Cody Broussard was a great salesman. Found me a beautiful vehicle with all the requirements I gave him. I told him I didn t want to be sitting around the dealership for hours and he had everything ready to go when I got there. Just had to sign my paperwork and I was out the door. One of the easiest times I ve ever bought a vehicle.

Years ago I stopped using Navarre's service department after bad experiences in LC. Several months ago, my son's truck needed work, and my dad recommended the Sulphur service department because one of their technicians, Lee, is the best. Thank God I trusted him. We were not disappointed. Amanda, our service rep, was fantastic. She even sent pictures of things I needed from inside the truck while it was being repaired. She really made a terrible situation feel less terrible. Everything was done well and quickly. The service manager, (other) Lee, even touched base with us to make sure that everything was done to our satisfaction.Earlier this week, my husband's truck needed attention, and again, everyone went above and beyond for us. Again, the work was done well and quickly. Chefs kiss to Billy Navarre's Service crew for having customer service consistently dialed in 100%.

Justin was beyond helpful, he found that I only had one tire sensor out and checked all my tires. They replaced it in no time and the customer service was very satisfying. He explained everything to me and I will be back again to purchase new tires.

I would like to say that my recent poor experience at this dealership was met with due diligence to correct the issue, but I just can t.After posting an honest review about my experience with a member of their sales team and management, I was asked to delete it by the General Manager. After telling me that he wanted to deal with this issue and get me the best service possible, I was asked to come in a few days later.I was delighted that the business seemed interested in correcting the poor experience I had with both their salesman and management. I thought surely they wouldn t be contacting me unless they had found a vehicle that would suit my situation. Boy was I wrong.The GM was more concerned about defending their other recent negative reviews and discussing each line of my review, than in finding me a vehicle something he hadn t bothered to look into before asking me for a meeting.I stand by my original review. Their salesman acted inappropriately by contacting me at 4 am and 2 am and attempted to use high-pressure sales tactics to get me to into a vehicle I was not at all interested in and couldn t afford.

I have purchased several vehicles through Philip Hebert and he is the best salesman I have ever felt with. I also had the opportunity to do business with Gage Navarre and found him to be very professional and great to do business with. Josh made it very easy. Scotty brought the car to my office to look at. He brought all the paperwork a few days later and got a check. .The car if for my daughter Turing 16 soon. They allowed us to keep it at their store till her birthday. Great customer service. My wife and I couldn t be more pleased w the easy process.

We were able to make a deal that was great for our family. Also our sales person, Karli Reams, was so sweet and eager to work with us. We were at the dealership until 10 pm and she played with my 4 kids to keep them occupied. She has answered all my questions and if she didn t have an answer she got me one fast! We have bought probably 5 vehicles from Navarre and have always been treated like royalty!

The tech found 2 screws in my tire. Told me they could not be fixed and that I needed to purchase a new tire. Immediately took my car to Southern Tire Mart, where they easily fixed the tire - no new tire needed! The only reason I even go to the quick lube and tire is to get oil changed because I was told that my extended warranty is invalidated if I service my car any where else! Currently looking into that because I do not want to go back.

Love shopping at Billy Navarre! Our sales lady Kelli and Dalton always take great care of us! They helped us find Joey the truck he wanted and helped me order my perfect Tahoe! They always treat us with the upmost respect make sure we are completely taken care of, a ervice that is hard to find now a days. A year later, Kelli helped us pick out the perfect SUV for our daughter and found it quickly! Kelli is always willing to help us and go beyond just being a sales lady to us, she has became a good friend of ours and always will be.The service dept there is always helpful as well. Great place to buy from and recommend them 100%!

Bought a vehicle here back in October and still dealing with getting the paperwork straight with financing. I have contacted the sales rep multiple times to get fixed and then never hear back from him. Now I'm getting put in a position to have to pay AGAIN for titling paperwork that was already paid at time of purchase. Not sure that I will be back to this dealership.

I will never set foot on the property of Billy Navarre Sulphur, again. From the beginning, I was mislead, told half-truths and then downright lied to. Which they defended by saying that I was confused . I wasn t confused. I went through the entire car buying process, down to being fully approved to buy it, and still backed out due to my level of discomfort with the whole situation. After I backed out, I asked for the refund of my $500 deposit that I put down on a vehicle that hadn t arrived yet (to hold) and I had to beg for that for 9 days (7 business days). Which I was also given the runaround on. I have never, in my 38 years, ever felt bulldozed like I did with this. I was in disbelief the entire process because this dealership came recommended to us. It was a sad, disappointing , and unfortunate experience.

Billy Navarre really gets under my skin and I will not be going back any time soon to buy a new vehicle. Having a hard time with storm damage and insurance adjusters after these two hurricanes I really didn't want to have todeal with a sales person and hassles of bargaining for a new vehicle. So my wife and I picked out a nice 2019 Kia Optima and got the deal done with no issues. Done right?!Nope. The finance department found a flaw in the paperwork and called me back in saying I had to resign some paperwork due to some issues. So I went in and resigned the contracts only to be told the payments would be less than what was agreed to.Then, my salesman had the nerve to tell me he had another vehicle he knew I would like. Just because I mentioned I happened to be eyeing those Jeep 4 door Unlimited's. He knew he had the upper hand on me. Damnit! Midnight blue, brown leather, convertible hard top and V6 lifted with 22's x 35's. . .Look these people know what they are doing and you better be careful when you go in there cause they will get you! They will make things irresistible and downright impossible to walk away from.So people be ware! I went in for an oil change but the oil was still very dark. I have under 100,000 miles and get regular oil changes. It's never been that way before after an oil change. Then they couldn't honor my coupon because they couldn't work the computer so I ended up paying over $100 for an oil change and the not the Fall Special advertised. Now I may end up having to use another place to change my oil again to remove the dark oil...

The service department was so helpful amd accommodating. I dropped off my car on Sunday night and continued on to work near New Orleans. Destin handled all the warranty information and called the dealership that previously worked on the truck to assist with the discovery of a problem with the previous repair. The entire team was helpful. Great Job! I would definitely recommend your dealership for service or sales.Returned in Dec 2023 to buy a new car from this dealership. Not all of the pressure and run around you get a most dealerships. Excellent experience.

Stopped in at the service department without an appointment because my vehicle was making noises. I was greeted and my vehicle was almost immediately pulled into the service area to fix it. It was recommended that I do some routine maintenance and I added that too. In and out in just a couple of hours and my vehicle is back to running like new again. Big thank you to Amanda Parks and the entire team at Navarre Chevrolet of Sulphur.

I had one of the most amazing experiences with the service department that I've ever had!! Just after arriving in Lake Charles last Friday afternoon from San Antonio, I discovered that I had a major coolant leak on my 2019 Chevy Tahoe. I contacted the nearest Chevrolet dealer and explained my situation and was told that the earliest they would be able to look at my vehicle was Monday morning, despite their service department being open on Saturday. I then called Navarre Cheverolet of Sulfur (also explained my situation which I needed to bring two sons to the airport in Houston Sunday morning) and they put me in contact with the service advisor, Kevin Donadieu, who said that he would have a technician available to look at the problem immediately Saturday morning). Mark the technician, quickly diagnosed that I had a failed water pump. Their parts advisor, Mike, quickly located and secured the pump from another dealer. They repaired my vehicle and I was shocked to receive a call to pick up my vehicle at 10:30 Saturday monring!!! This was less than 24 hrs from when I arrived and discovered my problem. Over the course of my life (60 yrs) I have had car troubles with my vehicle or my family's vehicles. I have had to deal with both emergency and non-emergency repairs many times with a multitude of service departments. I have NEVER had an experience that was even remotely close to what the Team at Navarre Cheverolet service team did for me!! They recognized my situation demonstrating care and compassion, they quickly secured the pump, they provided a capable and competent technician who completed the repairs in record time. This team deserves a 6 star rating for going above and beyond in repairing my vehicle!!! They are the best I've ever experienced!!

Joel Baglio is one of the most amazing salesman I have ever worked with! He doesn t just try to shove you in something just to make a sale. He wants you to be happy and in what you love. I have terrible credit and he didn t care. He still walked around with me looking at everything I was approved for until it was something I wanted! And when we found what I wanted he made it happen! I can not express how grateful I am to buy from him and I will not buy from another salesman. I HIGHLY recommend
