I really appreciated the amazing customer service . Both of the gentlemen at the desk keeping up with all of the paperwork were amazing ! Hearing how they spoke to the other guest was personable and comforting. I even noticed how they remembered small details about each customer. Shout out to Stan for going the extra mile to help me get my tire fixed . I loved the community energy I received at my visit today . I ll be letting everyone know who to go to if they re ever in need of a car service.

Bought 4 new mud tires for my truck. Took them only 1 day to get the tires and 1 hour to put them on. I am very satisfied with everything about your establishment.

Tire Town in Slidell is the place to go.Good quality repair, fast service, reasonable price.I came in to drop off a flat tire that had also started leaking at the rim. They fixed it for under $30, remount and all, and saved me from having to get a new one.Friendly and professional. I noticed a strong attention to detail by the guys doing the work. I would highly recommend these folks for your tire needs, from fixing a flat to getting a new set of tires.

Went in as soon as they opened within an hour I was good to go. Everyone was super helpful and respectful. Definitely coming back for future services!Updated review: ANOTHER great services. Went in for a tire change, but my brake line busted while in the shop. Mr. Joe was very nice and quick to help me out to replace it. He even went himself to pick up the part. Amazing customer service, caring people, and amazing at their jobs thanks guys!

Very good! Diagnosed the problem I had with my Challenger rim, fixed it, didn't charge me, I tipped the fellow working on it heavily! If ever in Slidell, will go there!

These guys are quick getting to your car. I had it towed there late in the afternoon and by 830 the next morning i got a call about it. Aaron has been very helpful and worked with me on prices.

I had slow leak on tire on rear passenger side of vehicle! On 10/8/22 Tire Town provided excellent fix in 1 hour at a very reasonable cost. Very professional and friendly staff!

A HUGE THANK YOU to tire town auto service!!! We stopped in as we had trouble changing our van battery, we couldn't get it out as a major bolt had stripped, leaving us with a dead battery that couldn't be removed. They took an hour of their time to drill out the rusted bolt and remove the old bracket. They were able to take the battery out and install the new one for us! Amazing customer service, and they didn't charge us a thing for their help. We're so lucky to have been in the area!

The atmosphere was awesome! I had to wait for a while, but I didn t mine because they were making sure my truck was right. Thank you! I really appreciate businesses that value their customers. My co-worker recommended tire town, to me, and I will do the same. I will return for future business.

The staff is highly knowledgeable and treats you like family. They won t rest until the job is done right and do their absolute best to work with you to get your car up and running without trying to break the bank. Super honest and reliable and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy car care service.

Great service quality work....this is not a fast food service of tires...get there before 8am and expect not to be first in line. But they efficiently and professionally complete jobs including yours.....good size waiting area...cost competitive with hard to beat service

I have been a faithful customer for almost 20 years. I trust them with all my car needs, because they do way more than tires. Joe and his staff are the best. They are friendly and knowledgeable. Let's just say these guys know what they are doing. All my children go to Tire Town. One of my girls drives home from college to have her car serviced when it's time. Because of Slidell's Tire Town Team, we are a Tire Town family. Thanks Tire Town!

These guys were so great with helping my daughter who was visiting the area. They were positive and professional. She had a blowout near Houston. Got the spare put on to get her to Slidell. These guys fit her in and checked her spare for leaks. We will definitely use them again should we need to.

Exceptional service and friendly staff! I ve been going to Tire Town for more than 15 years. No one likes coming out of their pocket for auto repairs but when you get a group of guys who really care about the service and quality of work they provide you, it makes the experience so much better! Thank you Joe, Aaron and the gentleman who did the top notch work on my brakes and tires (forgot his name....sorry)! I will continue bringing my vehicles to you when they are in mechanical need and will recommend you to all my friends & family because... you provide me with that wow experience that s so hard to find nowadays! Great job!

Once I left tire Town feeling a little unsatisfied but after thinking about the situation it was mostly my own fault for not clarifying what I wanted I returned back to tire Town and expressed my complaint to Joe . And no time at all my complaint was rectified and I walked out of tire Town wagging my tail like many other times before when I had done business there. Joe and his gang are great guys and on top of that they are awesome tire technicians along with many other techniques of keeping your vehicle rolling down the road sound and safely .

Joe and the team at Tire Town are very courteous and provide excellent service. I always buy all my tires at Tire Town and always will. This was the first time I needed my ac and radiator changed and I am very pleased with their work I recommend Tire Town to friends and family they will take care of you.

Excellent service. Professional service and HONEST staff. Mr. Joe and his team are second to none. If they can't fix it, they will explain why. And, they recommend alternatives that actually save you money. I take my 4 vehicles to Tire Town exclusively!

I have used their services on two different occasions. Once for tires and the other for a brake job and oil change. I can tell you, they are super fair with pricing! I feel comfortable there as a single woman to not be taken advantage of due to my lack of car mechanics knowledge. Haha! I rarely ever give 5 stars to any business. I feel happy to do so here.

Wonderful customer service with affordable prices. The staff at Tire Town are knowledgeable and friendly, and the best part is they don't push services on you that you don't want. No hard sell for upgrades or warranties you aren't interested in. Good fast tire maintenance.

We had a tire emergency. We had to get towed here and they were so kind and accommodating. Didn't try to break our bank with up-selling. We had both dogs with us and they were so kind. We don't live out here but I think we'd make the trip for these awesome people. Thank you guys so much for taking care of us.

Tire town was good and fair to me. They we're very understanding and accommodating in a situation that was one mess of my car and tires, to another mess. My never ending older car mess! Thank you Tire Town!

Amazing place. This is the first place i have been in a long time that does quick, quality work at an affordable rate. i literally walked in 45 minutes before close and was expecting to have to leave the car. they got my tires on quickly and i was home by 6!. the customer service here was amazing . I will definitely recommend them to anyone and will be back.

Outstanding service. These guys are the best. I pulled up with a bad tire on a rim, the shop guys took tire and rim from me. Had the new tire mounted, balanced and ready to go before i finished paying. WOW!! Can't say enough about those shop guys. Excellent customer service by the entire staff. Thanks Dave ....

Mr. Joe and Arron is who I remember tho most. They spoke with me several times and was always ready to answer any questions I had. They followed up me to let me know I orders the wrong size tires which I had waited on for a few days. But as soon as the correct ones came in they had me come in. Typical time for all I needed, polite,friendly faces, and men with lots of manners !! This tire shop is a keeper for me!! Thx guys!

Spoke with Dave on the phone and he was friendly and helpful. This is a busy place, but it s conveniently located right around the corner from where I live. Prices are fair and affordable. I left my keys at tire town and walked home (there were 14 vehicles ahead of mine for service). My tire size is 225 45 R17 and they had a wide selection of tires ranging from $50-$180 per tire.Hopefully the next time my vehicle needs serviced I can schedule it on a less busy day. All in all had a great experience! Thanks Tire Town and Team!

Great service and fair prices. I'm able to leave my car on Friday night for them to get to first thing on Saturday. I've had tire, brakes, cylinder replacement, and oil changes and I'm always pleased with the service. Also have great warranty and free tire rotations.

Mr. Joe was awesome in pricing a new tire that I desperately needed. I searched almost everywhere locally and Tire Town was the only place I found affordable. Once there Aaron gave perfect customer service. I really didn t know what to expect with how twisted the world is right now, but it was obvious from the moment I walked in the door that I would be treated equally. I returned later to purchase 3 more tires. I totally recommend Tire Town. Thanks guys.

I have been going there for many years.Great guys, Great service. Joe has a good crew with many years of experience. Only issue I ever had is the wait time. Otherwise I still highly recommend their business.
