Was EXTREMELY rude of the jump over a lift kit. It was VERY unnecessary and VERY unprofessional. You can decline service to a customer without being disrespectful. I am not the first customer they have done this to and I m sure I won t be the last. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

I went in because I needed a wheel alignment done. They scheduled it for 2 days later. I arrived early in the morning, they also gave me a ride home. They called me several hours later and said the car was ready and went to pick it up. The real one that was perfect

I had some tire trouble and even though they don t specialize in tires, they still took the time to help me and found the problem which I was able to fix quickly. Five star service, especially when the younger man knows some sign language! That was a surprise bonus! Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I picked Accurate because it looked like, by the reviews, they are professionals. VW GTI. I had hit a serious pothole that blew the tire, bent the rim, and threw the alignment way off. I wanted the job done right. Chris and Jerry diagnosed that there was no major damage and had me out of the shop in an hour and a half. The car is perfect.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Jerry is awesome. Very experienced and will take the time to explain what is wrong with your vehicle and help you out. My vehicle had started steering oddly. He found my lower ball joint was very loose and almost coming off the car. He tightened everything up and didn't charge me a dime. Very hard to find that kind of service these days!

Mr. Jerry checked my 2011 Durango saying my fuel pump was bad. That meant he had to pull the fuel tank. He checked recalls and said there was one regarding the fuel system but it wouldn't affect the problem. He pulled the tank, replaced the pump and when that didn't solve the problem he pulled the tank and replaced the pump again. When that didn't solve the problem he fixed the recall issue. The FREE recall issue. That fixed it! Mr Jerry charged me a little over $800 dollars for the time and parts he spent and bought for his misdiagnosis. $800 for a free recall issue. I clearly felt like I had to pay for the man's mistakes. Have not been back since. One star was for his place of business was clean.

I have been bringing my vehicles there for years their rates are always comparable or lower than any where else on the Northshore. Personal I have never received a lower quote from another mechanic shop on any of my repairs.The owner used to has a shop in New Orleans (Claiborne Tire and Auto Services). Some of his loyal customer travel across the lake to have their vehicles serviced by his shop. Even seen some very high end classic cars being serviced there.Between the three guys that work there I'm sure they have more mechanical experience than a full dealer's mechanic shop.

He is so honest!He was very busy and I just stopped by ( thought i needed a alignment)Did not charge me and told me it was just the type of tire )He said he sold tires for years and knew all about this tire.. must rotate them every 5,000 milesThank you again!

Went in for alignment but was given diagnostic check of problems to take care of before alignment issue given free of charge. I really appreciated that. Prices are little expensive but excellent customer service and accurate diagnosis

I would recommend this place to everybody that lives in this area.l had a bearing go out on my truck.I was stranded he called a wrecker to pick me up and take me to his shop then he fixed it for me so I will not be stranded and had me back on the road.By the way I was about 350 miles away from home. I can not thank him enough.
