Just went in for some windshield wipers. Man working the counter was super helpful. Manager was even able to help me find a quick way to get rid of tar on my car and it worked wonders. All the staff was super friendly and most definitely will be coming back to this location for anything I need.

Just left this a few minute ago and the employee were not wanting to help the customers due to a very LAVISH CONVERSATION that was taking place about their boss apparently. This is horrible and very unprofessional. I recorded how I was ignored for 8 minutes wasn t even ACKNOWLEDGED! I will calling cooperate to send the footage on to them. I m also going to advise my family and friends to steer clear from this place.

Mr. Trevor assisted me once again today, and as usual, he was extremely polite, professional, courteous and patient. In my opinion, Mr. Trevor s customer service skills is unmatched by the rest of the employees. He is the epitome of what most people would consider a model employee. I am so impressed with this young man, I look forward to going to this particular AutoZone because of Mr. Trevor. He is a valuable member of your team and deserves to be expedited to a grey shirt now!!! Great Job Mr. Trevor. Your dedication to Autozone is commendable!!!!!

Waited 2 days on a part they said would be there in 16 hours and ended up being the wrong part. Would recommend choosing a different AutoZone to go to. George at AutoZone on East Gause got me the right part, and was FedEx to my house in 12 hours. Thanks George!!

Called and verified they carried my part. Hatch shocks for a grand caravan. They said yes but not in stock but if I came in and paid for them I could have them around 2 in the afternoon. I called around 10 in the morning plus they did cost way less than expected.

On Monday March 13, 2023, I went to Auto Zone on Pontchartrain Dr. to check if my battery was bad in my car. I had the most pleasant experience with a young man named Tristan B. He checked my battery and it turned out to be bad and removing the old battery was becoming a challenge. Tristan didn't give up easily, he took the time to look up how to remove the battery on his phone. He was very professional and thorough. He saved me the inconvenience of having to go to a Lexus Dealer for a new battery. TRISTAN B. ROCKS!!

Called and spoke to Chris over the phone about a headlight. He informed me that there are two different types of headlights that could be used and that the only way to find out the correct one would be to take the headlights out. He instructed me over the phone on how to do this. Once I was at the store Rudy installed both headlights for me.Great Prices!Great Customer Service!!

Rudy, the assistant manager- absolutely will NOT leave the register to aid customers. He acts offended when you ask him for advice on purchasing products. He is the only member of the team that makes you feel unwelcome in the store. Please promote another more hard working team member into this leadership position, before his bad behavior drives good business away.

My experience was amazing. The assistant manager, Mr. Curley, enlightened me on how to replace a part I purchased for my vehicle; which was a service that was really a huge courtesy. I appreciate it greatly, thank you for having such great customer service.

Last night I stood and listened to two employees explain to a gentleman how to check his oil. I was the only other customer in the store. After a few minutes of being ignored I walked out and bought all my brakes and bearings somewhere else. This was the second and last time I have been ignored while waiting for service. First time a guy was stocking parts in the back and saw me but ignored me. I am done with the place. I have no problem waiting my turn when employees are busy, but I'm not going to waste my time being ignored.

Went in to Auto Zone off Pontchartrain today because I had a dead car battery. The store was clean and full of friendly employees. Shawn was quick to help when I walked in. He checked my battery to be sure it was dead, gave me several options of batteries to choose from, and even changed it for me! The whole experience was fast and very pleasant. I hope to not have to visit again soon (who wants car trouble?) but if I do, Auto Zone will be the first place I go. Thanks Shawn!!

Rudy, the manager, was retro-professional. Personable. Helpful. Answered all of my questions, of which there were a few. Tested my car battery at no charge. I'll be back.

The pros at this autozone are extremely professional and helpful. This is where I go for all of my small car parts and diagnostic needs. I have bought batteries, brakes, oil, antifreeze and other accessories and fluids here, and they are competitively priced with a no holds barred attitude. They are driven to help customers with their auto mechanical needs and deliver quality customer service.

I was told to be there to place an order before 11 am so that it would come in at 1 30pm. I placed and paid for my order at 10 36am and ended up getting it at 3 30 the next day. The sales lady told me that somehow it forgotten to get placed on the truck. That's the second time that this has happen at this store and both times i had to miss work the next day. The staff is uneducated in that field and they always say they have something in stock but when u get there only to find out that they don't and have to order it. Sad

I told a worker for a performance intake for a Dodge Challenger v6 2011 and worker said we don t have any on that model b/c it s 7:25 and they close at 7:30 sooo lazy on their part and check the website for intake any they did have some for that model !!! Don t let them fool u

No one was of any help while I was looking nor after I asked. If you know exactly what you need, probably a great place but in regards to service, not so much.
