Dropped in for a last minute oil Change. They were able to get me in and out quickly. Bridget and Will both took great care of my car and made sure I was happy with the service before I left. Will absolutely be back for my next oil change.

Bridget & Will were extremely friendly,professional, knowledgeable of my needs, they were very fast & the entire time Will was very verbal with the rest of his crew to make sure everything went smoothly & accordingly so that nothing was left undone or improperly done. It was my first time taking my sisters vehicle to this location & I was extremely pleased with the services I received as well all the overall professionalism that I witnessed I will definitely return for all these reasons.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this Jiffy Lube location. The site manager Nicole, and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to help me. They even unlocked my vehicle for me after I locked my keys in it. I appreciate these individuals more than they know

The customer service here is great. They are fast, caring and, from what I saw, they were working together as a team. I will be going back again soon. **UPDATE** I DID go back with another of my cars, and before even driving the car in, I asked if they could change the oil on my Mercedes, and they said YES! I let the car go in as normal, spent my usual $100 on an oil change, and everything was fine, but when I got in my car, the car wouldn't drive or reverse! After the guy tried a few things, we got it going, and the same problem kept happening. Well, the end of this story, I had to bring the car to the Mercedes dealership out in Texas and spend over $100 again to get another oil changed; they had misplaced a bolt, and the oil was leaking and not letting me drive! This is why I am updating and will never bring any of my vehicles here again. EVER! I am uploading the pictures of what it looked like when I took it to the Mercedes dealership. #6.9 million views on business reviews.

I visited store 3281 in Sulphur, LA. Initially, when I saw the young men, I was skeptical of their knowledge about servicing a Lexus. I was WRONG!Ayden, one of the managers, spoke with me, gathered the information needed to provide the service. He was very kind, courteous, knowledgeable and respectful.Bradley actually serviced the vehicle. I saw him become frustrated when he could not install the air filter. He stopped, checked the old filter, returned back to the vehicle and successfully installed the new filter.Also impressive was the non-stop communication between Bradley, the person underneath the vehicle and Ayden. They were so professional! I enjoyed just watching and listening to them as they worked.Attorney at Law

I want to take a minute to share my experience at Jiffy Lube on Ruth St. in Sulphur today.I left at lunch to go get my oil changed hoping they were not busy, upon arrival I was asked what service I needed once answered I was quickly ushered in Bay 1 by Mr. Kurt. As Mr Kurt and lube tech (appeared to be in training) opened hood, Ms. Nicole appeared at my window with a laptop and questions for me, once oil type was agreed upon she gave me full price then gave me price with discounts that she was able to find for me, Thank you! When all that was done she checked air in all my tires.Mr Kurt was underhood with new tech explaining the How's and Why's of completing each task.The customer service was fantastic!I have had my oil changed for past 5 or so years with a competitor, I have not had this kind of service in quite awhile.I have 30 minutes for lunch-I had enough time to make another stopand clocked back in on time.I am impressed and I will be back

I am a convert! If every Jiffy lube location is as awesome as the Sulphur location of JL, I won't EVER be returning to Fi!@#$%^&*! I was visiting family in my hometown and having been a victim of a wrong oil change at a national competitor (won't EVEN type their name as they don't deserve ANY free promotion), I was relived to have excellent customer service at this location as well not having to ask for a military discount, unlike the same national competitor.

I was very pleased to get my old 2003 F150 inspected and brake lights replaced. Same great service back in May when I got the 2021 Bronco state inspection. I have no doubt that I will be back again. WJG

Wonderful service! I needed an oil change on a cross country trip and this crew worked diligently to ensure I was set up for success. I have an unusual car so I m always skeptical about bringing it in to a new shop, but these guys took the time to do everything right. The manager did a super job with my issues. She handled the team in a great way. The team worked well together. I went for an oil change and then back for an inspection same day. Had a hose that went to air breather that was not attached. The clamp was bad and they did not have one that big so they did the most perfect redneck thing and put a couple clamps together to make it fit and hold the hose in place correctly

Every single person there was extremely helpful and cheerful!They went above and beyond to make sure they could get my very low car onto their changing station. They made getting an oil change a pleasant experience!! 10/10 will do all my future oil changes here in sulphur!

Service was friendly and professional. Somehow my account and past use of the service had been lost. I asked the tech to check the radiator fluid level. She only checked the overflow reservoir. My truck later overheated due to low radiator fluid level. Apparently the line is clogged. There is no way to predict this, but it would've been nice had she checked the actual radiator fluid level. They did detect water in the oil and recommended a flush. They also drained some excess transmission fluid at my request. Overall, I am satisfied and will be back.

Great service very friendly and knowledgeable . Was going in for oil change and inspection. The associate checked everything and let you know if there was a problem and explained everything before service. Its nice to find there is still customer service that has been going away at alot of business since covid. Thank you Jiffy Lube for your fast and friendly service. Good job!

Great service by management and staff very clean place and fast service, team works great manager gets all your info and payment while Jeff is topping off fluids and Iverson is draining the oil and changing the filter, Jeff comes back with new oil and out you go !! Always very friendly staff who go above and beyond to service you! Unlike some lube shops, they never make me feel like I'm being guilted into spending more money on unnecessary things. They are very thorough and always have a smile on their face (no matter how hot and long their day has surely been lol) will forever use this company for my car servicing!Service: Oil change

Brought my own oil and filter and had them swap it out for me yesterday, walk out to my truck today and notice oil on the ground, look under the truck and this is what I see, if the kids would of spent less time screwing with each other and focused more on pulling the oil filter out I wouldn't have this crime scene under my truck, at the very least they could of cleaned up the mess they created.Service: Oil change

I will never do business with this place again! Went to get an inspection sticker done, they inspected it and said everything looks good it will be 20.00 dollars for a two-year sticker. I give the guy my card they go in and charge me and this other guy comes out and says, "I'm failing the car because you need new breaks and rotors". He slaps a big orange sticker in the window and walks off! The other guy was somewhat nice and he explains to me because he noticed I was getting a little mad, that the back breaks were bad which they weren't! Then he proceeded to tell me they can change it for me for over 400.00 dollars! Yeah, NO! I told him I'll change them myself, while that conversation was going on I noticed one of the other guys inspecting another car and he told him he wouldn't be able to pass him so they let him go didn't charge, and fail that guy but let him go. This also happened to the two cars ahead of me. They were told and given the chance to fix whatever their cars would fail but not me! I hate to bring race into it, but the other guys that they let go were white! But I had my white wife in the car with me so I don't know if that was the guy's motivation or if he was just trying to squeeze work out of me. Whatever the case that's not how you conduct business! If they would've come back and just said Mr. Jackson your back rotors and breaks need to be changed I would have said ok when can you do it, paid the money no questions asked! but to go about it the way they did was some BS! I saved myself over 300.00 dollars and just did it myself! So the following Monday I went back to get the inspection sticker that I paid for Saturday and the rude guy wasn't there he left over an hour early! And would be back for a few days, so my wife is still riding around with a big failed orange sticker in her window!Update:So I went back today and had a different outcome. I think his name was Michael (sorry if I got that wrong), talked about what happened the other day and he said his peace and I said my peace. He gave me a chance to talk without interrupting and I gave him the same. Then we talked together as people should, no one lost their cool and we realized we both could've done some things differently. I probably should have waited until after today to write my review and they should have explained what was going on Saturday. Nevertheless, everything is cool and I've updated my review to reflect that.

Went to get a vehicle inspected. There are dedicated hours for this service. I went within those hours and was told No the girl said that she would have to go out to do said inspection, and she s not doing that today . Unbelievable.
