I had superb customer service from Nicholas at this location. He was caring, professional, and helped me troubleshoot the problem. I had already spent $180 at a mechanic shop, and the car was misdiagnosed! Nicholas was able to figure out the issue and get me the correct part. I'm very grateful to him and will certainly return here for my car needs in the future.

Got the part but unfortunately the key wouldn t work in my truck now my truck will be 30 years old in 2024 it was Programmed then so don t know how I ll get another key gonna try that lock business on fremaux in slidell.but the guy s at oriley s very very nice

I initially went to the other O'REILLY's on Gause Blvd, but they weren't very nice or helpful. I came to this one, and found a very different experience. The gentleman came with me, and helped me choose the correct items that i needed. I wish I'd gotten his name. Thank you!

I needed help. I was ignored from the time I went into to the store until I finally made my purchase. I literally stood at the counter with three associates all on the phone ignoring me. I get it, you re busy ! But at least let me know I m standing in the right spot. I only knew I would be helped after I attempted to ask a local delivery driver to ring me up. The clerk only spoke to me to let me know the guy didn t even work at the store. The whole encounter was quite disappointing and frustrating. Damned customer service, I ll suffice for regular manners !!

Watch out for their tool rental return policy. You only have 2 days to return not 90 days like Autozone. Rental scam to sell tools at twice the cost as other auto parts stores. I will only use them as a last resort desperate for a part store at this point. Don't like sneaky slimy auto guys.

Let me first say, I always have a pleasant encounter when I visit this store. But this evening it was not!.. I'm not sure if this guy was new or what(older guy). But he was HORRIBLE!!.So I came in to get refund for my defective starter, I had receipt in hand, starter was in a Non O'Reilly box.. Guy tells me he can't give me a refund because I didn't have the box it came in. Also says the part is Dirty,, (REALLY!), it's a starter(had for 6mnths).So I'm like, you see its your starter and you telling me I can't get my refund because no box?! So he says it's not his rules, call the manager Derek. I leave go to the one down the street didn't have a issue, fully refunded, with out a problem. As told by them, long as part can be verified O'Reilly part can be refunded.. Thank You to the other store..

I always get great service from O'Reilly's. The prices were a bit high though. But I guess that's everywhere. I had a burnt headlight and when I got the bulb, the employee told me that the computer had two different kinds listed for the same make and model I was driving, and suggested I check it before I go. And if it was the wrong one, he could swap it out for me. He didn't have to do that, and thanks to that, I investigated what he was talking about and now know about the different kinds of headlight bulbs and the one that is supposed to go in my vehicle. Just keep in mind that if you do NOT get great service? Chances are, the employee is about to lose their house, can barely afford one, unhealthy meal each day, and/or has been fighting with the person they care the most about, about finances. Or worse maybe, you never know. Well, I digress... Thanks for your help O'Reilly employee!

Went there to return a bad battery that was still under warranty. Douglas asked me if the other store had tested it to which I replied yes. Apparently he didn t believe me or the other oreilly store as he checked it again and reluctantly gave me another battery while being smug in the process. The folks at the other oreilly store are much nicer than he is at the new store. Will not be going back there due to poor attitude towards customers.

It's an O'Reilly Auto. The staff was pretty friendly but didn't carry the brands I used to buy there. Maybe it was a regional thing, but was quite disappointing. Otherwise not a bad experience.

The girl that waited on me here was not only very attractive, but also knew her stuff when it came to the parts i needed. Very helpful and friendly. And so is the rest of the staff. Won't go anywhere else now.

These guys are awesome and very knowledgeable. Thank God they are located 3 minutes from my house as they saved me on a couple of occasions with parts I needed but couldn't find anywhere else.

This is the only auto parts store I use. Knowledgeable staff. If they dont have it they will order. Usually arrives next day or later that same day
