Called them today after a tire blew on my 17,600 pound unit I was hauling. From the initial call to the time it was repaired and ready to ride was 1.15 hours. That s the fastest I ve ever had that done and I travel all over the US. They gentlemen they sent out was super professional and knew his stuff!! Thank you for awesome service!!!

I needed some air in all my tires and was driving past Southern tire Mart. I stopped inside and asked if they would fill up my tires with air. They were kind of busy or able to get me in real quick and had great customer service. I came back and got four tires for my van at a good price. The manager there, Michael helped me out and runs a good shop and got me out quickly.

We had a flat at the Walmart and called 10 minutes before closing. Bob (?) said come on and they fixed the tire, even though it was after closing. He did a good job of reviewing my tire situation, this is not the norm for most tire shops I have dealt with. Kudos!

Southern Tire Mart's staff and service is excellent and they offer great prices too. However, they are not located on Louisiana Avenue in Vidalia as Google Maps showed. They are located on HWY 84 out by Brian's Marine.

They were able to fix my tire problem and let me know I also needed to have my brakes fixed and point me in the right direction to have them taken care of! Awesome service and friendly staff!

I had to get a spare tire replaced for my husband's work vehicle and I had not given those guys any kind of notice that I was come up there. Not only did they NOT act as though I was Inconveniencing them They were Couteous and They were Quick

I need my tire repair because it had nail in tire. I had just purchase my tires about 6 months ago from southern tires... I highly recommend them... I didn't have to wait very long & I didn't need to make appointment !!!
