I purchased a car from enterprise with a tire insurance..Goodyear on St.Patrick Street in Thibdouax honored the policy while other Tire faculties didn t . A simple flat tire was fixed ..Good year did the paper work and it didn t cost me a penny . Thanks Good year on St. Patrick street .. Claude Hitt

Getting brakes replaced at Goodyear in Thibodaux, LA was a great experience! We called at 11 am on the Saturday before 4th of July so they were short staffed, but they got us in and out in less than 3 hours with no appointment! They called twice to update us on what needed done which I appreciate, and the final price was lower than the original quote. 10/10 do reccommend!

There isn't a place I trust more with my vehicle than these guys right here! I have taken my vehicle to them on several occasions and each time I have received EXCEPTIONAL customer service and satisfaction. Melissa, who works the front desk was always very helpful with what I needed or had issues with. She's always very friendly and greets customers with a smile.I am very skeptical with who I bring my vehicle to when problems arise, for fear of being overcharged and leaving without my issues being resolved. These guys took care of me every time. I HIGHLY recommend bringing your vehicle here the next time you need it serviced. Seriously the best auto service I have ever done business with!

Had an appointment to get 4 new tires and an oil change. I was told it would take about 2 hours for both. Nice reception area for waiting room with TV. One hour & 45 minutes & I was ready to go. Checked out & even got a nice discount from the original quote. Very pleased with them.

absolutely the worst service i ve ever had. if anyone needs a mechanic, do NOT choose goodyear, especially the one in thibodaux. i ve brought my car there 4-5 times just in the last few months and each time i get it back, something is STILL wrong with it. the last few times it s been the same issue that they claimed they just fixed. i keep having to bring my car back within a week of getting it back! the mechanics at goodyear constantly make mistakes and are super unreliable.

Very professional staff, patient with questions and on point. I expected an expensive brake job but after they checked my brakes, they rotated and checked the balance of my tires/wheels, told me everything was fine and It could be another 20K before I may need to replace my brake pads/rotors. Got my tires there back in 2018 and love them (Eagles). Good group of people.

Great customer service! My car had 4 new tires put on, and it now rides so smooth! Highly recommend taking your car here, when you need tires fast. My tires were so worn, that wires were showing! Thanks so much for doing such a great job!

I recently visited this Goodyear location for car repair. The staff and manager at this location offer excellent customer service. Not only did the staff here give me great customer service I also observed them giving others great service. In a retail business the service and willingness to help that you offer your customers is everything to repeat business. The team working at this location went above and beyond to repair my vehicle I would recommend them to anyone.

Had an oil change appointment scheduled from online. Got there and said the price of the oil picked online was wrong and would be a lot more. You put in your car information on there website and it tells you the right oil and price. I also have gotten an oil change there before for the right price. There just trying to up sale and they take forever anyway. Look somewhere else for your car maintenance needs.

I went to get my inspection done for my sticker because it said online they do inspection stickers. Plus they open early and I work nights so it was a good match. Unfortunately they no longer do inspections for your windshield sticker. The lady working the desk was very friendly and helpful though to give me an idea of where else I could go.

I waited there for three hrs just for a oil change and I made a appointment for 8am was there at 8am and did not get out till 11am. I had my dash cam on and when I look throw it I saw they been finish with my SUV and was just messing around. I never ues to have problem there but the last time I when there I did. And been going here for over 8 years.

They was supposed to change the gear box on my truck and they changed 450$ for a new one and all they did was clean up the old one and put it back this is pictures of after they supposedly put a new one in

They are super nice, but it's a slow process on repairs. If you are gonna wait for tire replacement, bring a book.

Went for oil change and all my dash lights was on . oil got changed but warning light didn't . they told me I had to go to dealer to fix it. Brother n law changed a fuse and it was all gone .

Terrible service management claims truck tire tech is only there Monday through Friday then why are you the manager clearly the manager should know everyone's job and be able to do everyone's job not wait till that person gets to work

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY CLAIM TO ROTATE TIRES AND CHECK BRAKES WITH AN OIL CHANGE THIS IS FALSE FALSE FALSE. THEY WILL MAKE UP EXCUSES TO WHY THEY COULDNT DO IT #BEWARE
