WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!! THE LOCKED DOOR IS A SAFETY HAZZARD WITH NO ONE MANNING THE COUNTER!! NEVER FEAR FOLLOWERS IM CONTACTING THE CADDO PARISH FIRE MARSHALL BECAUSE LOCKED DOORS WITH NO ONE TO LET YOU OUT IS A HUGE VIOLATION!! LOOK OUT WALMART FINES WILL FOLLOW YOU!!! YOU GET WHAT YOU DESERVE!!

It took 3 Walmart Auto Centers to answer the phone! Wasn't too excited helping and then when I asked what the new battery would cost, she fell apart..You have one job.Went to Kriger Battery instead ;) Out in 5 minutes.

Came here on Friday for a battery just before 10 am. The auto workers were there but they had roped off the shop, so no cars were inside, and weren't doing work on a single car and just said they weren't open yet. We waited around 30 minutes until they opened. Mind you this is not the store hours they posted online or on the auto care entrance. My rating isn't so low because they checked the tire air pressure without prompting, and didn't mind my request to see if the oil needed to be changed.

I've came here a few times with tire issues. The first time the lady was rude and said they couldn't get to us because they were busy, they had 1 car and an hour and half before closing, luckily the young man did it for me and went around her. Went two other time and they were closed early.

Not enough personnel for the multiple customers they receive. And make sure you wait in your car for an attendant. It may take a couple hours.

I was just there to pick up some R-134a refrigerant and Randy not only gave me some great advice but he also saved me about $8 on a purchase that was under 30 bucks. He didn't have to. Could have just rang me up but he chose to pass on a little of his professional knowledge to a customer that never asked for his help. People are just awesome sometimes. Thanks again Randy.

Very rude on the phone when just checking to see if they had a tire I needed in stock.

They don't open as advertised employee said 8 to 5 would be nice if the signs outside said the correct time.

Wanted my oil changed.l told them before they started that my drain plug was bad,as to have to be removed with vise grips and l had a new one to put back in.they said no problem but after waiting l was called back to service desk to be told that my drain plug was in too bad of shape for a wrench or socket to remove.wow

The service was Despicable the employees were grossly inexperienced I was trying to buy tires they knew nothing about tires that was their job where to sell tires they did not have what I want nor did they know how to order
