Manager wouldn't even let us use the bathroom while we're here maintaining all the Emergency 911 towers for multiple carriers, immediately left instead of getting things needed for the truck

This O Reillys has been one of the best Ferrari I ever had to deal with thank God for them being there with two ball joints, gone in my driver side tire and also needing rear brakes and rotors. Y all have been awesome thank you and keep up your good work, your store is beautiful.

Walked in and was asked within a minute if I needed any help. Showed me where to find what I needed and checked me out as well. All the same person too. Lol, I regress. Very helpful, mdse in stock, made an honest effort to be helpful. I'm grateful for the service. Thanks

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I bring in a part and the cashier Rose looks at it as if it came from a UFO and randomly searches her computer for it and says they don t carry that to go to the manufacture. After asking what it was that she searched she can t give me a define answer I realize she doesn t know what she s doing behind a auto parts counter besides making a paycheck at no effort. All while 2 other employees behind her laughing and smirking at what s going on.

I generally do not post reviews. Things have to be really bad or really good for me to take the time to post something. In this case, it is the latter. I dealt with Matt Roper and he was beyond helpful. Not only that, but I witnessed how carefully he handled everyone that came in. Top level knowledge.

Very disappointed with the customer service of this O'Reillys location. The gentleman that I spoke with was not wearing a name tag. I intended to purchase new batteries for my 2017 diesel F-350. I needed two new batteries. He was not nice or friendly when I walked into the store. I spoke first and politely said good morning then explained I needed to purchase batteries and have them installed as mine were bad. I left my truck running to ensure they would not die again after just having my truck jump started.He hatefully explained that he could change them but the truck would not turn on because they needed to be professionally installed and a scanner would be needed to reset the truck. I asked if he was sure as I had tubed and looked up in the manual about installing new batteries and this was never mentioned. He hatefully then commented that he would change them but my I'd be there all day because my truck wouldn't start.I choose to leave and spend my money at NAPA auto parts. Where the service was definitely more friendly but they do not install batteries. I purchased them and then went on to work. I am a school teacher and missed my morning classes trying to hopefully have batteries installed. I have since talked to mechanics and actually have a gentleman from the school volunteer to install them. They magically work and my truck starts fine without this "magic scanner reset" the gentleman at O'Reilly's spoke of this morning.

Lady working counter had zero experience running trouble code. Didn't even bother trying or attempt to ask a co-worker. Her response was... "I don't know what that is google it" and walked away.Was coughing and stating she was sick but interacting with customers with mask pulled down.Really search for O'Rileys because of their normally good service and experience but this location definitely not the normal.

Only place I shop. Best parts. Some parts are more expensive but not enough to be concerned with. I'm a loyal customer and will only go somewhere else when I find a dealer part. All employees almost know me by name, are reasonably knowledgeable, and very friendly.

WARNING!!!! If your wife ever needs automotive help and you can't be there...DO NOT send her to this store!!!! I was stuck at work and unable to help my wife. Her battery was dead so a stranger jumped her battery and I told her to go to oriellys they would take care of it since that is where the battery came from. It was a super start extreme with a 3 year warranty. Well, Billy who needs a serious lesson in customer service told her to turn the car off. Which is fine but when it wouldn't start told her she would need to pull the battery out to charge it. Yeah ok and then told her that she needed to call someone to pull it. Didn't even offer to jump it and went back inside. I was shocked and will never spend another red cent at that store. Learn from my mistake. Dont put your wife in their hands!!!!

Always helpful, they make sure you find what you need or are looking for. If they dont have it in stock normally have it by the next day

Yes they have a everything I needed so far so I got to go back to the end of the day and pick up a idler I hope they have one yeah I got a serpentine belt and it was loose and I hope my air conditioner still works but they had parts for a 1993 Chevrolet and it's surprised me I'm going back there again in about another hour

Appreciate the help from Steven ended up going to his store for fittings and hose but didn't have fittings available he called a different store from an hour away to hold as he tried to come up with different solutions!
