I got my catalytic converter changed there. I had to wait 2 weeks to get an appt. They did not warn me that the truck might smell like smoke, like something was burning the first few days, and it freaked me out. Also, when I got a call about it being ready NO ONE mentioned i should pay by check since the credit card charge was 3.9%, so i paid an additional $89 dollars on top of my 2k bill. It was closing time when I picked it up and had no other choice but to pay the fee or be stranded. When I asked why I wasn't informed, my question was dismissed, so frustrating
