The service department was great! I needed a tire repaired. I didn t have an appt. I called and Danny said come on and we will take care of you. They really didn t open until 8, but I was all repaired and headed to work at 8:10! Very friendly and courteous and super helpful!

The customer service was amazing. Helped me out while I was stuck at the hospital. Picked it up- fixed it so quick and accurately, then dropped it off hassle free. My family has used them for years and we are so grateful!

I brought my 2018 Honda Sport to Claude Debeaux for excessive tie wear and vibration. An alignment was performed and I was advised about keeping proper tire inflation, rotation, and determining need for alignment. Was happy and relieved to find no other rear-end or suspension problems and appreciated quick, friendly and helpful resolution. Definitely one of the best and most professional businesses I've dealt with.

I would like to thank you for your service, but I paid 439.00 and some change for two keys because our way not working you guys didn't inform us that additional charge of seventy five dollars to program each key , you would think that if you're buying keys for your car it would include programming to your car. Each time I come I get great service but your disclosures of your prices are not up front. I know I'll be back please let not just me but all your Ford family know all prices up front thanks again for you service .

I have consistently had excellent experiences at Claude DeBeaux. I purchased my truck from them - easiest and most pleasant buying experience I ve ever had for a vehicle - and I have been taking it there for service. They are efficient and always up front with how much time a repair will take. I also took my previous very old truck to them and they were able to fix it every time. They have very knowledgeable people in the service department who do not rely on plugging a car into a computer to fix it. If you have a Ford vehicle, this is your place.

I got my oil & filter changed. I also had the fuel filter and the air filter changed and had the DEF fluid topped off. The only thing I didn t get was bad service. I ve always got good services at their dealership.

Great service, highly recommend.I had a problem with my truck on Monday that my regular repair shop could not fix and they recommended I take it to a dealership. I tried for 3 days and got ZERO response from the two dealerships in the city. Just happened to be in Vivian on Wednesday afternoon and stopped in Claude DeBeaux Ford. Visited with the service department and brought my truck to them on Thursday morning. They diagnosed the problem, ordered the part (on emergency shipping) and had me up and running before 5:00 on Friday. Their efficiency made the price very reasonable, which was an unexpected plus.
