I took my chainsaw in to them thinking I needed a new clutch for it. The gentleman at the front counted looked at it for me. He gave me a few options to consider and suggested I try a sharper blade before spending money on it. He told me he didn't see anything wrong with the clutch or chain sprocket. Most places would have sold me a clutch and sent me on my way. I appreciate him going out of his way to save me money. I will proudly do business with them in the future. Thanks.

Very knowledgeable of equipment. I rented a walk behind Bush hog. Great machine. Problem is, I rented it at closing on Friday, at 4:45. They still charged me for a Friday rental. I'm very disappointed. They shouldn't have charged me for a day that was already over.

Best customer service I ve seen in a business. Went above and beyond to get me on the mower I wanted. Wasn t pushy about buying from them or upgrading to a higher end to make a bigger sale and very helpful on the information I asked. Will definitely recommend and use them for anything Polaris or Ariens related in the future. -Joe Rogers

Man we needed a bush hog to do my yard let me tell you the service we got was amazing they deliver it and pick it up awesome and the price was great thank you check them out

Asked if they had any advice on the chainsaw I was renting. Told me not tighten up that nut too much when adjusting the chain. Then charged me 5.50 for the missing nut. Will not go back if I can find it somewhere else

I Ordered parts early last week I still didn't get them I ordered other parts somewhere else they came in already and I talk to some lady is very rude can't find out anything with her so I won't be dealing with vp rental again

Very good place I recommend it for anyone that's doing any kind of remodeling work or any kind of riddle needs the people are courteous and very helpful
