Excellent work in installing a receiver hitch. I went in and the staff was very helpful in helping me pick out what I needed and scheduling me for installation. Once I showed up on the day of installation, I was in and out of there within thirty minutes. Pricing was competitive and I highly recommend Big Tex.

Everything went very smooth. Beth was very knowledgeable and experienced. The whole experience was great. I would definitely recommend them. Oh, and the guy who checked and hooked up the trailer was also a good part of the experience. I don't remember his name though.

I've been purchasing Trailers with Melissa and Beth for the past 10 years and it's always a great shopping experience for parts sales and service! These girls know the trailer business!! Today I have purchased an additional hot shot trailer. Highly recommended Big Tex Sulphur.

These guys are awesome I had my trailer in another shop to get fixed was there for 5 days they said they fixed it and they didn't I stopped in here and explained to them what was going on and that I just got my trailer out of the shop and without any hesitation they went right to work on my trailer excellent customer service and the mechanic there is awesome he knows his trailers the lady's in the office were a huge help and were great thank you guys so much for getting me going again I recommend this place to anyone

Mrs. Beth was so nice and accommodating. We hung up the phone and she had to sift through boxes of paperwork from 8 years ago and she said she would find my paperwork. She called back 6 min later and found everything. She was very nice and polite and I appreciate her diligence so much. Very happy with her service!

This was by far one of the best service experiences I ve ever had. Cody, our mechanic, was professional and friendly yet also to-the-point, explained things clearly, and offered us a few options depending on our budget and timeline. Beth in the office was kind and friendly as well - and knowledgeable! Seems like a great team over here. No fake sales BS kinda vibe. If I m ever through the Lake Charles area again we ll be stopping by again :)

Mrs. Beth is so awesome! I looked everywhere for a blacked out cargo trailer and utilities trailer. Well she made it happen! If it wasnt in stock she was going to find it for us. Definitely will be buying from here again. Everything was quick and easy.

Placed a couple of calls Beth Guillory and exchanged a few emails, she was more than helpful to talk to me over the phone with their inventory. Absolutely wonderful service! Beth was sor sales person, and she was very kind, answered all of our questions no matter how silly or small I might have thought it was to ask. She worked with us so we could drive away with a trailer the same day, maybe an hour at the most!

Beth was wonderful. I phones ahead to make sure they had the trailer I wanted in stock & she assured me it would be there the day I said I was coming. My trailer was pulled up to the front and ready when I arrived. She completed my paperwork quickly & hooked my trailer up. I was gone in about 30 minutes! I would definitely recommend this as a place to buy a trailer!!!!

Wow! As someone not knowing much about trailers, both Melissa and Beth were amazing! They helped me pick out the perfect trailer for my needs.
