Great staff. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Diagnosed my problem and had the work done that same day. A bit pricey if we re being honest, but then again you can really put a price on great quality. Overall this is probably going to be my go to mechanic, mainly because of how fast they were and I would definitely recommend them for all of your mechanical needs.Derrick S.

I am very pleased to be a customer at Meineke car care . The staff is very knowledgeable of the service I wanted . They delivered exactly what I wanted to achieve. I love how thorough the technicians are with checking every inch of your vehicle to make sure that you are aware of any conditions that may need to be taken care of immediately or that you can hold off on a little bit longer. I love that there are pictures taken with details to let you know, the conditions status within that picture. Customer service was great was very well. Taken care of everyone there is a big help.

I had a great experience at this Meineke. All of the staff were very knowledge about my car. Rae was especially helpful in helping me figure out what I needed to get fixed and what I could wait on. I would highly recommend this location for your car needs!

I'm not good at remembering names but I was met with great customer service. He was very helpful with assisting me in checking in with my phone. He also saw to it that I received everything I needed with my oil change. He kept me apprised of every step as it pertained to my vehicle. Thank you.

Hands down the best professionalism I've encountered no one is close to the way me and my family were treated while there. Danzel I don't think there is word to describe him besides extraordinary he went above and beyond not just for me but other customers as well love meineke and the people there.

I called this location in Slidell La on I-10 Service road and spoke to Danzel. I had a big issue with my exhausted pipes going to my Catalytic Converter. Brought it over to 2912 Service road and had them look at it. They said they can weld up the 4 large cracks with no problem. Danzel and the craw did and excellent job. Danzel was awesome to work with, Very professional, polite, helpful with a great personality. I was really blown away from the inspection the crew did and a bunch of photos, showing me all the other issues they found. I never saw this at any other repair shop before. Great Job, Meineke and Thank You!

Meineke was very helpful when I found myself w/ out a truck on Cmas eve (of all days!!). I was able to rent their U-haul truck after hours by a new system ( new to me ). It's called Truck Share. It was great. I made it to my family's new place for Cmas!Thank you, Meineke!!

Had difficulty dealing with tire warranty company, but Meineke handled it perfectly. Friendly coming in, kept me informed of status of claim and repairs and did a fantastic job. Very impressed with their service and I will use them again!Service: TiresService: Tires

Been here a few times and they have the friendliest staff ever! I ve only been like 3 times for oil change but so far, they have never disappointed me with their kindness and willingness to help. They also have a loyalty punch card after 5 oil changes, you get one for free if I m not mistaken. Very friendly staff and they always send you information on your vehicle that they find for future reference if you want to get done.

I was verbally quoted a price after I had them do an inspection to have my AC fixed and organized for it to be put in on Friday to be fixed (5 he job is what I was told) then that evening I called to see if it was ready and found a part was missing and on order for the next day. I called multiple times Saturday to have the guy tell me he would keep me updated. That never happened and Saturday afternoon I called again to find out the part wouldn t be in until Monday!! And no one had bothered to actually call me to say, they waited until I called in the afternoon. It was finished Monday but when I got the bill it was $500+ extra than quoted. Then when the lady asked if I had proof of what I was quoted I realized I should have been more forceful when I asked at the time of the original quote and was told I didn t need to see or sign anything and that it would be taken care of. PLUS when I got home I noticed a brush mark on my passenger back that definitely wasn t there before and I hadn t driven it anywhere but home. I am extremely disappointed with these people and will never use them again.Service: Auto A/C recharge

I was looking forward to finding a mechanic shop where I feel comfortable having work done. This is not the place, but there is caveat to that.I brought my truck in for an alignment and rotate and balance of the tires. Having done this kind of work in the past it pains me to have someone else do it but I simply don t have access to a tire balancer or alignment machine for my personal use. They only had time to do one of the services since I had come in after work. We opted for the alignment and I was impressed at the thorough inspection the technician did, since I was curious if he d notice the sway bar links needed replacing. He also notice some other worn parts that I did not know about which built my confidence in this shop. Since I would need to replace the worn parts before aligning my truck we decided to rotate and balance the tires.I originally had a slight vibration in the front of my truck. After balancing I developed a terrible vibration in the rear, to the point I feared a tire was coming off. This was a high speed vibration which I noticed in my way to work the following morning. I called during my lunch break and Trey at the front counter had me bring my truck straight back after work. They brought me right in and rebalanced all my tires saying one in the back was off a good bit. Well I drive home at low speed, everything is fine. Next morning on the interstate to work I have a vibration in the front and rear now. The problem has gotten worse.I head straight back after work and ask for my money back. There is a nice lady at the counter now that tells me she will have the owner call me because they have to approve refunds. She was helpful and sympathetic. I did not receive a call from anyone so the next morning I returned. This is now my 4th trip. The same lady at the counter said she was sorry no one called and that she would check the balance on my tires again and if it was out she d go ahead and refund me. I did not have to wait, they took my truck right back. It was out, and they returned my money.So, execution of services was not great at all. Customer service and professionalism from the staff was excellent. I suspect an equipment issue. When I mentioned a calibration problem the lady told me the technician had just come out to service their balancer. So perhaps they too have an unresolved problem . I don t know, but I can t recommend the place. I was not the only come back in the place when I went back. But I don t want to take anything away from the staff that seemed to do the very best they could with what they had to work with.

Very professional staff,every experience was great. Im not sure where to even begin with this place. If you have another option for a mechanic shop please go there. dont bring your vehicle here.My car was leaking oil for a few months & when I brought it to Honda they said I needed a rear main seal & torque converter seal replaced. They wanted to charge me $2000+. I left there & started calling shops & Meineke was the first to answer, sadly. They told me to drop it off the next morning & they would look at it because they couldn t give me a quote without seeing it first.They called me a few hours later & quoted me a little more than $1600 (without the oil change). They also said it would take between 1-3 days & they would start on Monday (I dropped the car off Saturday).Long story short, my car was there for over a month, I was lied to multiple times by different people. They finally gave me a rental after 2 weeks. They couldn t find the correct part. I had to do research & find the correct part then give them the part number to order. I was told my ticket would be heavily discounted & it was not. I was told repeatedly that they were discounting the labor by 50%. Then I was told the labor would be taken off completely due to the amount of time my car was there. When it was finally finished this past Monday I went to pay & pick it up. It took about 20 minutes of talking to get them to discount my bill by 50% & they still didn t. I paid $1095 when my original quote was $1600+. Im not a mathematician, but 50% off of $1600 is not $1095. I was told the system caps the discount at a certain number so the bill doesn t go negative & they dont lose money. With everything I went through, they didn t deserve to make any money off of me. The staff was very friendly, even while lying to me. I could add a lot more detail but moral of the story is I do not recommend this shop & I will tell everyone I know to not come here. I will also not be returning.

I called to inquire about getting my tires balanced. To my surprise the receptionist asked me detailed questions about the problems that occurred to ensure I was getting the proper service. After confirming that s what I needed she also squeezed me in to get serviced and ensured I received my car back in a timely manner to proceed with my day. One thing I want to say is honesty goes a long way when inquiring about car services. They were in fact honest and made sure I wasn t getting any unnecessary services. Therefore, I will continue to bring my cars there for future services. I can t speak for all locations but this one, I d recommend to everybody. Honesty goes a long way. Thank you.
