This is our second truck from here. When I tell you Kasie always take care of us. She goes above and beyond for us every time. Any problems we have she makes sure to take care of them right away. I love her and she will always be my go to. If you are looking to upgrade your vehicle please go see Kasie. She will definitely work hard to get you in the vehicle you deserve.

I've bought 3 vehicles. From the store In Sulphur and the salesman (RANDY) has always made sure I got into the vehicle I wanted. Simply submit all the paperwork they request. Along with the required down payment. And you'll ride that day.The store In Moss Bluff. Well if I can't say anything good about them,then I won't say anything at all. Let's just say it doesn't take 2 weeks to secure financing for a client that has already given them 1/2 of the down payment as a to show I was a serious buyer.

Me and my husband purchased a SUV here 16 mo.ago 2019 Buick encore unfortunately found that the airbags don't deploy in an accident I had recently where my vehicle was totaled. We came back to get another vehicle a 2017 GMC Acadia here's to crossing my fingers! Newer and low mileage doesn't mean better here.

If could just rate the salesman Devin would be a 5., But what he has to work with is a very generous 2. 16 months ago was was very happy financed us into a 2019 Buick encore, unfortunately last week it was totaled in accident. This disabled veteran has never missed or been late on any payments. So to see that this time around the best they could do to a loyal customer was another vehicle 2 yrs older than the first and nearly three times the milage current on our first vehicle and 9000$ less on finance and same down payment as first time.If wasn't for wifebeing happy she's got a vehicle back would have gone elsewhere. The finance company they work with is why I can say this was the worst car buying experience in my 63 yrs of life!

My husband had a bone marrow transplant and we have been in New Orleans, since Dec 3, 2023. My Yukon, bought from Lane Lebouef at GMC, had some issues and I called Allstar and immediately was helped. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Lane to get you in your new ride- he was so good to us - and we will be using him again!!Chuck, the service manager for Autoplex, has been amazing. He sent a tow truck to pick my ride up and dropped off a loaner, until my car is ready. 5 star all the way around. We were blessed. Thank you guys!

The General/Sales manager named MAVERICK DEMOLLE talked down to and yelled at my elderly Black uncle as if he were a child, when simply asked to make a repair on the car uncle bought from Auto Plex 2000 in Sulpher, LA. Not only does the leadership of this car dealership (MAVERICK DEMOLLE) NOT value his customers, this dealership is also slow to repair their damaged used vehicles that are extremely overpriced, in my opinion. I suggest Black people in the Lake Charles area never buy a car from MAVERICK DEMOLLE or any dealership he is associated with, unless you enjoy spending your money with people that dislike you because of the color of your skin.

Do yourself a big favor and don't use autoplex unless you want to drive what they want you to have they tried selling me a wrecked truck first then a POS that came out the industries that was ragged out then a truck that needed a set of injectors and a new fuel system about 20 thousand dollars worth of work and then Jerry Jackson I told him he cursed me like a dog. Dude is a joke and will lie to earn business.

Kasie Citizen is the bomb. I called asked her to help me get a vehicle and she did her thing. She went out found vehicles for me before I even stepped on the property. As a matter of fact had my vehicle picked out before I got there all I had to do was test drive. After my purchased she made sure I had new tires. Thanks again Kasie you are fabulous!! Love ya girl!

Traded a car in on 02/18/2018. Asked the salesman 3 times if I needed to turn the plate in. He told me no. That they take care of it. 5 years later I have to pay 675 in fines to renew my license because somebody never turn the plate in. Auto plex 2000 is a trash place that screw everybody over. Maverick.

Awesome customer service! They stayed really late and helped us get a car. Very honest and straight forward. Went back following day to inspect car and change oil. Our salesman Randy was amazing and so patient with us! Everyone we dealt with was very friendly with us. I highly recommend dealing with these guys. Definitely not your typical car lot!

Definitely impressed!!! I seen some questionable reviews but my experience was by far the best I have had when buying a vehicle! Maverick listened to my situation and said let's get u in something! Probably the easiest person iv ever talked with. The vehicle isn't one I would have thought to look at but I am LOVING it! The process was quick and not 1 time did I hear the word NO Kasie my sales lady is super friendly. Also easy to talk with. I felt very comfortable from the 1st phone call until I left. They wasn't pushy or trying to convince me to by all kinds of extras. The place was clean and smelled nice unlike some... I will definitely recommend them %
