I had a fantastic experience today at Jiffy Lube in Ville Platte, LA today! I went for an oil change and they assisted me with a wiper change along with it! They even offered to restore my headlights! I could not be more pleased with the results!!!! Thanks Guys for the awesome customer service!

The workers were very polite . They had manners which you don t see very much anymore . Anything I asked was answered either yes ma am or no ma am . They said Thank you ! They serviced 3 of our vehicles today and did a Great Job on each one ! I love going there and getting Great service . Thank you for being so amazing !!

Pull up at the business and there was no other cars there waiting so drove right in. They got all information from me and started oil change so fast service and friendly people. Downside is I have never been charged over $100 for and oil change that is way to expensive for anyone to pay. My truck wasn t in system so it was my first and last time going there.

I was the passenger but jiffy lube always has a speedy service and it s very convenient. Also, they did more than what was required so exceeding expectations is amazing service in my opinion. Super friendly staff, southern hospitality 100%.

Louis went above and beyond to help me with an oil change and assist me with finding out what was causing certain issues with my Hyundai Sonata. Went to get oil change and inspected. First time getting auto inspected in Louisiana. Learned car had several issue that would not let it pass without repair. Thankfully they had the items needed and installed them for me. They were friendly and courteous. Will be getting oil changed there as long as I am in the area. Ville Platte, Louisiana

Tim Quentin Louis and Alex were amazing working on my car. First time getting my oil changed at this jiffylube and it's the best one by far. Highly suggest if your going to put a banner at the road stating we do inspections that you put the times you do them , seems every time I go you guys say y all are done with inspections for the day it can be 2:30 , 3 or 4
