I know this is going to be a long review but I have to say they are amazing! I went there on Saturday and was advised by the tech the wait time was going to be 2 hour s because they are short staffed. I told him I understood and that I would come back another day. He then informed me about how I can make an appointment online. Hands down THE BEST INFORMATION EVER!!! I went home and made one for today and I was amazed how well it worked. I will definitely do it again. I was however sad to see that the tech Sadie was not working there. I wanted to thank her for the care she gave to me and my vehicle at my prior visit. During my last visit she was looking at my tires when coworker asked her what she was doing. I could not hear what was said but I heard him say they were okay but I could see she did not agree. I asked her what her concern was and she told me she thought my tire tread was low. I went home and talked to my husband about it and the next day we took my car in to have my tires checked out and they pointed out that 3 of my tires had very low tread. Thanks to Sadie I was able to avoid any issues with my tires. I truly hope they bring her back because she s definitely is an asset to that location.

Broke the slow release on my glovebox, it now drops down/falls down fast without the pump release slowly. My ac now also sounds like a race car staring up with a loud vibrating/flapping noise due to something not be installed back properly. Ask before taking apart a car, y all are not mechanics. I didn t want or need any filters replaced! I wanted my oil change and that s it! Instead I was left with two things broken/not put back on properly on something that didn t even get replaced to begin with!

Dylan and Ray were amazing, they were my first stop out the door to work this morning. There good energy, wonderful customer service skills, and teamwork was on point. I had a good day at work because of you guys! Best oil change ever. Thanks so much for everything!

Take 5 Oil Change on Gause Blvd is the best! Dylan and Terrence are amazing employees! They work together so well and make it enjoyable during the wait. Dylan's energy is infectious. They were short staffed and busy, but it didn't affect their positive energy. They noticed one of my belts was worn and needed immediate replacement. He advised me to take care of it right away. Probably saved me from breaking down on the road. This is my new oil change location just for the the way they treat their customers! Thanks guys!

Dylan and Ray went above and beyond to get my Honda Pilot oil and filters changed. My cabin filter is in a difficult place to get to, Ray worked on it for 40min straight until he got it out and changed. Even running to another part store to get my filter bc they had none. I highly recommend!!!

I've taken all my vehicles to Take 5 for about the last 10 plus years, but recently the Take 5 on Gause close to Cross gates has the most professional, friendly and outstanding service. Not to discredit anyone else but Terence the manager was OUTSTANDING! Professional, knowledgeable and if I had a custermer based business I would hire him to run my entire operation.

Very great place to go to get your oil changed. They check out all of, the are very very nice and the they do the work very quickly. I was so surprised at this knowledge of the new cars. We didn't know how to reset the oil, the young lady stepped right in and did it with no problem. We asked if she would happen to know how to also get rid of the tire light, since we just checked the tires, she was able to do that as well!!! Most awesome person. Think her name was Megan.

Let me start by saying i am not one to record a negative encounter however, this was beyond poor in my opinion.I arrived approx 3 pm, all 3 bays were open with maybe 1 car behind each one in the bay.If I didn t need an oil change I would not have waited 3 hours. Two cars arrived after me and were serviced before me in different bays. There was only 1 technician working all 3 bays.My suggestion, if you only have 1 technician, only have 1 bay open. At least people would be able to gauge how long they may have to wait, and service cars as they arrive. The whole experience was terrible.3 hours later

I refuse to get my oil change any where else. The team is very knowledgeable and friendly. I truly appreciate the love for service members in the US military. Overall this place is a 10 out of 10.

Everyone was super friendly and efficient about it, I was in and outta there quicker than my trip to the pharmacy! Normally get anxiety with talking to anyone in general but they were super welcoming when I drove up and the vibes were just all out immaculate.

I've used Jiffy Lube for more then 22 years to take care of servicing my vehicle before moving to Pearl River, Louisiana and happen to drive by a Take 5 oil change facility. After meeting Joseph who serviced my vehicle I will never go back to another Jiffy Lube ever. Joseph was a true professional in every since of the word from the time I drove in and until the time I drove out. Joseph even reminded me after completing my oil change that my truck was about to hit 100k and ask if I needed to replace the freon and I surely did. I kept forgetting to get that service done. When he learned that I was a 30 year retired Navy veteran he had the entire staff do a shout out and thank me for my service and wow was that really cool!!! No shotty Jiffy Lube I ever went to meet the high standards and professional conduct I experienced at Take 5 Oil! Thanks Joseph, will be back for all my trucks required service!!! Great work ethic!!!

I waited about 55 minutes to have my vehicle serviced for an oil change and I was first in my bay line. I m not sure what s happening here (meaning short of staff, supplies, time of year etc.) but something is off. While I was waiting inside the bay for someone to begin working on my vehicle I noticed two of the guys on smoke/vape break. I m a very patient person but this visit seemed especially long. The other patrons in line were aggravated as well so it wasn t just my vehicle. Now when I did start to get service (Terrence) was quick yet efficient. I felt appreciated with him because he did pretty much everything but unfortunately the damage was already done. The other guy (pony tail blonde hair pale looking guy) may have just been having a bad day because he s definitely not too friendly. All the other guys talk ALOT in the shop (pros and con to that as well), again I didn t mind I found it entertaining to listen to their life experiences. But, having said that All in all I will not be returning, I just felt my time was undervalued as a customer and when you have options you explore to see if somewhere else is better. I m not really saving money here so time saved Was the real benefit and since that s nonexistent it s time to move on. If they take criticism and learn from it, they can get better as a business. Time is Money.

I went at a very busy time. I waited a minute but when it was my time the service men were very nice. I really needed to change my cabin filter and air filter which I always though were unnecessary but when explained and after seeing the filters I was very glad they suggested it. Other fluids filled and air in my tires. I was very satisfied with Mt service. Also had a coupon which helped.

The service technician, Tony. was fine (tipped him for his service). Time management was off, waited more than 1.5 hrs @ Take 5 oil change (ironically).There was a simple computing error. Instead of processing a quick correction, the manager on duty Micheal, gave me a hard time about fixing the company's error, charged my account 3x's seperatly, (major inconvenience). The MOD, Micheal, was really nasty while Tony (Tech) remained apologetic and professional.I remained calm, understood they were busy but still no excuse for poor customer service. FYI, I patronize this business with all 4 of my vehicles, until this time.

My service for the 1st time at this take 5 was unexceptable and disrespectful. The service guy who started the service on my car to be tap off did not greet or acknowledge me as a guest. He opened my door scanned the barcode but never spoke or asked me what type of service I was there for. When Saddie was there and the other employees I'm used to seeing there at the East Gause location their customer service was so warm and respectful from the time you arrived thru the completion of my service. I did not get the service attendants name to provide on this survey but I did address him at that point for his poor customer service. I also informed his coworker of his poor customer service to address ( not sure if that was his supervisor). My point is I stay closer to the Take 5 on west Gause but drive for services at the east Gause location bc of the customer service. Now I'm not sure what location to go for my services bc east and west gause locations have bad customer service, and/or not knowledgable of the services.#disappointed customerMs. Dunn

I drove out of this five minute oil change after waiting over an hour without getting my oil changed. The previous time I bought a vehicle to this five minute oil change I also waited over an hour. I do not know if they have a staffing shortage, lack of management, or both. I then drove my vehicle to Jiffy Lube on the other side of Gause and was in and out in 12 minutes. This 5-minute oil change should at least change their name to 60+ minutes oil change. If you value your time, you should not go to this five minute oil change.
