Disappointing service here. Waited a while before going inside to get someone to get my vehicle.The waiting area is dirty and in need of some cosmetic and functional upgrades. The charging stations have definitely had some problems in the past.Service to my vehicles have always been fine, though sometimes there are long waits even though an appointment was made.

Forget about getting a reasonable outcome from the service department or management if you have a premature part failure. Also DO NOT BUY REMANUFACTURED ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS FROM Toyota. After three days of being installed, the reman alternator failed and subsequently fried my $400 AGM battery. Left me stranded an hour and a half from the nearest parts store. Returned with the alternator and requested my money back for it. Why would I want another reman alternator? I had to buy a brand new one already. They wouldn t honor the return themselves and pushed it off on to Toyota. Four months later, I still haven t gotten my refund or even so much as a phone call. Find another dealer to go through unless you want to hear a bunch of bull junk reasons why they can t do anything to help you. Less than a five minute drive from my house, I will gladly drive to another dealer half an hour away before I deal with these guys again.

Beware. If you make the mistake of using the service department here you can expect the neighboring sales facility to violate your privacy by accessing your service records to make unsolicited sales calls to your cell phone while you are driving, no less, to your completely unrelated service appointment. Obviously it is a mistake to use this dealership for service. Rude. Inappropriate. Pathetic desperation. Expect them to refuse to let you speak to the general manager if you wish to file a complaint. Apparently he hides from customers

I had my vehicle towed here to get repairs, Car would not acceralte above 30 mph. I had my vehicle diagnosed at 199.99 plus tax, which I was told as a veteran I would receive 15% on every hundred spent that didn't happen. My diagnosis was a throttle body error code. I was told a needed to replace entire throttle body to and it might or might not fix vehicle more work is probably needed , but to start throttle body replacement it will be $1239.00 to start. Got my vehicle towed back to home watched a YouTube video and found out that The problem was a bad FUSE. I Also Have invoice if needed. They will find a way to charge you bad business.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Terrible service!! Took my aunt car to get service, thought it was for one day and left a birthday card with 40 dollars. They kept her car a few days and when I returned two pick it up the card had been opened and the money gone!! The manager informed me that the mechanics make over six figures so they had no need for 40 dollars and they are not responsible!! They also had went all through the every compartment so FYI be careful over at Slidell Toyota!!!!!!!!!

Was over looked bc I was under warranty n others were paying. I even had an appointment for 11:30am n didn't get out till I:00 when I asked what was taking so long, as others were in n out . I'm not even sure they did what they were supposed to for service on my vehicle. Js

Always top notch. Bought my car here and always get it serviced here. Tuesday, one of the service clerks and I, bonded over our unusual names. Always prompt and courteous service and they are not scared to go the extra mile. Why would I bring my car anywhere else.

Service was fantastic BUT the prices WAY to HIGH! Almost 400.00 for one key! However, like I said, great staff!

Quick, thorough service. They don't try to force you to get work you don't need, but tell you if good, possible upcoming service & when needed, or if something needs attention immediately or soon.
