We got outstanding service from Mike in a driving rainstorm. He was extremely professional and took his time to make sure that he got my car out of a ditch correctly with no damage done to the car. He clearly cared about the work he was doing. I was very happy with their service.

We threw a rod and punched a hole in the motor of our RV. We were stuck on a two lane highway, 1,300 miles from home. It was very early morning and no shops were open.Ted was amazing! He was so patient and understanding. Ted waited with us until we could find an open shop to service the RV.Thank you, Ted! Your kindness made a very stressful situation a little easier. We appreciate you!

Our driver Meaux was the best. The whole company is very professional and courteous. They had my truck where I needed to be on time and I couldn't ask for a better driver. If you're in a bind call elite, ask for Meaux. You won't be disappointed!

Fantastic service!The company I am with had one of their trucks break down some time ago. The truck was left in vacant lot and ended up being vandalized.Several tires were flat.Elite sent a great driver who filled the tires with air and was able to haul it away to our yard 4 miles away.Highly recommend!!

Responded quickly, but fees were high. They wanted to charge an extra fee to help load the vehicle onto a trailer. Overall, if I needed a tow and had no other options I would use them again but i would definitely ask for someother service first.

Jared was our operator for towing our blazer from Lake Charles to caryless. I rate him a 15 out of 10. Excellent service. Good price. Speedy response

Dylan great guy! Took his time was real Friends and took mY car all the way to tr�iler park, great customer service when called, nobody was willing to come out and help, �lite sure went out of their way to help, hats off to that man thank you!

When we went to get our car from their yard, they were not helpful, and very greedy. They wanted $60 just to help us load it onto our trailer. Would not recommend them.

Lot of very expensive personal stuff missing between them having it and getting to next location. Pics taken on arrival showed items missing before arrival.

Too expensive did not use them. Called affordable and was over half cheaper and got to us quick. Will not use elite towing

Worst towing service there is! And extremely bad customer service from the lady that's in the office. For a cash only business it's pretty stupid of her to say that she doesn't have change which was pretty obvious she wanted to keep it for herself. I do not recommend this place.

When they got my truck; $100 was in console of truck and 4 blue tooth speakers were in it, When I got my truck back there was$5 in console and 1 Bluetooth speaker,
