Earlier part of the month I was having battery problems & Called for some much needed advice on several issues that I was having with my car and store #8077 located on 190 & Airport rrf. Has has BEST customer service rep named cowboy Who went above and beyond and assisting me in my time of need . I m getting my car back on its feet basically & not only did He treat me very respectfully and was very knowledgeable and his professionalism was outstanding. The store manager should be proud to have such an enthusiastic employee in cowboy I recommend he gets a deserves and a definite definite five star rating with a RAISE !!!!!! Kudos to you cowboy great job & thanks. I appreciate everything, you never stare me wrong ! Will always go to this location for some honest & reliable service!!! Customer service at this location is exemplary ! Joshua, the sales associate who help me today was kind, patient, and very knowledgeable. I was assisted over the phone before I even came in the store by another associate named Troy. He was great and knew his stuff as well ! The store manager was the cherry on top ! These guys are a strong team who will keep brick and mortar stores open and successful. I will continue to cross town for this type of service. This store embodies community and supreme service !Thanks, again.

Oh how I wish I could remember the incredible young man that assisted me and my husband in our hour of need, Sunday, January 23, 2022 around 7 pm. He found the perfect battery in stock and provided excellent customer service. He went as far as to replace (very cold night) our battery for us and helped us get back on route to home. His attitude was superb! I highly recommend this store. (NOTE: I had called and said we were being towed there and the representative said if we couldn't get there before closing at 8pm, to let him know and he would help get to a store that would be open and able to help!).

Always my go-to stop for parts and such. On average cheaper than the rest, rewards perks are great and everyone at this location is always polite and ready to get things right with you. Been doing business with Advance for years and will continue to do so. They may be all "model" stores, but this is one of the nicer kept ones I frequent.

Once again, great service, at store #8077 on Gauze blvd . John and Ariana both helped put my (difficult) wipers on my car in this blistering heat!!! I've been going to this store now for 5 years. Always easy to purchase whatever my car needs, or order it. Thank you so much.

Went to get my service engine soon light checked by these guys no one in the store both employees huddled around the register(no social distancing no masks, good job guys). One guy says that we don't have the machine, the other guy says no one's really doing that right now. Please get your story straight guys. As far as others not doing I literally went to a different Advance Auto yesterday and they were going to do it, but I didn't have enough time on my lunch break and they were pretty busy.

They didn't have the first three choices of windshield wipers I wanted, so I ended up purchasing the most expensive ones. Fortunately they have been excellent. The staff that helped me were very good about it and installed them for me even though I was going to do it myself.

The women who helped me was very helpful, she informed me there was a coupon online today for after Thanksgiving sale. Just what I needed after black Friday shopping! Wohoo! After ordering a new battery I went back to the store and she instilled it. Ordering online was easy. Thank you Advance!

We are driving down Interstate 12 heading to a beach vacation. On this Memorial Day weekend. Stopped to get gas and when we started the truck back up, hesitation. Continued heading east and decided to go ahead and get the battery now. Pulled into Advance Auto Parts. Daniel came right out, tested our battery, dead cell, battery out, cleaned cables, new battery in, paid and on our way within 30 minutes. Great customer service, good price, thank you!

Its ok, its been hit and miss over the years. It really depends on whos working. Fair prices usually in and out and it greatly helps that you are knowledgeable on what you need. Because certain employess will be lost in the fog.

Worst place to go. I purchsed a brake line hose from this store and not even 24 hrs later the hose is leaking from the compression fitting. I called and they want me to take it off and bring it to them. I understand they need it but i clealy cant drive with out it. I suggested to drive the vehicle up there to show then so i can get a replacement. They didnt resolve their faulty product. This is why i never go anywhere else besides Oriellys. Poor quality parts, and staff. I wish i could do less than 1 star....

Service was A1 and prices are great. They even let me make a repair in the parking lot because I really needed to. They also know their automotive parts VERY well.

Caused me a lot of head ache n list of money due to them giving the wrong part saying that its guaranteed that they are the right parts otherwise me losing $250 at my work and taking so much longer to get the car off my lift n out my Bay to start something else otherwise the service is turning taking the parts for you but I will double check them
