This is the second time in a month I came in to get work done, and they said that they were closing early because they didn't have enough techs. If you are a business that stays open until 7, then you need to have the resources to make that promise. Or, change your hours to say "...7pm (provided enough people working)." Walmart won't ever fire someone, or hire extra techs in case the one they should fire doesn't show up. Posting this comment won't make a difference either, I just think it's bad business.

Prices on the internet are not accurate for oil change but they matched the online price. Very nice people. Service was great and fast.

This review is on the Walmart auto care center in Blanchard. I really like this place. They do a good job and they are not overworked or they handle their business better than the one in Bossier. I think the one in Bossier is just too busy. They don't have enough mechanics or techs to handle that load. But I have not encountered that at Blanchard Walmart Auto Center.

I caught something in my tire driving home from work so I went to the nearest Walmart because that is where I bought the tires from and I also bought the full road hazard warranty on them. Their website said they opened at 8am today. So I sat there and waited until 8 to go in while my tire pressure continued to get lowerI walked in and before I could even tell them why I was there I was rudly informed they weren't doing any work until 9 or 10. They had a crew of people there. I told them I had a flat I wouldn't make it anywhere and I had warranty with them on the tires. They refused to help me. I'm pretty sure I ruined my tire driving a mile up the road to a tire center my psi was 3 by the time I pulled in. I trusted Walmart for their service and they failed and cost me more money out of pocket than I should have spent. There would have been no need to replace my tire had they not refused me service during open business hours. I won't be buying tires with any Walmart ever again.

Awesome!! They quick and got the job done!! I was really impressed with not having to wait an entire hour for an oil change and 4 new tires!! I will be coming back and sending family and friends as well.

Great price on an oil change 25 dollars cheaper than the normal place I go I usually pay 77 it was 43 and some change here

For oil change, tires, batteries it's a good place to go. Gets backed up on occasion. Competitive pricing. Good people to work with.
