They do as you request. It would be so so much better if you could drive through and sit in your car while you're getting the oil changed. Other than that nice place and people.

My wife brought one of our vehicles this morning around 8am for a simple oil change, nothing else. Around an hour into what is supposed to be a "quick lane" they inform her that she was put in the drop off list for some reason and that they would get to it right away. Now here we are over an hour later (2+ hours since she arrived) and I decided to call to get an update. The rep lets me know that they are busy and are working on it now which is what they told my wife an hour before. When I told the rep that my wife had been there for over 2 hours, she said again that they were busy and very thorough. Who in their right mind would want to sit and wait for a 2 hour oil change when this should take no longer than 10 minutes?
