I ordered a set of injectors for my Can Am Defender. When my parts arrived I noticed numbers on my injectors in a paint pen, scarring in the injectors, and the electric clip broken on one of them. I tried calking multiple times with no answer. I emailed them and received a response that the injectors would need to be sent back for inspection. I asked if I would receive a return label for shipping and after 2 days with no response I called and got Candice on the phone. She told me the tech that made the decision on a return label was at lunch and she would call me back when he returned. No call back. I called again the following day with no answer. Emailed again and received a response that I would not receive a return label. I sent the injectors back and asked for a refund since the parts were broken. I then received an email that new injectors were on the way. I responded and let them know I wanted a refund and the response was a refund was not approved and all sales, even broken parts, were final. The paint pen numbers were supposedly from flow testing. After speaking with several other parts folks, no one can explain why new injectors need to be flow tested unless they are refurbished. Very disappointed in the service. Attached are the photos of the new injectors I received.

Ordered front engine seal and rear transmission seal- both received within 3 days however the transmission seal was way too small for the shaft on my 2017 RZR XP4 1000 Turbo- contacted company supplied the requested pictures was going to just ask for replacement but the rudeness in responses made me decide to just refund my money for the transmission seal as I was able to find one locally and then to be told as sales final . Not even offer an exchange to keep the sale and a good review . Well they actually kept the sale and I am stuck with a worthless $30 rubber seal I will never be able to use even though the company says I need an entire kit - I have watched many utube videos and saw this product advertised and took the word of those using the product as a positive endorsement- my experience was not at all positive except for the speed of delivery- I have a home repair shop and network with literally hundreds of SXS groups and will never recommend this company to anyone as most of us are do it yourselfers for repairs and maintenance

If anybody curious how my tune went, I told warranty killer to keep the $800 I spent and am paying another company to complete it. So don t be surprised by the long response like every other bad review they get. I m the one that decided $800 wasn t worth the aggravation.

Terrible company to deal with. I ordered the right side transmission case for my razor. The right side showed up but was. The wrong case. I ve been emailing them for the last 2 weeks and still have nothing resolved other than they said sorry about your luck if you return it it s a 45% restocking fee. This is a 430.00 plus case. Every time I email them they say we emailed you and you re skipping email threads yet I don t receive these so called emails. Terrible customer service they are rude in their emails that they do respond to. Don t buy from these guys unless you want to donate your money or anything is not right.Update. First of all I did not need the left side I needed the right side and the case you sent was slightly different for my application and would NOT fit period. I explained this in my emails to you. I also told you if you could show me that the case I ordered would fit my application I would pay the restocking fees. NOBODY returned my email (Shocker). Your company does not operate professionally.

Highly recommend!! This company goes above and beyond to educate and help get the best results out of bike performance. Best email responses and very easy to do with. I run Warranty Killer tunes on all 3 of my bikes and love it. These tunes really wake their machines up.

Do not recommend....ordered parts 2 months ago never got parts...nor have I gotten my money back....shipping sucks....communication sucks.....over all bad experience.....ordered parts from a competitor got them in 3 days not to mention they were $200 cheaper

Like always great service and staff to rely on getting u the right parts for your ride made of great quality material for my ride have had no problems with parts I ordered for primary clutch they have held up to my abuse I put my can am to the test so I will be back to this site cause of awesome parts and gd people to help you out

Brought my 21 defender here to get tuned by Quinton Daniels. Got me on the schedule in and out very quick Painless experience more than happy with the tunning on my defender I'm talkin night and day difference in my bike highy recommend!!!

Warranty killer performance isn't nothing besides scammers id definitely not recommend doing business with them I ordered some rods for $518 and there machine shop was 8 weeks out I told them at the same time of purchase when there online thing said they were in stock just to send me my money back! THEY REFUSE TO SEND ME A REFUND!!!!! I ORDERED TOP LOAD RODS FROM JEFF ROSS AND THEY WERE SHIPPED IN 2 DAYS AND DEFINITELY WAS A GOOD GUY TO DO BUSINESS WITH! On the other hand it's now almost May and warranty killer performance hangs up the phone call everytime I call and refuses to send me my money back as well as refuses to give the banks any information. I AM really disappointed with the business and I hope no one else has this happen to them. Warranty killer performance I will take this as far as I need to even if I have to lawyer up.

They are scammers. Refuse to send my buddies product back to them. They were sent a set of turbos for testing purposes and etc. back in October of 22. They have kept making excuses after excuses and finally after not receiving any follow ups he asked them to send them back to him and even paid for the label and yet they refuse to send the product back to him. Very unprofessional to say the least. Do not recommend this company to anyone. These units are not even out on the market and have not even been produced yet and are playing around with a product that could cost his company THOUSANDS Of dollars. Stop making excuses and simply return their product. Stop wasting both of y all s time. And no this review will not get taken down until the owner of this company fixes what he has done and simply returns the product to the rightful owners

Top notch experience always helpful. Bought a pv3 and custom tune from them, had to change it twice due to adding mods a while after getting it tuned and they were happy to edit the file and send me a new one! 10/10 shipping was also sweet! Fast shipping considering it had to get shipped to Canada

Ordered a switch. got the order confirmation, money withdrawn, shipping status was blank. Emailed sales, no response, 2 weeks later still nothing...... Definitely will not be doing business with them again.Edit: Ordered on 2/22 and it did arrive 3/14 after contacting you on 3/4 through email with no response. You had to contact the vendor and have them actually ship it out on 3/10 after I contacted you again.

I ordered a pv3 tuner and wkp performance tunes. I give them 4 start because the shipping was fast and quality was excellent. Now with the tune itself. The process took about 2 weeks. It took 5 days to receive the tuner not bad considering it come from west to east coast lol. I sent the file to them on Monday and had my new custom tune file on Friday. The only reason I took one stay away is because it was very hard to get them on the phone. Now that s not saying they have bad service. They was definitely available and very fast responding via email and messenger. I m just old and would rather talk in the phone. But I get it the world is changing. I did have some problems installing onto my xmr. However that was just from my lack of knowledge. All in all I am very pleased and would do business with warranty killer performance again.I will also add that the tune they created for my xmr is amazing. Man this thing is nasty now. Good job wkp very happy customer.

Awsome team, customer service is great. I brought my bike in to run it on the dyno and get a custom tune for the bike. These guys have gone above and beyond to make sure my bike is up and running with top performance.

Awful customer service one they get your money. It doesn't matter. Terrible response and completely unprofessional. Steer clear of them. 0 stars wasn't and option.Edit 3/3/23I was lucky to enough to wise up and not go through the purchase after reading all reviews and lack of response. Do yourself a favor and steer clear. unless you just want to throw money away.

Ordered a part a tried to cancel within 1.5 hrs of placing the order, received an email the next day saying we had to fill out a form and it would be 20% restocking fee. Tried to call to get my restocking fee back and just pay for shipping but they would not budge. Sounds like this company get a lot of cancelations.

If your ordering a reverse chain,save yourself some money and order from Specialized ATV directly. If you catch them on sale,they are less than half the price. Nowhere on WKP website that I readdid it say they sell spatv chains,but they are drop shipped from there when you purchase.

This company is a RIP OFF tried to purchase a front diff was spending $1800 + and the website stated in stock customer service argued with me that the site did not say that but to top it off someone pays for extra shipping�on top of the cost of the product and was not going to receive it in the time frame stated in the shipping arrangement had to contact by email to then find out their vender did not have the item anyways and told they would contact can am and request one from them i then asked if there was a way to contact the Can am warehouse to ask how long it could take for the product the customer service agent was rude and chuckled as if it was a funny question.. when it seems like a reasonable question! they also TAKE 20% of our money�for cancelation fee!! when that said company�is the one not abiding by the timeline stated !!Would Never recommend this company to anyone unfortunately....stay clear

300 dollar purchase, received the WRONG 600 dollar part. I returned the wrong part and received 300 dollar credit but not the $47 for shipping back their mistake. they said tuff luck. AFTER it was all done they then told me i returned it wrong, therefore they can not pay any return shipping.I asked for a equal $50 discount on future purchase? NO!long story short, it cost me $47 bucks to purchase nothing at warranty killer. I never got the correct part."customer service" needs to learn what CSM means.i was not asking for anything above and beyond what i paid for. (well 3 bucks for simple math, but they could of countered to 45)buyer beware!I will be sharing my experience.

UPDATE:Highly upset placed and order Tuesday 12/1/20 and paid for 2 day shipping. Even called to make sure my parts would be here Friday 12/4/20. Well here it is Friday and no parts and now I can't get anyone on the phone to tell me what the hold up is. Now I'm missing a ride I had planned for Saturday. If I knew I was gonna miss the ride I could have ordered from the dealer. Parts arrived on 12/7/20 and they were the wrong parts I can't get anyone on the phone to resolve the issue. I'll delete this and write a better review if the issue is ever resolved. As of now I'd give negative starts if I could.

I was really skeptical after reading reviews. I think it comes down to knowing and reading what you re are buying! My buying experience was great. I got updates telling me when they were packing my order and when it had shipped and I got exactly what I ordered! I will do business again.

We ran the rollers in our Can Am Pro Turbo and they failed 3 times in a row and cost us DNF s at 2 races. On top of that we had to had to overnight a clutch that they had after weeks of promises that it would be done and got charged over $ 400 freight and it arrived in 5 days. Asked owner to make an adjustment to invoice based on his shipping choice and his answer was I will turn you over to collections if you don t pay in full. We will never do business with them again !!!

Listen people reviews are the life of a business and if you dont pay attention to the listing details of the part you are ordering it is your own fault not the business's. I just purchased a part for W.K.P. then I went and looked at the reviews I was nervous due to the shipping reviews they received. I want to be clear about this. My part said it was in stock ready to ship. I received a confirmation of the order within a couple minutes and then received a tracking number by end of business hours same day! I ordered my part on the 13th I just received it today which is the 15th now if that isnt surprisingly fast shipping then I dont know what is! I'm an very glad I purchased the part before I read the reviews because had I seen the shipping reviews beforehand I wouldn't have bought thru them. Pay attention to the listing details and you wont be let down! I will definitely be doing business with WKP in the future! Thanks again WKP for the great service!

Have used this company for many upgrades on my utv. I recently got them to tune my bike and I couldnt be happier. Can't wait for my next upgarde!!!
