These peopleWill find a way at to bill you for everything then run you in circles when you try and get to the bottom of it. If you catch them good they will disregard your bill so they aren t taken to small claims. They will say your best option for your situation is the one that puts money in their pocket. A company that tries every way to squeeze a penny.

Front desk clerk is rude. Waited more than an hour with 2 kids in my vehicle. Husband made it all the way from the city to me in slidell, brought the kids to school, came back and still wasn't available. Lady curse me out.

Excellent. They opened gate for me to get my purse, shoes and laundry. This was on a Saturday. Very polite and helpful.

Open 24h, but closed Sundays a great way to incur additional fees.Not friendly in the least, borderline hostile.I would not recommend this tow service. Not handicapped accesable either

I would rate this company ) stars but the option wasn't available. After a car accident and my car being disabled in the roadway the SPD called in this tow service. My car was towed to a shop not of my choice or my husbands choice but of the choice of a passer by at the accident sight. I, nor my husband, spoke to the truck driver. As I was leaving the sight of the accident I was told by the passer by that I could go to _____ shop to get the stuff out of my car. I went to the shop and upon arriving was told that I needed to pay 175.26 to have my car released, I paid w/out questioning anything (tow was only 3 block at max steep pricing if you ask me). My husband and youngest child were taken by ambulance to a nearby hospital so I was by no means in any frame of mind to dispute anything. All said and done 1 day later my husband decided that he needed to find our why our car is now at a shop that we not only use so he calls Carter's. The woman on the other end was extremely rude and told us that it was our problem that the car was dropped at this location, and it was also our problem to have it moved to the shop we want it at. I normally don't leave bad reviews but being that she was so rude I feel compelled to warn other potential customers. Not only will you pay a fortune but they will bring your car to any place someone on the scene tells them to bring it. I nor my husband met the driver on site, the first time I spoke to him is when I was paying for my car! I do believe the drivers exact words to me upon arrival was "Is that man coming to pay me or are you paying me?" I still have no clue who "that man" is. I would highly suggest this company do something about their customer service as my husband was only trying to get to the bottom of how our car ended up where it did, instead we get the shaft.....again.

The lady in the office who answered the phone needs to be fired. The ugliest attitude I have encountered when someone is trying to give you business. On the other hand when the tow truck drive got to my address he was the absolute best. But the office lady must be fired unacceptable.

Rude as hell and basically look for any reason to keep your car then tell you a different amount constantly 3 days later might be 80 cheaper good luck They tried to tell me that a registration that said state of Louisiana on it wasn t a state registration.

Thieves, con artists and untrustworthy. Stolen belongings. Sold my car the same day i became aware of the outcome of a ongoing investigation... Claimed letters went out to me but to a address on file that wasn't any good after i given address. Blaming it on things not being updated on file (that was the bigges lie) ... Very unprofessional, rude.

EXTREMELY rude. Every time my husband called to see how much it s going to be to get the car, they re either not in the office or don t know. Or if you re going to pay you ll know. The woman that answers the phone is incredibly unprofessional, rude and hangs up on you. Maybe she s always having a bad day but that s not a way to treat customers. You d think for a company that people pay them hundreds of dollars they d be a little more professional. Don t use them.

Incredibly rude lady despite me being polite on several different phone calls across several days. Go read my yelp review for a full story which involved the sheriffs office being called. Long story short, the lady who owns this business is not mentally stable and should seek help. Stay away from this sketchy business and its repulsive owner.

They towed my truck in a timely manner. We were 1300 miles away when we asked them to do it. And they got everything right. Put it right where we wanted it without having to to tell them where we wanted it. Thankyou Carter's towing for doing such a great job.

The drivers of this place are VERY unsafe, also I've seen one driver who seems to go up and down Gause frequently and is on his phone NOT on a hands-free device. Anyone driving a commercial vehicle is required under FEDERAL law to be on a hands free device. I've alerted local law enforcement, these drivers should NEVER be behind the wheel. They're rude, unprofessional, unsafe, and in my opinion a danger to public safety.

Call for a tow because they claim to 24 hours.I was told they are closed and I can call back 7am. Would not recommend if you need assistance after hours

Haven't dealt with the company for any reasons but the drivers prompted me to leave a bad review, they are very rude on the road, normally speeding, and I've had one cut me off on the interstate and turn on the spotlights that illuminate the bed of the truck. Any place with employees that inconsiderate will never have my business

Racist owner. Barely spoke and didn't say thank you after paying $302.76 after my vehicle was towed there by police. My vehicle had been stolen from Gulfport and recovered in Slidell.

Luckily for me I was only bringing someone to retrieve his vehicle from their impound yard. They are still as unfriendly as ever.

Waited 6 hours for to show up then wanted me to sign a paper saying he's not responsible for damages or if stolen I stoped him there he asked me to help him unload my bike I asked for 5 min to call my warrantee company he called the cops on me and and the officer arived right away and insulted me for no reason if u want peace of mind and to be respected....and not to be treated like a criminal DONT USE CARTERS

Hard to find, and then once you finally uncover this little hidden camp they've got tucked off in the forest you're greeted as if they did you some kind of favor by hauling your vehicle into a swamp and charging you $200 just to stare at you like you're some kind of whilst you remove your vehicle from the aforementioned.I hope everybody's experience with this place wasn't quite as bad as mine but mine was bad enough that one star is way too many.

Worst service I have ever had with a towing company! The rep actually told me that her job was a "courtesy" to me and she owed me no explanation or info on MY VEHICLE that their company took possession of! INSANITY!!****DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU HAVE AN OPTION!!***
