Ran into an issue with my sprinter on a cross country road trip, was able to get an appointment scheduled, injector seal ordered, pulled and replaced within 4 hours of me calling allowing me to get back to my road trip. So thankful to find a shop like this that knew my sprinter engine, and had the expertise to resolve my issues. Will definitely return if I need any work done in the future.

We are from Canada and we needed to change the rack of our motorhome Dodge Sprinter. We called and spoke with AG who made an appointment the next day! Wow! I specify that we had the part. Juan and AG are courteous and professional. The work done with thoroughly without overload. We can continue our road trip quiet. Thank you gentlemen!

Wanted to provide a great review for Northshore Benz. While driving back home out of state my battery light came on. Pulled over, and found that Northshore Benz was close by. Arrived late afternoon, and Mr. AJ diagnosed quickly that I needed a new alternator. Had the car back on the road early the next morning after having the part sent overnight. Excellent experience to what could have been a bad situation. Thank you guys!

My car was making a funny noise an I was nervous to drive home. The owner AJ told me to come by and his mechanic was so friendly. He stopped what he was doing to assist me and check my car out. He was super busy and I really appreciated it I'm not from the area. He assured me I was safe to drive my car for many many miles. Thank you so much. I made it home and I am safe.

One of the best shop experiences we have ever had. The owner is knowledgeable, extremely nice, and generous with his services and pricing. We live in our sprinter van and broke down nearby on our way across the country. We had it towed in and they took a look at it right away on Sunday. They have a specific sprinter specialist that diagnosed the issue and worked overtime to fix everything so we were out of there by Monday night. Can t expect much better than that! If you need work done on a foreign car, you won t be disappointed here.

Instead of bringing my Mercedes to the expensive dealerships, I was able to get better work done at Northshore Benz without having to be out of my car for a long period of time. They were very accommodating to my schedule! Great work at great prices! Highly recommend!

Can t say enough about these guys. Was passing through at the end of May, and my AC blower went out. That time of year down there constitutes an emergency. They had the part ordered and had back on the road in less than 24 hours and at a fair price. I can t thank the team at Northshore Benz enough.

I have been AJ s happy customer for the past four years. He is the best (he takes care of exactly what is required (nothing more or less), for substantially less cost than the dealership). AJ is flexible with his schedule (he is open on weekends); for me it takes a lot less time than taking my car to the dealership in New Orleans. I would highly recommend: Try it once, you will be his life time customer.

AJ has been Mercedes Bens trained technician for 35 years....he owns Nortshore Benz and can repair anything including Audi Land Rovers and more....he kept my 2 SL500s going for years....he is a man to be trusted

The quote I received from the car dealership was outlandish which caused me to seek out this repair shop due to a recommendation from Balancier Auto Refinishing. Not only did my repair exceed my expectations, the invoice shocked me and I received my vehicle back ahead of schedule. The owner, Mr. AJ, was very honest and fair. He took the time to explain the trouble with my car and advised me against costly repairs that would not alleviate the initial problem! I will definitely be trusting my baby to Northshore Benz...forever!!!

I just bought a car from Carvana and I wanted a diagnostic run to make sure it was in good working order. Mr. AJ had the technology to pull up all 40 computers on my car, Mercedes Benz GLC 300. He was professional and thorough. He explained it all to me. I will definitely be seeing him again should I have any issues.

AJ has done exceptional work on my 2008 GL 450 to keep it running as smoothly as my wife s new E350 sedan. His price for labor saved me hundreds of dollars below what the MB dealership had quoted. I recommend his shop to anyone looking for excellent work at a moderate price.

I was just on the side of the interstate with a flat tire and I seen a car start to reverse to come help me! This man gets out and starts to walk towards me, introduces himself as if he's still at work (he just got through with his work day) I have NEVER in my life experienced something like this! I believed he said spelled his name Emon? If that's not right I apologize, it was loud on the interstate! Let me tell y'all something. He was the absolute SWEETEST!!!! HE JUST GOT OFF WORK!!! And still pulled over to help service a vehicle after doing it all day. This right here shows COMMITMENT and DEDICATION to his work and lively hood. I don't have a Mercedes and I've never been to Northshore Benz, but I will tell you that if this is the service I get on the side of the interstate I will recommend it to everybody in the world that has one! Absolutely amazing and I am truly thankful and grateful that he stopped to help me when he could have just kept on driving. He deserves a raise, free lunch, employee of the month!!! Go to Northshore Benz and I promise you will receive the same treatment I did. Emon, you are a blessing to me and my family, you saved my husband and kids from having to drive 30 miles to help change a tire. Thank you!!!! Thank you!!!! Thank you!!!!

LOVE THIS PLACE. What's the first thing you think about when you're looking for someone to service your car.."Can I trust them?? Well Northshore Benz can be trusted..and the service is like no other...welcoming, fast and professional. Their prices are very reasonable. I drive over 45 miles to go to Northshore Benz. That should say it all. I recommend AJ to all my Benz owners. I appreciate the quality work he provides but most of all the fair price. Again, Benz owners please stop wasting money paying dealerships...this is the place for all your service needs.

I am very pleased with the service AJ provided on my 09 E350. MB dealership suggested that my cam magnets, cam sensors, engine control unit, and engine harness be changed at a cost of just over 5k.I had taken my car to AJ for a second opinion. It turns out that the service suggested by MB did not have to be done. I did have MB put a new transmission in a year ago however; they did not suggest replacing the transmission mount. I was wondering why my car was so loud...I couldn t hear the radio playing. It turns out that the $180 transmission mount that AJ changed made a huge difference. It is now running like it did when I first purchased it. I also had AJ replace the intake manifold, and repair an oil leak behind the engine, including oil change; all at a reasonable price. I m sure at MB, I would have paid several thousand. AJ is honest and professional. He even came out after hours once, when I couldn t get my car to turn off. Please see AJ for all your MB repairs.

I ve been bringing my vehicle s to Mr.AJ for years but this last job was a big one and you best to believe he did a awesome job the next day out his shop I took my truck straight on the highway to Tennessee no problems at all he s Most Definitely the best in the Business! And Very Reasonable

My sales person was very patient in showing me a selection of C class in the hot sun, while explaining each and every difference to me. Very professional! Also, finance was quick and painless! Would highly recommend.

Just want to say. That. While I had a break down while driving from Texas. To New York. My car broke down in Louisiana I stumbled upon this place. To fix my mercedes benz and. He he was honest and didn't "stick it to me" just because i was stranded. Any way. Check him out.
