they would have had my business for life. Now, I'll never go back again.

Have NEVER had a bad experience here. Laura is very knowledgeable and helpful, Mr. Terry is as honest as they come. They are quick to get your vehicle in and out. If you don't need something done they tell you. They don't just charge you for unnecessary work. Definitely recommend them to everyone I know

This was my first time to visit the shop and I called ahead of time to see if they could fit me in last minute. Mrs. Lori was so nice and down to earth I really felt comfortable after meeting her. I explained my situation and she assured me that I was in good hands. Later that day I was called with a quote and I agreed to have the work performed. Minutes later she called me back to tell me they found another problem and would I like it fixed also since it was minor. I agreed and that afternoon my car was ready!! I will recommend them to anyone. Mr. Terry is also a very nice man and so is Cordell that answered the phone. Needless to say my vehicle that has over 265,000 miles on it rides like a new one!! On the road again.. Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning

be cautious when going to this shop always get a second opinion they told my father that his engine with less than 60k miles had no compression and that he needed a new engine which would cost 10k we took it to another mechanic who inspected it and in no time found out that it only needed a 50$ sensor this shop was going to make money off installing a new engine and the engine they pulled would have been good to sell.

What a fantastic group at Mr. T's!!! I had a problem with wheel speed sensor and they made arrangements to get me in, got the parts ordered and will have me back on the road in no time. Beyond that they are just good honest and friendly people!!! Definitely would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing repairs!!!

My experience at Mr T's automotive was great. They fixed my power steering issue for me and they are so reasonable. They were quick to call me back and get the work done. I will be going back!

Mr. T is a wonderful mechanic! I failed my inspection sticker and took it straight over there. He got in my car and moved the wheel and figured out that it was my "joints" causing the popping sound . He then put the vehicle up in the air and showed me the problem for no charge! Since he was so honest, I went ahead with him and he fixed it right away! You get what you paid for. If you want to honest mechanic, bring your vehicle to him!

This is a very good auto mechanics shop. They are very good you have to make an appointment because they are very busy. So that tells you that they are good at what they do.

I recently moved to this area. I am so grateful to have been recommended to this location for my automotive repair needs. From owner Mr. Terry, to (My) Mechanic Cordell... I'm completely satisfied. It's that Hometown Family Business experience... 100 miles from home.

Very quick and friendly service! We were stranded 5 hours from home and they were able to get our auto repairs done quickly and get us back on the road in no time! I highly recommend using their services!

I recently had vehicle serviced here for two issues check engine light (misfire on cylinder 3) and rattle from tensioner pulley.I replaced the spark plugs and belt to no avail so into the shop it went. I was charged $112.00 they informed me the spark plug on cylinder 3 was not gapped properly and the belt was the wrong size belt.I told them I would change the belt. After leaving the check engine light came on before I arrived home same issue. The belt I had installed prior was the correct belt the belt Mr T recommend was for a different size motor. Neither issue has been fixed nor diagnosed correctly. I don't know if they are that incompetent or overwhelmed with business but I would not let them service my vehicle.

Good people and easy to talk to. Took me in right away and brakes are fantastic. They also don't try to upsell you. Ladies this is the place to fix your vehicles.

This is the second time this month, i had a vehicle towed to Mr Ts. Auto. and I'm very pleased with the great service we get from Terry and his team. They are the only mechanic shop we use.
