Excellent service! We were from out of town and our brake caliper froze up. We called, he fit us in right away and had it fixed in a day. He even dropped us off and picked us up at our motel. Highly recommended.

I hit some road debris on the I-10 just outside of Vinton and my car started making some funny noises. I ended up pulling in here, fully panicking and trying my best to explain what happened. The owner stopped what he was doing, diagnosed the problem and fixed it best he could (didn't have specific parts on hand) all within 15 minutes of me pulling in. He didn't even charge me since it was a simple partial fix, enough to get me to Houston where the dealership was able to fix it completely. I'm so grateful for how friendly he was and quick to fix everything. Got me back on the road within an hour. Really recommend this man!

I was traveling across country with my two dogs and my car overheated, the tow came quickly and suggested T & H Car Care and I m so glad they did. He went above expectations and got the part needed quickly, explained the work thoroughly to me, and the price was extremely reasonable. I just want to say thank you for doing such a great job, including letting my dogs and I have somewhere to wait, getting my car in and out on the same day, so I could get back on the road. Such a wonderful job!

Really reasonable prices, they really get the work done. Really nice owner.If you plan on using them, just be ready to have to wait, because they are super busy. But when you do quality work, you get lot's of business. It's first come, first served.

Very helpful! I had a low tire and went to store to use air pump, wasted money because the pump was broken! So, I came here and let the guy know I needed air & he checked & filled all 4 tires and did not even charge me a dime! I tipped him and was gratefully on my way!! He never complained just got to it!!

T&H does awesome work. Has been working on my family's vehicles for years an stands behind his work. They are honest people an fair prices. Just call ahead cause he stays super busy but that is because he does such good work.

I blew out tire on my Corvette on 1-10 headed to Austin TX from Prattville Al.Car has no spare tire or jack. Managed to limp to motel. I contacted several tire shops next morning and T & H was only helpful. They special ordered new tires. Got tire next day and was promptly installed. They did not try to take advantage of me and even picked me up. If u ever get stuck at La/tx border-call them.

Basically, my car was held hostage while owner wouldn't answer phone about my car for repair. I was from out of state. It was there for 5 days before I got a clear diagnosis and repair price. When he knew it was an insurance claim he acted put out that I asked him for help to remove my license plates. I obviously had no tools or I would have done it myself. Nevermind the fact that my insurance company was going to pay him storage fees for having my car there that long! Ungrateful and inconsiderate.

Our tow car we were pulling threw a tie rod on the Louisiana - Texas border. We called our roadside service & they found us T & H Car Care. They were amazing. Although their shop was packed , They worked in the rain & fixed our car . ... True costumer service! Thank you for getting back on the road, The Morgans

I was from out of town , my truck started missing , took it to this shop ,. They couldn't get to it , but said I could make it to Houston ,. So I left and truck dropped at least one valve in Beaumont,. The man should not give his opinion if he has no idea what's going on ,. I've heard several people in Vinton say the only thing keeping him in business, is he is the only game in town .

Past three years T&H Car Care has been the only mechanics i've dealt with. Great workers, job always done in a fair amount of time and always reasonable prices; the best i know!
