Andrew was SO great. We drove by him working on another car and he was able to book us an appointment right then and fix our windshield within ten minutes. Super friendly and professional. Can t even tell there was a chip. Highly recommend!

I have used Southern Auto Glass many times for chips in our windshields and have been happy every time. Andrew came today and was professional, efficient and very polite. I highly recommend them for auto glass service!

Absolutely amazing!!!!! I had a horrendous experience with Safelite and even though the problems were not caused by this business, they went ABOVE and BEYOND to correctly install my windshield!!! The job was done beautifully and customer satisfaction was top tier. I will ONLY use them for future needs. If you re looking for a sign, here it is!! You won t regret it!!Service: Installation

WONDERFUL service! I forgot to write down my appointment and was not home. They worked with me and came to my office in order to get my windshield replaced. They were also able to calibrate my radar equipment on my 2020 RAV4 without needing to take it to Toyota.My insurance covered the bill and they were able to take credit card on site for my deductible.I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.Service: Auto windshield replacement

We were traveling in the area from out of town and got a huge chip in our windshield on the interstate from a truck in front of us throwing rocks. We were worried the crack would spread and we would be stuck trying to find someone who could get a windshield for us when they aren't readily available for our vehicle at present. We called Craig to help and were on the way to his location not realizing his service was mobile. He told us to come on anyway and was very professional and hospitable to us given the circumstances. He did a fantastic job and made things very easy on us while fixing our issue. Thank you and your family so much for your hospitality and great service! Craig was responsive to inquiries, arrived as promised and took care of my glass issues professionally. He has a friendly attitude and took the time to answer my questions. His prices were very reasonable and I would not hesitate to call him when I need auto glass work again. On Monday, June 6th, I scheduled an appointment for Thursday, June 9th. Craig no-showed the appointment. When I called while waiting on him - no answer. Text. No answer. I told my husband to call from his phone: voila! Craig answers. He said he had a conflict. Then stumbling about, he said he was sorry, but did not have the appointment in his calendar. Huh? Very disappointed that he wasted my time and hope he does not do this to other customers. Do not reccomend.

Be careful of swindlers; this company told me they d called BMW and found that I needed a part that would cost $300+ the regular fees of a window replacement to properly service my vehicle after a little investigation of my own (calling BMW) they assured me this was false. Long story short. Safelite needed no such $300 part; go to Safelite and skip the cost of extra parts.Service: Auto side window replacement

Craig is a real pro. He has been taking care of my windshield needs for years now. That may sound silly to say, but with Louisiana roads, you need a glass guy. He has never made me wait more than a day or two before getting to me and his work is excellent. He even helps navigate the process of getting your insurance claim taken care of. I can't recommend him enough.

I called Southern Auto Glass yesterday morning to replace a window in my pick-up truck, Craig Lucker (Owner/Operator) came to my home less than 24 hours after I called and replaced my window. Super service, professional and friendly. Great price!!

This is my second (different vehicles) windshield from Southern Auto Glass. Mr Lucker could write a book on good customer service. He met me at my location, changed the windshield on time and on price. Not only can I wholeheartedly recommend him to others, but I myself am a repeat customer.

Took excellent care of my car while I was teaching to replace the driver's side rear window, the very next day after it was broken by the school lawn mower throwing rocks, and was polite with the office staff handling my key and payment.
