The employee seem to be pretty helpful. It's a clean atmosphere with a ride variety of things you need for your automobile. I was pleased with my experience at this business.

Their employees always give you quick and friendly service with smile.They are my 1st choice in auto parts stores when I need parts !Their employees are very helpful when trying to solve your automotive problems !They also have specialty tools for rent to do your own repairs.

The people there are polite and friendly and willing to help you with anything if they don't have it they can order and have it in the next day.

Ordered a starter from here before 11 am on Saturday was told it would be in by 1220 that afternoon as of 3 o clock it still hasn't arrived. I had to get antifreeze around 1230 so I checked to see if it had come in and the lady said no the hub driver had forgotten to grab it on her way out the door and she told the hub driver to go back and get it. Well it doesn't take but 20 minutes to Ryan Street in lake Charles, so I checked again just before 2 o clock and the lady who answered said the hub driver was stuck in traffic and didn't know when the part would come in. So most likely I'm going to end up missing a day of work because I was lied to about when the part would come in.

Had to have 2 batteries for my truck right at closing time and they were very helpful

This advance was extremely helpful. I was looking for lithium ion batteries that they did not have however they took the time to help me find someone who did carry them. Please note: they can order lithium ion but not the brand I was looking for.

There's a young lady working here that is a whiz. She had helped me keep my old Ford pickup on the road for the last two years. Rarely a wait here and if you order online you can save big $.

Advance Auto Parts has friendly and knowledgeable staff. Their prices rival the surrounding competitors, and they usually have what you need in stock. Overall, Advance is always my first choice when shopping for auto parts in Sulphur.

Bad actitud of casher...i ask just for oil filter number and she get bad actitud...It was the old leady...its ok, i try autozone now

I went there with my dad and changed his car battery, they changed it for us quick and easy. We had tried to go to Autozone but they weren't as good and they said they were "too busy" to change it as my dad didn't know how.

Good guys, good parts and usually the best price. Strong supporters of Celebrate Recovery of DeQuincy and the Hope House of DeQuincy, which says a great deal about their character.

My name is Allen my name is Allen yes I look at YouTube all the time all the time list type something Google whoever it is fire my mind how come they can't take and put on there what I say that I am trying to say but someone on that side is slow in typing what certain people say but anyway I look at Google all the time I look at the angels and the mermaids and things like that the federal government does not want nobody to know about wish when I was a boy federal government left for Columbus Day that's how long the mermaids been here just that they lied to government lies to us and teachers and everybody lie to us too never would think there was something like that would be real but it's real God put them here and they've been here God put them here forever

I like the service but don't like the changes to the system how hard is to look up a universal part without giving a load of info it's universal for a reason and to be told you don't carry that part but I do your job for you and pull the info up on my phone and part number as well.
