Incredible team! My steer tire was way out so the tech took the air out to readjust back to center then put it into balance. Amazing skills that is rare to find. It is rolling much smoother.Thank you all!

We experienced a scary blowout on our extra large F250 truck tire with our truck camper on top on I10 West. We definitely weren t going to be able to change it ourselves let alone attempting on the margin of a 3 lane highway. We called around and Southern Tire Mart came to the rescue. The field technician Mike worked his butt off on the edge of the highway navigating the complexity of getting a slightly damaged and stuck-fast rim off. It took multiple jacks to raise both sides of the camper so it wouldn t topple over. After the spare was put on, Mike followed us on the highway. He had us pull off the next exit to re-tighten the bolts as it didn t look right to him and add a little more air. Mike followed us again all the way to Southern Tire Mart s garage ensuring our safety. The team there quickly replaced our tire and got us safely on our way. Thank you all again for the best customer service!!!

We had a disaster yesterday with both of our travel trailer tires (both regular and spare tires) blew out while traveling through to Texas. Luckily, Southern Tire Mart was right off I-10. Unfortunately, at that time they were closed. However, we were able to be seen first thing in the morning. Megan was the associate that helped us. She recommended better tires than what we had at an unbeatable price. We had them out 5 new tires on our travel trailer and it was done in less than 2 hours. Great customer service. Great prices. We highly recommend this place. -Ivan & Tuesday

I had a leak in my tire. It was just the babies and I down here. The gentlemen at this location were all extremely friendly and helpful. The service was fast and he found the problem before the boys even had time to get restless. Would definitely recommend this location.

Got a flat. Next exit was this top notch tire shop. Stopped in just after noontime today(Saturday). Half hour later the tire is fixed ans it was FREE. Come to find out they closed at noon. Praising the good Lord these young men. Sure appreciate y'all!!! Thank you :)

Went here with my own tires for my rig, only wanted to get my tires installed and the guy who manages at the time gets a gauge and comes with all these excuses why he can t install them. I went ahead and called Goodyear and they came to me mobile and installed no problem. Tbh the guy even patched one of the tires I had free of charge. Talk about integrity. Long story short, some people only want your money and some want to see you keep rolling.

This shop saved the day for me. We're moving cross country, and being the sole adult with five kids and two dogs in the car, I was alarmed when I stopped for gas and found a nail in my tire that was releasing pressure quickly. Fortunately, we were right across the interstate from STM. At Southern Tire Mart, they got us in quickly, patched our tire in less than thirty minutes, didn't charge us(!), and got us on our way.They were truly a Godsend for us, and I appreciate their kindness during a very stressful time. If I lived there, I'd be a lifelong customer!

Awesome place. I just had tires put on my work truck all 6 tires and 4 small dolly tires. They had the work done in less than an hour and the team is great and very nice.

First of all the owner,Mike,is great. He cares about the customers and he's very knowledgeable on all products sold. Dealt with him with through messages. He took time to give me choices of brands that I asked for in sizes. The store and waiting area are clean and comfortable. The girls at front are very helpful.Will drive from Beaumont anytime when needing tires. Just absolutely great experience all around.

Excellent service!Went in for an emergency tire pressure issue. They were fast, prompt, and efficient. When they found no issue, they did not charge me. Excellent service in a pinch.

They were very nice ppl. We initially went in to fix a tire that had a nail in it but upon further inspection they found the tire also had several slits on the inside wall and we needed a new tire and even though it was 30 mins to closing time, they sold us a new tire and installed it. Thank you for being such a great business and also meeting the needs of ppl by being open so soon after Hurricane Laura.

Poor communication with in the staff, the lady was great to deal with at the counter. Was called saying the job was completed arrived 30 min later and had to wait another 30 min for them to actually do the job!

I have purchased 3 sets of tires from this store in the last 3 years. Their quality and service have always been top notch.Recently, I went in expecting to buy another complete set of tires: I had a flat and I thought I had ruined my tire. Also, I thought my tires were worn enough that it best to go ahead and replace all of them.Imagine my surprise when the store employee, Chris Robbins, informed me that, not only was my tire was "fixable", that my tires had at least another 10-15K miles of life left in them...So, instead if selling me an $800 set of tires, he sold me a $23 patch job.And then, when I came to pickup my vehicle, the technician mounted my tire back on my car and even replaced my spare back under my vehicle.This is the kind if service and business relationship that I grew up with... It's refreshing.

The employees are extremely rude! I was charged $180 for a Firestone tire and when it went flat only 1 month later- they offered nothing and was still rude when I called! I would never recommend this tire place. Not even to my worst enemy! I think they probably treat their dog better than they do their customers! No joke.( if I could give them 0 stars I most certainly would)

I'm not sure why, but every time I go I'm spending way too long here. Great people, slow service. Would I continue going back here? Of course, however would I say they're fast... Maybe with a little more training. Or maybe I continously get a new worker... Unaware. The workers may not be the quickest but they are all extremely kind, understanding, and make the wait well worth the visit.

I have had a plethora of interactions at this location, all of which have been spectacular! I am always greeted with a smile, and an abundance of intuitive knowledge. Whether I need new tires on the Bentley, or just a new pair of shoes for one of my Jeeps, this is my go-to place. Stop what you are doing right now and go see what Mike and his crew can do for you!

I couldn't have asked for better customer service from any tire center. The absolute last thing an auto owner wants to hear is "Your current tires aren't safe." But Michael and his team at Southern Tire Mart in Sulphur made the situation so bearable - even enjoyable. Not only did they get me and my Jeep into a new set of Toyo Open Country for an unbelievable price, they also offer FREE rotations and balances for the life of the tires. We are now a Team Southern Tire Mart household. Thanks everyone for a better than expected outcome. And my girl looks totally fabulous!!!

Awesome job! This is a female friendly place.....from the time I initially walked in not knowing exactly what I wanted to dress up my jeep until now. Everyone there is super nice especially Mike! He took me in his office showing me pictures and catalogs explained the pros and cons until I finally made my decision. I am totally satisified with my new look. Thank you Mike and the rest of your Sulphur team at Southeren Tire for my spectacular looking new lift, tires, rims, and winch for my Jeep!

Southern Tire Mart in Sulphur is a very respectable business run by honest people! More than once they have saved us money buy giving us what we need rather than the infamous car repair markups. They treat you like friends.

Absolutely no sense of urgency at this facility. I have been here for over 3 hrs currently and haven't even pulled in to get the bad tire off. I would advise anyone to pass this facility up for another. They do not care about your time here. This is the 2nd time I've tried to get work done here.

Rolled in at 4:53 with a full flat tire. The sweet folks at Southern Tire Mart didn't make me feel bad about the awful timing, but instead welcomed me in & took complete care of my problem. When I thanked the wonderful tire-changing guy & apologized for him having to stay late, he just said that s what he s here for & it was no problem. Bless all their sweet hearts!

This place was up and running not long after hurricane Laura. Considering the devastation that Lake Charles and Sulfur had this place was a lifesaver!! They were there to fix my daughter-in-law flat when most places were either destroyed or just closed. They were friendly Considering the extreme heat. Thanks so much bc everyone has been through enough already please know people do notice

I always have the best experience here. Everyone is so friendly and helpful! Samantha Marshall does a wonderful job at making sure you get what you need in a timely manner. I would recommend Southern Tire Mart to anyone!
