This towing company is more than that! The service we received was quick courteous and so helpful. If there were more people like them the world would be a better place!! So patient and kind to me and my family. I just can t say enough good things!! Keep up the amazing work and God Bless!!

We had a great experience. Very polite and we had quick service. We were charged an affordable rate. All in all we were very satisfied. Being stranded with a baby is scary and we felt very well taken care of. Thank you sir!

Stranded on I10 in Orange, Tx. Double J sent out John and he did an excellent job getting me off the interstate and to a mechanic. Very kind, very professional. Highly Recommend!

My rental car broke down on I-10 in Lake Charles. With traffic, it was going to take awhile for the tow-truck to get to me. But Julie came to my rescue and picked me up to bring me to the airport to get a new car. It was so incredibly nice of her to go out of her way when she was out running errands. If I ever break down again, I hope it's in Double J's service area :)

Late 5-26-2023 our insurance company sent Double J Roadside Assistance to tow our vehicle home after it broke down at a gas station.When these two men showed up... I cannot lie, I was apprehensive.HOWEVER these two men, John and Daniel, are the hardest working men I've seen in a long time. They worked tirelessly to get our vehicle onto their trailer, their troubleshooting and problem solving skills are beyond par, and their concern for me and my well being was an unexpected bonus.I will recommend these men and their company from now on.Thank you, John and Daniel, for bringing your rainbow unicorns to ensure our vehicle, as well as ourselves, made it home safely.Service: Car towing

I was traveling back to Texas when my company truck broke down. They sent Daniel and Katherine to tow my truck. I was stranded. They even gave me a ride to my hotel, and helped me with my luggage. Very friendly and professional people. I was having a bad day and they made it better by helping me out.

I broke down on I-10 Eastbound 3 miles outside of Sulphur. Used roadside assistance and Double J was scheduled to tow my car. They canceled my roadside assistance not once but twice. Every time they got rescheduled they asked for more money. Thank you for leaving me stranded on the side of the highway for 4 hours. I m still on the highway right now.

I needed my DEF filter changed and they sent me a mechanic who did such a poor job that my DEF stated literally pouring out of the tank through the replaced filter. When I called to let them know, a supervisor by the name John tells me I am speculating and doesn't want to hear me out as he wants to cover the mechanic. The mechanic himself kept us waiting for an hour after he said he was coming to get it fixed. He even didn't bolt back the DEF filter cover and yet said the job is done. I had to call John himself to come bolt it back the following day.I had to get another mechanic to get my DEF filter properly which was extra expense for a poorly done job.I will never use them again.

This was the worse towing experience in my life. The tow truck was not actually a tow truck more like a truck with a trailer bed that wasn t very stable. The person responsible for the tow was new and didn t seem like he knew anything. In my opinion, there should ve been a experience person riding with him. But the worse part was the driver losing my keys for three hours while I was stranded in another state (Louisiana, I was driving home to Texas) at a FireStone to get my vehicle evaluated. However, because my keys were lost, I couldn t get my vehicle service. The driver apparently dropped the keys at some point and those were later found by a neighboring business owner in the streets. My house key was damaged so after all of that, I couldn t even open my door when I got home. My keys appeared to be run over due to the physical damage on my keys. This was a very traumatic experience as a woman with no help nearby. Horrible, horrible.Service: Car towing

I highly recommend this company they were the only company I called that were will to help me and I can t even begin to tell you how much I appreciated it. Last night as I traveled to Louisiana from Texas I hit a large piece of metal in the middle of I-10 and it was stuck under my car I was dragging it I got to the side of the road and called my cars blue link road side assistance they told me it would be 3 hours but I could try to find someone on my own. After calling every tow company in the Vinton, Sulphur, Lake Charles area no one wanted to help me. I happened to stumble across Double J Roadside Assistance as I began to explain to the women on the phone my situation and that I was thinking that if we could just lift the car up the object would come out and I can drive off no towing necessary she immediately said they do have jacks and she would send someone right away. By this time I had been on the side of the road for almost 3 hours I was so glad to hear someone was finally going to help me. The driver was there with in 15 minutes he jacked the car up pulled it out and I was on my way again within 5 minutes of him getting there. I couldn t thank him enough he was very polite and professional once again I so appreciate the help. Oh and the price was very reasonable as well the tow services were going to charge astronomical prices.

I called because a nug was not coming off. They sent two guys over with the exact same tools I already had, mind you those were the only tools they carried nothing else. Since they couldnt get the nug off they just said it was stripped and that we had to get my truck towed that they were gonna take care of it . The guy pretended to be on the phone, he got in the truck and took off. Now I m here stranded on the side of the road and I literally paid 200$ for NOTHING. It took them 10 minutes, literally, to decide there was nothing else they could do.

Locked my keys in my car and quickly called Double J and they were there in less that 15 minutes and had my car unlocked in less than 5!! Thanks Double J for your fast and friendly service.
