These guys are so nice! The service is quick and efficient and something rare now a days is friendly. They explain to me what they think may need changed or whatever but they never pester me into getting services I don t want. They explain everything thoroughly and even offer complimentary beverages while you wait! I highly recommend captains on Ruth Street and will continue bringing all of my vehicles here for service with a smile!

I can t believe I never heard of this place until last week. An oil change place where you get to STAY IN YOUR CAR? Do you have any idea how convenient that is? It s BRILLIANT! I have a special needs child and I was putting off changing my oil for weeks because I didn t want to deal with unloading him and sitting in a waiting room where he would wreak havoc for however long it took to deal with my car. The fact that this kind of service exists is a godsend. Everyone was super nice and professional, they recommended a couple of extras but no pressure. Everything was streamlined with an iPad and I was so impressed with what a tight ship they ran. They ve got a repeat customer for sure.

Oil change. Adam helped me out today. He was so kind and attentive. He and Gage let me know everything that was going on at all times to keep me in the loop. I was in and out within 15 mins or less! they even offered a complimentary beverage and I thought that was pretty sweet, considering most places don t do that. Gage also gave my dog a treat haha. Very nice crew, keep up the great work!!Services: Tires, Oil change

Amazing experience at Captains Oil Change. Only place in town that was able fit our RV. Service was A+. They made sure everything was topped off and explained all my options. If you own a RV this is the place to go.

Very professional and fast service, they even offer you a complimentary drink! It takes about 12-15 minutes for an oil change, &they also check all your fluids.10/10 would highly recommend!Service: Oil change

Fast great service, however I was told by the service guy that If I go from synthetic to conventional oil my motor would burn up. After reach that is false. Be honest with customers!!!

Fantastic service. I have a little Smart car, an oddity around here, and they were all quite taken with it. They went the extra mile to find the oddly sized filter and socket needed to open the drain plug. The manager actually left and drove down the road to see if she could find it herself. They went way above and beyond. I will be back.Service: Oil change

I get my oil changed here and every time I go the people there are always nice. If something else needs to be changed they let me know and they show me what was bad and then show me what they will put that is new. I recommend going here 100%.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

So sweet! 3 young men spent time talking to me about everything they were doing. Not pushy, but good salesmen for all I needed. I was getting my sons vehicle serviced for him. Very good experience!

I was like the forth in line to get service and they were people behind me. I was concerned they would do a hurry up job, but I was very pleasantly greeted and they had at least 4 or 5 people working on my car all at once, they were thorough and worked together and it was a pleasure to be there they were efficient, and covered all the services I was there for and then some. And in less than half an hour it seemed. And a coupon to boot!

Took less than thirty minutes at lunch time on a Friday, five weeks after a Category 4 hurricane. I searched for an hour trying to find an open place without ten cars waiting. After tiring of trying, I searched Google for "oil change near me." Captain's was one of the top hits. I drove up with two cars ahead of me. I was offered a beverage and then treated to probably the best guest experience I have ever had. The staff was knowledgeable, courteous, and genuinely seemed to care about me and my time. They even showed me how to change and reset the display in my wife's car! I would highly recommend Captain's to anyone looking for an oil change. Thank you!Service: Oil change

Of course, they try to sell you a lot of things that your car probably needs, and you really don't want to have to buy, but they all do that, it's the job! But, they are all really sweet guys. And they got the job done! I was a bit late on my oil change, and quite frankly, don't think it was even done last time at the place I have been going to for years in Lake Charles, a comparable company. I was quite tired of my tire light being on that the other company said would go off, but it never did...telling me that they didn't even air up the tires! Seems like there is a lot more done by hand at this new place, but they get it done! No military discount I was hoping for, but you can't have it all! I will definitely be back, probably next month to get one of the other services that they suggested.

Y'all. I have never enjoyed an oil change before. This place is awesome! I was being treated like a celebrity lol. Never again will I go to Wal-Mart. They checked EVERYTHING! They dive straight in and get to work. I was kept well informed and was offered other services but never felt pressured and the staff was extremely friendly!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Captain's was very professional and took the time out of their day to actually do a 30 point inspection of the vehicle. They told us what was recommended but never made it a pressured buy. Showed oil/differential/transfer case fluids so we could see what they currently looked like.

Got there 30 minutes before closing after getting permission to leave work early and speeding through traffic just to be denied service. There was only one car ahead of me and there was no visible tape or sign saying they were closing early. Only an employee's word of mouth.
