I m giving this A 1 star because of the employee Joe I came in due to catching a flat on the road. I previously purchased A tire from Walmart and had the warranty so ofcourse I went back to have the tire fixed. Joe had the nastiest attitude w/me I m assuming because I m a woman. Joe watched me struggle to get the tire out of the trunk and took A 2 sec look and told me the rudest way this not covered you drove it on A flat I told him I pulled over immediately when my tire went flat. Luckily the district manager just so happen to be there. After Joe refused to help me a man walk up to the counter after and Joe had the best attitude I had seen I was so shocked. Thank you to the district manager for stepping in(sorry I did not get your name). I would highly recommend Joe to attend a training class on how to treat customers , other than this employee my experience was good experience.

Mr. Robert was a gracious host willing to assist us with any small hiccups that we might have had. If I have any petpieves it is rude people and people who don't appreciate your patronage. I cannot say this about Mr. Robert. He was courteous and responded to our calls in a timely manner. The property was lovely; and our stay was a pleasant one. Everything we needed was pretty much provided. We could have used a few extra towels, but one out of ten isn't bad. Especially since it was clear of how much attention to detail was given in assuring guest was accommodated with everything needed. Would definitely recommend

Terrible. Recently, I ordered tires from Walmart.com, and had them shipped to my local store. They removed the blown out tire from the wheel, and then installed the two new tires on the rear of my vehicle. They sold me on the Road Hazard and the Lifetime Mount and Balance packages. The other day I get a flat. So.e sort of metal trash punctured the tire. Take it to the same store, and after 4 hours, they tell me that they cannot get that size tire off of the wheel. I showed them the paperwork where they installed the tires recently, but to no avail. So, pushing my luck, I take another vehicle to them to mount some tires that they took off recently (because I downsized, but kept the new, bigger tires) and they tell me that they can't mount "used" tires. Tires that I bought from them and they mounted and removed. Just close your tire center already, or call it the battery center, since that seems to be the only thing those clowns can do.

I arrived at Walmart at 2:30pm yesterday to purchase some fix-a-flat to repair my tire. While out in the parking lot proceeding to do so I was approached by the Automotive manager Harry, I know you not about to try and fix your tire yourself. He said. I replied yes I am it s okay I got it. He asked me how much I payed for the can of fix-a-flat. It was fairly close to the price of a tire repair through the automotive service so he told me to just let them do it for me really quick. I had to walk all the way to the front of the store to return the can then all the way back to have the service done. After 2 hours I noticed other people who came after me leaving before me and my vehicle still sitting in the place I parked it. I began to complain wondering what was taking so long. They claimed they had all went to lunch and only have 3 technicians on staff. After another half hour they finally pull my car in to the garage. Another hour goes by while I watch the technician continuously stop working on my vehicle to aimlessly walk around and joke with his coworker. Once he finally brought my keys I was livid and requested to be relieved of pay obligations due to the inconvenience. After further discussion with a store manager this was granted and I was given my keys and I left. While in the interstate my low pressure sensor came on yet again. If the tires had been fixed this shouldn t be happening. I got home and parked my car and went in for the day only to come out this morning to a completely flat tire.

If you want quick service then this is not the place for you. 3 hours for two new tires.

Had a small utility tire mounted. Great price $5+stem, etc. BUT they took five hours, piddled around doing five minutes of work, then moving on to other projects. Then they broke the bead on the tire, ruining it. Charged me double for full size tire. Said, Well, that s the way it was written up when started. Now I have to buy another new tire and have it mounted ELSEWHERE!

Tire was replaced correctly so that was fine. But i kept a few dollars in the center console to see if the tech would steal it. Sure enough the money was gone. Its not about the money but specifically not taking what isnt yours. Have respect for customers property. Will not be returning to this location for any tire/auto services.

Anywhere but Walmart!!! Lazy, incompetent, liars, who stole five hours of my day for nothing. Took my vehicle to get new tires. Five hours later return to pick it up only to find they hadn't touched it. Asked clerk what is going on, they had the audacity to say it was too hard and they decided not to do it. Not sure I heard corretly I asked them to repeat that statement, and asked why they didn't call. They said it's because they were busy and understaffed. No! Unacceptable. Took it to Pepboys. I just picked it up completely done, no unnecessary waiting, no fighting, just good, mature, and reasonable service. Take my advice, don't go to Walmart for vehicle repairs.

They said they couldn't put 185/65-14 Goodyear Viva 3 tires on my car that called for 185/60-14. They only carried one type of tire in my car's called for size and it was the crap brand which I did not want. I called the other Walmart in town and they said they could do the Goodyears with no problem... Why the difference?

I had my oil change here. Oil hand prints were left on the hood, car door, door panel, carpet, floor mats, seats, steering wheel and center counsel.Ive never experience this at a car repair shop in my life.My tires were not rotated properly, I was told I should have told them the way I wanted them rotated.I was not charge for the oil change, but this want remove the oil stains in my carpet.

Some of the laziest people I ve ever seen in a corporate setting. People arguing over who s actually going to work and who s just gonna stand around complaining. Shouldn t be difficult to find atleast one person who wants to work out of an entire group of 6.

Someone needs to remind employees who are engaged talking to each other that there are shoppers in the store. When the employees are griping about their jobs, their bosses, their boyfriends/husbands, etc... they need to remember the shoppers walking by. In the last year I've heard employees use the following inappropriate language: cra_, shi_ (numerous occasions), GD, bitc- and so on. Not appropriate language, especially with kids around. While it's their workplace, it's a store with customers shopping. Watch the language!

They said my car would be ready in 30 minutes, 2 hours later they haven t even started on it, just go to any other car shop than this, would rate a 0 if I could.
