Local, fair, friendly, knowledgeable, timely, helpful & informative. Plain & simple. We picked up my sister's new RV (it was new, but unfortunately it came with an UNDISCLOSED "host of problems package" from dealership in Breaux Bridge. These guys fixed everything they could & were fair and honest. They even took the time to give us a crash course on the RV for our 1st trip. So far... So good. Much appreciated.

Wanted to give a shout out for these guys. I popped an air bag on my coach today....but I wasn't 100% sure. As soon I pulled into Gulf Gate they jumped right on accessing my issue....It was popped. Freightliner didn't have the part in stock. Gulf Gate didn't charge me anything....WOW. Great people still doing business the old fashion way....Thank you!!!!!

Had a rv furnace worked on by a local mobile rv service they charged 360 Dollars to fix rv furnace did not fix it I found gulf gate rv called them brought furnace to them they fixed it had it back a day later running fine will always buy rv parts and bring repairs to them thanks alot glad to find yall

My RV s Refrigerator stopped working while camping in Lake Charles. The guy that I was dealing with was super knowledgeable, super professional and just overall super great! These guys really helped me out and I m so grateful! Great service.

Worst Place ever! Took my RV to Gulf Gate RV back in May of 2019 for Hail Damage. (Keep in mind that i live in my RV due to i travel for my work), 2 Months later i was told that the RV is ready to be picked up & everything is ready. Before i go out of my way to leave work to retrieve it. I asked what was done after telling me what was done, i asked so you guys didnt replace the awning that was damaged also, he said oh i didnt know it was damaged, I had told them everything that was damaged and that it was leaking water in the RV. so they replace the Awning. 1 Month later they tell me ok it is ready now. I go and pick it up in a hurry do to work and drop it off at the RV camp site and hook it all up, when hooking it up i noticed that there was some items missing from the RV outside. My power connection Cap was missing and one of my bug screens for my water heater, I called the guy and sent him pictures, he tried worming his way out of it but he finally said ok i will order them and install them. after a week later the parts came in and he sent a guy out to install them. that same day when i came home and got ready for bed and laid down to watch a little TV, i noticed that the TV signal was not working, i thought well something is wrong with the Cable at the RV park so i called them and they said that they would have it fixed. the next day they called me and said that there was nothing wrong with the cable so i turned on the TV and there still was no signal. so i started thinking what happened, and i remembered that he replaced the whole power plug with the cap and the cable line is right next to the power plug and i thought well maybe he damaged the interior cable when he replace the power plug, so the next day i pulled the inverter out and syre enough it was completely ripped out out the socket. so instead of dealing with them, i just fixed it myself. I forgot to mention, during this time i woke up one morning soaking wet. the roof started leaking when the AC finally made enough condensation to get to the vent fan over my bed. I called them and asked them if they did not fix the leak. His response was well we replaced all the items that you told us about, Including your awning, (I WAS FURIOUS) I asked him do you think that you guys are being very professional by saying that. he said well what else do you want. I sad i would like my camper to be fixed correctly the first time, instead of going back and forth with you guys. why didnt you fix the most important thing that should have been fixed first. he said i dont know what to tell you but can you bring the rv to me and i told him no i can not i am working and i have paid rent here at the RV site, I asked him are you going to pay me for the rent and the days pay at work and he said no so then he said ok i will send someone out to look at it and try to fix it. Well instead of fixing it they unleveled my rv by raising the front jacks so the AC Condensation would role off the other way. i saw what they did as soon as i got home so i leveled it back out and sure enough it was still leaking, i called him the next day and asked him what kind of business id he running that what they did was very unprofessional, I asked him how do you think that by raising the RV would fix the issue? so i come home that evening to find 2 guys working on the rv, that same night it continued to leak. so i decided to look into it my self instead of fighting with them again, i went and bought a ladder and climbed up on the roof, and to my surprise the vent a hood cover was all Jacked up pulled up off the roof all sideways, bolts were seized up from over tightening them and a broken wing nut. so i start slowly taking it apart and find all kinds of damage that they did. DO NOT USE this place. They do not care about their work or the quality of the work or they just do not know what they are doing. i ma sure that they take advantage of rookies that they dont know any better. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! TERRIBLE SERVICE! there is more to tell but i am limited on how much i can write.

I am looking for a good place to service a motor home I have to tow in for repair to pickup my daughter who is a student in college. I like the sound of the other service reviews. Prompt service is a value these days.... GrandMa Donna Apnga

Well I am a construction worker who lives in his Rv and works all week, it would be nice to be able to shop for needs on a Saturday when I don't have to work.. that would be good also

Although they were not able to help me because they were short handed they did give me some good info & I would have gone back bu had to leave town for a few months
