Lady got angry with me because I ve never had an oil change so I couldn t tell her what kind of oil my car takes. And she hung up the phone when I d call her. Terrible service

The staff in this service department was very helpful and friendly. I had a tire that was beyond what a plug would repair. Wire was coming through. They were able to find an almost match to the three good tires that I had and the cost did not break me. I also had an oil change where all fluid levels were checked including wiper blades.Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

A team of people who work together for the betterment of the Customer. The team of people I experience today at the Walmart located in Shreveport on the corner of youree and industrial loop was very professional. Everyone I encountered was very polite and friendly. I highly recommend this walmart to anyone who need tires and a oil change. They were really busy. Usually you get a not so favorable response from them if you come at a busy time. However at this site the young man who checks you in said we have this amount of cars ahead of you. But we can have you ready to go in 30minutes. I was very impressed by the way he handled the situation. He was true to his words. I was ready in 30 minutes. As always who can beat walmart prices.. very economical! Thanks for taking care of my car needs.

We got our auto serviced here today, oil filter, full synthetic oil. Can't lay down under engine as I get Vertigo so bad I hurl and continue to be sick until the next day. Getting old isn't for Sissy's.

They charged me for road hazzard and tire rotation to the tune of $90 and refused to honor itafter a month then wouldn't return my money!!!

Purchased tires, service was fine.timing was good, no kind waiting.They forgot to return my "Donut" per my request overall service was fine. I have to go back this pm to get my spare tire.

Excellent service. I had bought some tires online I'm came in to get them installed they received me pretty quickly And help me out in less than an hour. Great attitude from the attendants too.

If this is the Walmart on Youree Drive and Bertkouns do not go here to get any auto work done. The workers are rude and unprofessional. I pulled up to get an oil change. I waited under the tent for an employee to come. 15 minutes pass no one comes out when there are clearly workers under the shop who can see me waiting. So i finally park and get out to go talk to the associate inside the auto center. I told her i need an oil change. She goes out to ask the workers in they can do it. One of the female workers say "Were closed for a hour and thirty minutes. Come back." I told her they could have told me that when i was out in the car waiting for 15 minutes! Or they could have atleast put a sign up! The associate inside just gets an attitude and tells me to come back later . I tell her i wont be coming back ever to let them do ANYTHING to my car. I will stick to getting my oil changed at the Walmart in Shreveport on kings highway. They have much better customer service and management.

I am truly impressed at the level of customer service that I have received within the last week and a half ago at Walmart at the auto center! From Mr Terry, to Ms Traci and their staff!!! I have 4 new tires on my car! I'm just excited about how they all made me feel special and ensured that i was getting the best for my money!!! Thank you guys ill be back!!!

I called and asked if they could put tires on my car since it was late in the evening. He said they could do that and I went to the store within reasonable time and another employee said they couldn't. So I went home and first thing the next morning I went back to Walmart for my tires. They couldn't do then because they had just painted the floor in the shop.

I guess I should have expected it to take over 2 hours for a tire to be changed. Stopped at 7:30 am to get there before anyone else and left at 9:47 am. They were nice but it wasnt quick.

Whole process took about 25 minutes from drive up to drive out. Had a choice of Castro, valvoline, or Mobil 1 syn. Went with Mobil 1, all for $53, best deal around

Good services here. I don't feel like I'm being screwed over by the mechanics and the price is relatively low compared to other auto care centers.

I left after a hour and a half of waiting. They took over 45 minutes on the vehicle in front of me, and had five guys working on it.

Get notified that my tire were in. Arrive and wait 2hrs. Then get told the tire is not there. Thanks for wasting my time.
