Garbage, incompetent sales people that are clueless about their inventory and how to sell cars. These morans are nothing but a waste of time. Emailed them on 3/7/24 to check on the availability of a dually F350. Lindsey M. Reaponds back stating truck is available. I emailed her back asking her to call me back. She never did. I called myself and Tara takes the call. She also verifies that the truck is AVAILABLE. She said she ll email or text me the link for the credit application. I also inquired about 2 technical questions about the truck which she had NO idea about what I was referring to. She said that she will ask the technician and will get back to me. She NEVER responded. So I called back and was able to get a hold of Lindsey (person who had initially emailed). I asked her if she or Tara were able to find out about my inquiries regarding the truck. She put me on hold to ask her manager. After a few minutes she comes back and says that the truck is no longer available and it was shipped out to an Auction a few DAYS ago. Apparently all this time the truck was not even on their lot and they had no clue. Don t waste your time with these incompetent idiots. Most likely a fake advertisement to to get people to call. Desperate little family-owned dealership trying to survive with lies and false information. Very pathetic.

I would like to personally award a five star rating to Jimmy Granger Ford On my recent purchase. My salesman Flip was friendly and professional. The service manager Lance went the extra mile and contributed majorly to my overall satisfaction.

On 10/25/2023 I brought my 2016 F150 in for service covered by the warranty. Early December I received a call from my service advisor, Melvin Youngblood, to tell me that my truck was ready to be picked up. When I got there I didn t even make it out of the parking lot before I realized they had not fixed all of the issues. Another month of me paying for a rental car goes by and I receive another call from Melvin saying that my truck was ready, but they could not figure out why it was running rough and that it would not effect my truck. So January 8th, 2024 I again went to pick up my truck. This time I made it about 3 miles down the road before it started skipping while accelerating and leaving a massive cloud of black smoke. With hesitation I brought it right back and told Melvin plus the tech, Scott, that it was still not fixed. Weeks went by and I had not heard a word from Ford regarding my truck therefore I called the service department to speak with the manager, Pat. Pat seemed as if he had no clue as to what was going on with a vehicle they ve had for several months. He told me the service tech was working through the issues trying to figure out the problem. Finally after 3 months and spending thousands on a rental they agreed to pay for the rental. Another month goes by and I get the call saying my truck is ready. I picked it up on a Friday (2/16/24) afternoon and about 3 hours later my check engine light comes on!! Jimmy Granger Service department had my truck for 114 days and did not fix all of the problems! This entire experience has made me not want to own another Ford ever again nor use Jimmy Granger for anything. Be warned people this is the worst service department ever and some of the worst customer service I ve ever experienced!

My wife and I recently purchased a new Ford Explorer from Jimmy Granger. The purchase was the smoothest experience one can go through in purchasing a vehicle. The sales staff was very accommodating and the financing team as well! It really is a cool place to buy a SUV!!!

Melvin at the service department went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met, communicated effectively, and provided expectational customer service. We took in our 2017 F-150 XLT that required transmission services. Melvin worked with our service warranty and made sure to keep us inform every step of the way. I would definitely recommend Jimmy Granger s service department and with Melvin as your service advisor.

I bought a brand new F150 2023 , it had almost 800 mikes on it but the wife liked the color and it was the only one they had. Will the salesman was nice enough. Fast forward about 10 days later and my wife says she hears a noise from the wheel. My nephew , a professional pipe fitter and car builder looks under and sees a manufacturer weld has parted. It looks like something hit the A Arm and broke the weld seam. Neither me or my wife hit anything. She did say she hit a pot hole on a dairy farm road but a Ford truck should handle a pothole. Even their commercials show them hitting more than that. I took the truck back expecting them to be as surprised as I was an offer either to fix it or put me in another truck but no, they said I damaged it. I confess I did not look under the truck. Didn t even think about it. When I buy a used car I look under all the time. It just never crossed my mind to look under a new truck. Long story short , they did not do the right thing. It was obvious that the damage was older than how long we had the truck as there was rust formed on it. And it hadn t rain since I had it. I will never buy from them again , and I do not recommend anyone buy from them as I feel they knew the truck had that damage. Also, I will likely trade this truck in on a Chevy or Dodge. I was a Ford man all my life but this has soured me on the brand.

Chena Williams Johnson, Thank you so much for your days of searching and finding the right card for me. Your patience, kindness, and quick responses to my texts, calls, and emails were greatly appreciated. You constantly searched daily until you found me the right car at the right price. I called other dealerships to ask if they had anything comparable to the deal you were making me on my 2022 Nissan Kicks and they clearly said that they could not come close to that deal. I have a car with low mileage, great gas mileage, and one that I truly believe will last me many years to come. I highly recommend Chena to anyone looking for a great car at a great price.

The service department here is by far the best that I have been to, and I've been to many all the way from Louisiana to West Virginia. Crystal in the service department was very knowledgeable and helpful. She made me feel heard and was very helpful. I will definitely be using Jimmy Granger Ford as my preferred Dealership from now on!

The only reason they did not get zero stars is because you have to leave one star to make a review! I bought a Ford F150 Shelby 4 x 4, had the truck for two months and noticed a lot of paint chips in the front bumper all the way to the plastic, and no I did not get behind a rock truck or anything of that nature to cause the chips. It was simply chipped due to bugs, I had no other chips on the front of my truck except the bumper. I asked for assistance with getting it fixed due to a less than desirable paint job from Shelby and was ignored leaving myself to have to correct this poor workmanship issue! The sales manager gave me his cell phone number to send him pictures so he can deal with Shelby for me, but upon several attempts to make contact with him he ignored me for multiple weeks. I ended up going to a body shop and correcting the problem on my own because it was horrible looking. The owner of the body shop said the chips were due to Shelby painting an unprepared surface, not using a primer of any sorts. I do not recommend this place to anyone! Take your business elsewhere.

I had a very pleasant experience from beginning to end. My salesperson was Chena, and she was more than willing to help me. I had very specific questions and she answered each of them. Also, there were features that were a must. She put me in the car that was right for me. The professionalism that she showed was impeccable. Thank you, Chena, for taking care of me!! Scum of the earth. These pos salesmen took advantage of me and my wife and screwed us. And of course when we went back to see if they would work with us they would not. No sympathy no remorse. They don t care about you. They just care about money. DO NOT TRUST!!! For the love of God don t buy anything from them. And remember there are multiple Jimmy Granger locations owned by the same guy . SO AVOID JIMMY GRANGER AT ALL COST

This store was a blessing in disguise! In the middle of our trip from Houston, TX, our car breaks started making a grinding sound. Without hesitation, Edward squeezed us into their busy schedule on the day before Thanksgiving. Not only did he verbally explain everything in full detail, but he also allowed me to take a look at my car in the shop and show me physically what the issue was. His technician, Steve, was also a huge blessing as he was able to also provide education regarding how to prevent this issue in the future. While waiting for the final quote, Renee was so kind to bring us water bottles. While this experience could have been disastrous, Edward and team went above and beyond with their exceptional customer service

Hands down the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. The service manager is an amazing person and my service advisor Crystal went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of. A bad storm left me stranded over 1000 miles away from home on the side of the road for several days. I was able to limp my truck into this dealership with a burnt up transmission. After talking to the service manager and making arrangements to get a specialty transmission shipped down from Warren Diesel, he moved me to the front of the line because of the circumstances, and placed me in the care of Crystal. The tech working on my truck was just as amazing and courteous. There are not enough words to be able to describe how amazing these people are in the service department, and I will forever be indebted to them for helping me get back on the road. If you care about being treated like an actual human, you will not do any better than by taking your vehicle to them.

This has to be the worst place ever to get a vehicle from!!! Fraud and misleading. But it's a God that sits high and see everything. What's not of God will not prosper .... To forge someone signature on paperwork when the person NEVER CAME in the day the paperwork was filed is very wrong. But my friend will get the last laugh and all the illegal things that are happening at this company will come to light and to Sam the one who handles the finances down there "the same thing that will make you laugh is the same thing that will make you cry"..

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Since June 28th my truck has been to the Service Dept 4 times for routine maintenance. Oil Change, tire rotation, a tire leaking air and check engine light (due to faulty O2 sensor). I picked up truck on June 30th, on July 8th I noticed the same tire was still leaking. That proved the tires were never rotated. On July 12, I brought my truck back to Service Dept. Service Manager Pat assured me he would take care of the tire rotation, air filter and O2 Sensor. It was there until Aug 2nd. Picked up my truck on Aug 2nd and the tire still leaking, none of them rotated,air filter not changed, scratches on hood, front bumper crooked. On August 9th I brought my truck back and was told by Service Manager Pat that maybe I needed to have my truck serviced elsewhere since I was not satisfied. Something simple as tire rotation not performed after 4 trips. August 14th and My truck is still at the service dept. I will update after I pick it up whenever that may be.

I always bring my F-150 here for service. Oil changes and tire rotations every five thousand miles. This place is top notch and super fast. They have a great waiting room with a TV, and two vending machines. FYI, my truck has over 345,000 miles on it.

I want to give a shout out to Sandy Glover. She was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I came in dead set on a certain vehicle but it wasn t in the cards, but she was determined to make my day by offering to look at a different package and I fell in love with it. The vehicle was at the Natchitoches dealership. She had that vehicle in route within minutes. Paperwork was done without a hitch. This was the most quick & pleasant experience ever! Thank you Sandy and everyone at Jimmy Granger Ford Stonewall. Y all rock!
