Stopped here for a 1 night stay while traveling I10. Concrete pad was level, park was clean. We were in the pull through sites at the front of the park, so there was some noise from the truck parking spots all night. They have a few different restraunts in the parking lot as well. Good for a 1 night stop, but there's not anything special that would necessitate a longer stay.

I give it one star because, the tenants are dirty and disgusting, they leave they're disposal in the toilet, they leave they're trash everywhere, they sleep in the bathrooms, they leave blood stains on the toilet seat, they're phem on the bathroom floor they're very trashy, they steal and the owner does nothing about it, the owner is rude and disrespectful, he's racist, he treats his workers very poorly, him and his workers are very disrespectful and don't listen, his workers don't respect they're tenants, please for your own sake don't come here, the water is filthy, just don't come here it's horrible.

Stayed here for 3 months for work. They allowed many spots to store whatever construction materials they wanted. Not much of a paradise. The grounds had a lot of trash for weeks on end with no one cleaning it up. Even though they had time to paint the fences and benches. The place needs maintenance. The office is at the hotel not the camp grounds which would have been nice to know pulling in. Read the rest of the reviews before deciding. We won t be back.

I am paying for a mistake which was made due to their staff. I have been staying for 6 months now. I thought I was going to be leaving at my original departure date but things changed so I extended a week and was charged the weekly rate of $225. Well I wasn t able to leave and they called asking if I wanted to extend another week or month. I asked if they could speak and see if I can just combine my 2 weekly payments and get a month as now I know my departure day. So I said extend me a week and if that s not possible I ll just go ahead and pay the $500 for the month. No call back so 3 days goes by and no response so I call and I am told that no they can t combine the two payments and now id have to extend another week or month because the staff did not give me a response when I could ve easily extended and just paid the $500 last week for the month and not have to worry about it. Would love to speak to the owner.

I arrived on site on Dec 13th to stay for 3 nights for business. I had a reservation for a cabin. I checked into cabin 8 but the sheets were dirty. The receptionist was nice and moved me to cabin 3. The cabin was satisfactory. I stayed 2 nights instead of 3, business wrapped up early. I checked out after the 9am checkout time. No refund. Didn t like it but didn t fight it since I checked out around 1pm. Problem is I was charged $345.57 of which I have a receipt and a second charge for $275.50 of which I did not authorize. The only person that I have spoken to, Brooke says it is not in her system but my bank says it is. No one will call back to correct the problem. I just wanted to warn people about paying nearly double what you originally agreed upon.

Ok place. I m giving them the benefit of a doubt because they are in/near an area that was hard hit by Hurricane Laura late last year and I believe that many of the set ups we saw were due to contractors staying in the area for repair work on homes. Normally, based on what I saw, I would not return. The signage to get to the park and for check in could be better, but we are older, maybe even geriatric as I have seen written in other reviews . Utilities worked well, site was concrete. Considerable road noise but that is a factor you accept when staying in a park close to the interstate. Photo of our neighbor s set up on our passenger side AND the gorgeous sunset we saw. It was not easy to get out of our pull through when leaving due to all the trucks parked on the edges of the drive.

This review is for the RV Park only, not the Best Western. Something must have happened as this place is nothing but one big cement parking lot. It seems that the only people who mostly use the park are General Contractors who work close by in the area. We had to check in at the Best Western as the building as you enter the RV Park was closed. This is not to mention, hard to find the entrance into how to get to the park. We had to drive through the gas station truck stop and through the back of the Best Western before finding the entrance to this RV Park. My guess is that hurricanes must have devastated what was here and now it's no better than a big parking lot. It would be better to boondock in a Walmart parking lot than to stay here, even for overnight. My advise, look for other places to stay.

Never been before to this day, just went to walk around the water. It was so nice, saw a baby alligator, a big soft shell turtle, and all the amineties we're very nice and clean.

$650 a month and they constantly have the water shut down for hours at a time, the wifi is awful and we have to use our hotspots instead. My biggest complaint though is the laundry room. The dryers do not dry your clothes all the way, no matter how small the load is. Always have to do two cycles so each load of laundry comes out to $4.50, so $9 for one regular sized laundry basket because the washers and dryers are so small. The shower rooms are nice though.

Nice cabins & friendly staff. Casino on lot. Animals allowed. Small lake in the back. Just don't ask for Hot Tea, they'll think your crazy. Lol. (It's an iced tea only area, lol). Would highly recommend this place. It's in the outskirts of Louisiana, 4 miles from the Texas state line.

The place is clean all concrete. And the people are very nice. However there is no shade of any kind. Their upkeep is not very good but that could stem from all the storms recently. We will return here.

675$ per month to be next to not one but TWO loud neighbors next to us that would play music on high to the point where our trailer was literally vibrating & you couldn't even hear your TV on high, we constantly told front office & they said they'll give them a call, & nothing was done, to feel free to call the police, no paying customer should deal with this bs every day, this Saturday was the last straw up until 3AM with music & loud screams was it. Rules state no atv's, no loud noises after 10pm, pick up after your pets etc. & all of these were never followed. Water was randomly shut down unexpectedly so we'd have to have our fresh water tank filled in the "just in case" & it happened over 2 times & lasted a couple of hours each time they mainly do it in the morning, also water pressure is always low so don't expect a good shower. The park itself was nice, it's more spacious than others I've been in, we loved the location, when we got there we asked for a table & they said "not everyone has one" but yet some ppl had 2, so we never had a table, we liked the pavement the cable is eh my husband never could watch the football games because they don't carry that channel. Wi-Fi was weak, you'd constantly have to re connect or the whole thing wouldn't work, I'd need to use my hot-spot. The laundromats were a hit or miss sometimes they'd b working other times id have to wash the load 3! Times because all the clothes was wet, & the dryers sometimes I'd have to dry them twice & no we never over filled our loads. But when you were lucky & everything worked then 3$ to wash & dry was a good price. Ponds are great for walking around on a good day but sometimes there would be soo much grass everywhere over 3ft tall, we lived next to the basketball court & park & the court is in amazing condition the kids park is a little beat up but it's better than nothing. Overall I spent over 3k on my extended stay here to b let down over & over. I would've continued too live here even at that high rate, had they ACTUALLY cared about their customers.

I paid $575 a week for a month. And they complained about their $30 computer chair being broken which was already broke when we got there. They Tried saying i left dog ficus in the cabin. And that the dining room chairs were chewed up by my dog. I suggest taking pictures before and after your stay. To avoid confusion. Because they refused to show proof of their accusations. Giving it 3 stars because the stay wasn't unpleasant it was actually peaceful and nice. Just remember to take pictures

People are helpful and friendly. Animal friendly. Children friendly. Clean and no problems with any type of crime. Small lounge with pool table for campers only. Same with gym and laundry. Cameras everywhere!!!! You can swim at hotel. Playground and dog walk.

The trip started out as not having the correct street address on a Google search we went around the block twice down on the other side of the interstate once and finally called them and came back and found them. They have six or eight pole through slots and they re nasty. When we went to pull into our slot there was garbage in the middle of the space dog poop bags. I would not recommend this place

Paid a month in advance before a hurricane came through I didn t get to stay a single day of the month I paid for. I went back before my month was up and they had another camper in my spot and would not give me a refund of the advanced month I paid for. I couldn t have went back if I wanted to my camper was destroyed and they had someone else in my spot! Horrible way to treat people.

Was lucky enough to get a spot out in this rv area and i couldn't be happier. The spots om concrete and where it's not cement/concrete between each spot there is rock which sure beats the mud I have dealt with at other places. And laundry and dog park are great for me and our fur baby. And with the lounge, cable and high speed Wi-Fi there is always something to do to stay busy.

Great place to stay. Love that not only do they have a laundry facility and bathrooms but they also have a fitness center, rec center, and access to a pool. Me and my kids enjoyed staying here and will stay again in the future.

This was a good place to stop. The sites were easy to get to. Check in was easy. I felt like alot of people live there full time but this in no way affected the stay. Casino on site as well as a Best Western Hotel. Would stay again

Super convenient place to stay for a weekend getaway! All RV and cabin guests have access to hotel pool. There is a casino/daiquiri shop and pool hall on the same property for entertainment. Hungry? Look no further! They have a Subway and a Krunchy Chicken/ Pizza place on the very same property! There is also a convenience store/gas station on site.

Love, love this RV park staff is helpful, polite and courteous. Gives you access to a small pool in hotel location. A small gym, laundry mat, picnic areas throughout the park and a trail around a pond. Would highly recommend.
