Special shout out to Jimmy in the parts department. I needed a discontinued part and this dealership in the was the ONLY dealer in the country that had one. The part had been on the shelf for YEARS. I asked Jimmy if I could get it shipped and he said let me make sure that thing is still here. A couple hours went by and he phoned me back with good news. The part was not in the spot it was supposed to be and he took the time to hunt for it. It was not an expensive part and probably wasn't worth the time he spent looking for it. Not only did he find it, it's boxed a ready to be shipped today!! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Thank You Sir!

The people at this dealer ship do not know anything about cars. Squeaky side view mirrors will never cause water leaks, vacuum leaks, the cracked block, and the blown head gasket. They called my mother, who is recently widowed back to the dealership to fix the problem. As they previously lied stright to her face that the truck was brand new and had ZERO problems when they sold it to her. All they did was continue to waste our time, money, and gas, to not even fix the problem and claim it was all because of a squeaky side view mirror (they put a bolt in to fix this supposed squeaky mirror, it looks ugly)

These folks went above and beyond to get my SRX Cadillac in tip top shape for it's age. So far it runs fabulous. It does use a little gas, so it may need a tuneup as well. Thank you Jimmy and Allen for getting it going.

My mother-in-law who is recently widowed went and purchased a truck not even a week later she has put the truck in a shop to be fixed up she was told that the vehicle was checked and up-to date on everything and that the truck was basically brand new the guy who sold her the truck even said and I quote if she wasn t taking the truck today, I would take it for myself. It s basically brand new all it needs is a new paint job with that being said I wouldn t recommend this place to buy a vehicle used or new. They lie and then try to sell you a new vehicle after selling you a broken one. In stead of trying to fix their issue they tell her there s nothing that can be done. 10/10 worst place and will not be going back in the future they used my poor widowed mother-in-law who lost not only her husband but her house and all of her vehicles last year, and now has lost money and another vehicle do not go there unless you are looking to be wasting money fixing your brand new vehicle.

Took my truck in to have my lights checked out, I was there few 3 hours waiting they said they would diagnose the problem and let me know what could be done while being fully aware that they could not fix it, and still charged me 263 dollars for doing absolutely nothing!

DONT SHOP HERE! Would of gave no stars if possible worse experience ever. Sold me vehicle that I literally place 20 miles on it an now it's in shop need more repairs than its worth. Was told LIES! and when I go to them all they did was try an sell me another vehicle.. thieves! . Will not send anyone there ever again.. matter fact the way they took advantage I will make sure everyone knows!

Video of the sales man terry lying to my daughter in law an myself on day i bought it is posted on Facebook he claimed Nothing wrong with it they fixed what caused the dash light come on it was like new truck! So picked up the LEMON I was sold last week they claimed yet again they were gonna repair it. Apparently the reason my trucks dumping water an an has gasket leaks is because the drivers side viewmirror was loose.. I'm in health care an not a mechanic but this don't make sense. And video of rude liar we dealt with this morning is to come can't get a face to face with Terry the crook... thieves that's all they are.. again don't shop here yall..

Found the car we were looking for online at this dealership. They efficiently handled the deal over the phone and had the car waiting upon arrival. We drove down from Oklahoma and about 20 minutes later we had the new car and were out the door. Everyone was very friendly; the owners even came out to meet us. Highly recommend the place if you are tired of shady dealers like we are.

Horrible customer service. I took my 3 Series (Moses) here for an estimate because someone backed over it when it was parked. When I finally moved Moses, my traction lights came on. I had took a picture and showed it to Chad, the service worker. I also showed him my recent service invoice from Orr BMW (an alignment and tires balanced; nothing else was wrong with my car).I expressed my concern about my alignment (I only let Orr work on my car and they don t repair collision) but Chad assured me that it would be no problem realigning my car, this service center was capable. However, when he wrote the estimate, Chad merely referenced my traction lights. I wanted him to check my sensors/alignment as we had discussed earlier. When I mention this to Chad, he smarted off that he wasn t doing something he wasn t getting paid for . I tired to reason with him that this is an insurance claim and by explaining that my car is more computer than it is a car. If Springhill was going to fix my car, I want it ALL fixed. He continue to smart off that it didn t make sense to him why my sensors or alignment lights would come on after being backed over.Chad made it seemed like I was dishonest and perhaps trying to get service on my car from pre-existing issues although I showed him pictures of the car that hit mine and other proof to the contrary. Arrogantly, he told me that I just need to take my car to Yokem Toyota (OrrBMW s collision subcontractor). So I left him his estimate and walked off.For the record Chad, my sister s kid backed over my car. If you weren t so busy smarting off, putting on a show for the other two gentlemen at the service desk, I would have stayed around to tell you that. Moreover, I have no need to exploit my sister s car insurance to maintain the maintenance on my car. My car is faithfully serviced from my own purse.I only stopped at this dealership because they advertised free estimates, it was convenient, and I like to support a local business. But this dealership seems more interested in writing an estimate to fix the body but little interest in addressing the electrical issues (sensors) on my car. I honestly don t think they can fix it because why else would a car dealership not address the electrical issues on an insurance claim? So it s not about the money nOt DoInG woRK YOu aRe noT geTTinG pAID tO Do . Just bill the insurance company Einstein. Simple.I have been refused from better places by better men. So I am honored that Springhill Motors refused to service my car. Because, I don t trust that they know how to fix it anyway. The rejection is mutual.P.S Yokem Toyota booked me for Thursday. Their customer service is worth the drive.

Jimmy Ellis the Service Manager was so wonderful today to help me. Moved to Louisiana from Illinois and it's scary going to a new location. However, he was extremely nice and got us fixed and on our way in no time! I will definitely be back! Thank you for all your kindness and making a scary situation a pleasant one! Blessings, Victoria

Our credits not the greatest-not terrible but not stellar. Everyone we went to wanted an arm and a leg for a down payment as well as huge monthly payments (on used high mileage vehicles nonetheless!). Went to springhill motors and Terry took care of us! Worked with us on a low down payment AND got us into a brand new vehicle. This place is amazing!

My car has been overheating every since they replaced my water pump. I told them when I picked it up that it didn t sound right and no one would even look at it. On the drive home, it started overheating... they didn t put any water in it. So I added water, took off work and went up there to let them know. Chad in the service dept basically told me I was lying, that he had checked the water himself. Well, here I am a few days later overheating and on the side of the road again. Neither time when I told them something was wrong did they even pop the hood and look at anything. Poorest quality of work and customer service that I have ever seen.

I would not suggest anyone go to this place. I went in to get a couple recalls fixed on my car. The first time I waited for at least an hour and all they did was glue a black piece to my key. I went back for the other recall and it was to replace a valve cover and gasket and when I got my car it was running horrible and would hardly go. Brought it back and they fixed it but now the key won't hardly turn in my ignition from a problem that I had but with a little patience would work that now is way worse assuming from the guy being really rough with it and they wont fix it.

I said once before I would never give them another chance to earn my business. I went against my word today and attempted to do just that. When you cant get anyone on the phone, or get a call back, business grows stagnant. Take it from a 20+ year service manager in markets such as Dallas texas and Phoenix Arizona. Your service dept is an absolute wreck. It looses you much much more money than it can ever earn you. Let's be Frank, the money is in service in small markets such as ours. Not in sales. When your service department doesnt care to pick up the phone, your local customers drive out of town for their needs. May I suggest a clean sweep. Receptionist all the way back through the shops management. Couldn't tell you if your techs are any good. They have never been given the opportunity to shine. My money wont be spent there now. Sales, parts or service.

They seemed very responsive when you ask him a question most places let the question sit for days and days before they get back to you the only problem is that the people that are answering the phone or answering the questions don't seem to know all the answers they have to keep on going back and forth either to the vehicle or ask somebody else about the question it'd be nice to train the people that are answering the phones or the sales people exactly what the customer needs to know like I was looking for a vehicle that could possibly handle a fifth wheel they have to know exactly how big of a bed would be for that type of unit so please train your people

NEVER will I ever recommend for anyone to go through this place! Got a 2010 GMC Acadia had issues from day 1, only had the car for a lil over 60 days nd the motor goes, nd they refuse to fix it without me paying for anything.....
