Amazing service! I had a flat tire while I was traveling from out of town and they were able to replace it expeditiously. Can t beat the prices! The staff was very welcoming and professional. Jake was very knowledgeable and it was a huge comfort. I traveled from Port Saint Lucie Florida to Texas and back for a funeral and I had the flat tire off of I-10 in Louisiana where I knew NO one. I had peace of mind while my vehicle was serviced here and I made the trip home safely THANK YOU!!! Forever grateful for the kindness I received while in a state of mourning.

I preordered tires that were in stock in store , I made an installation appointment and the day before the installation I received a notification that the appt was canceled due to the tires being out of stock. So I called and was told that a lot of people needed that size tires today.so I asked what they could do for me and I ended up having to pay 14 dollars extra per tire and I had to go to 2 different Walmarts to get new tires today .

I suggest going in as soon as they open the doors because half your day will be spent there just waiting. And waiting. And waiting. My experience was I sat under the check-in hut for almost an hour. Techs walking all around, bats still open, and clearly way before quitting time . No one even approached me to even say hey we shut down before 4 pm today . I called the tire center while sitting under the hut, and the store associate wasn t even sure what was going on. Then it s back on the phone and oh we shut down as of now . Obviously an hour later under the hut.....

Dont do it!!Zero stars waited 3.5 hours inside of Walmart (checking status online periodically). They were supposed to call me when done.Never called so finally i go to the automative desk.they tell me it was cancelled and they were supposed to call and let me know but they did NOT. They said it was cancelled because my tire had wire showing, once again it didnt.Claimed all my tread was too low. They say 9 / 32 tread... Once again not correct. They had 50-70% tread atleast.I had my 3 year old with me in the store the whole time who has a small cold thanks for the wasted time.

Worst service I have EVER received. It took 4 hours for them to 'replace a tire' or should I actually say putting a new tire in the trunk. They stripped my lug nuts completely and said that they were previously stripped when less than 25 minutes beforehand the lug nuts came off perfectly fine. I called the manager and I wasn't even taken seriously. I suggest never coming here.

Was in store 2.5 hours waiting to have tire repaired. They had never gotten tire out of trunk of my moms car and told me they couldn't find the tire. Miscommunication amongst workers but only a 5 minute fix. Won't go back. Independent shops may be a tad higher but I will pay more for quicker service

Below a zero rating. Was told they had my size tires in stock and go to the store and they don't have them. Special order a set for Monday. Go to the store Monday and are told they don't have time to put them on. It's now Thursday evening and I have yet to get them to put them on. I hope they enjoy those because I will NEVER buy tires from Wal-Mart. Sorriest service I have ever gotten.

Only giving one star since negative stars are not an option. The girl doing the check in was extremely negative. Came for an oil change and she acted like I was a family member asking to borrow money. If you don't want my money that's fine will gladly go somewhere else.

The people were nice, but I waited an hour to have my oil changed, and they only called me over the intercom and not on the phone number I gave them to try and notify me that I needed synthetic in my car. I told them I had right at an hour and to make sure if they couldn't do it within that time to just let me know now. They never called to correct the problem and only voiced for me over the intercom. Which I was not in the building. Again, nice people. No problems with attitude or anything, i'm just a little disappointed because I dont have alot of freetime during business hours to get my oil changed and the one day I do its ruined

They didnt have the size tires I needed, the guy was helpful as to tell me that if i ordered my tires online then I could ship them to the store and be mounted for free, I'm almost a month into waiting so we shall see if they mount and balance for free.

Good for:1. new tires2. New batteries3. Basic oil and filter change4. Great prices on lawn tractor batteries.5.easy prices on minor things needed to doing simple car and truck maintenance. Good news for the locals.

Horrible customer service inside the automotive department. The ladies that work behind the counter are extremely rude & lazy. I brought a battery in to exchange it & they made me & my 63 year old dad do all the grunt work. Never offered to help or get help for us even though they saw us struggling to carry the batteries. They even made me put the old battery away for them. What happened to customer service???

I literally went there to have a tire repaired gave them my phone number to contact me as I sat in the parking lot waiting for it to be fixed 4/3 hours there were open bays and people standing around in their uniforms not doing anything my finally went up there to see if it was done and have it mounted on my truck it took another hour and a half completely unbelievable thoroughly irritating all done in the pouring rain

They say they are open till 7pm but they close at 5pm. When I towed my car by 4pm they asked me park anywhere and after tow truck left. I was informed that they close at 5pm.

Very rude techs. I didn't get the work done after waiting almost 2 hours for 1 carry in tire. I decided to take my tire to a better auto center.

People in this store are dumber than a box of rocks. Can't wait to get out of Louisiana. The whole state is one big Detroit. Can't get anything done.

Map quest states they are open at 7a.m.. When we went inside, we asked about it and was told that they do not open until 10a.m. on Sunday.
