Was here last summer The generator went out last night. just so happen to be coming past here, figure ill stop,going to be late for my delivery but this stop is worth it..I'll keep you posted

Amazing service by Mitchelle today!We have a 2016 carrier APU and Reefer unit. We came for a PM on the reefer and had a chronic issue with our APU.Mitchelle found the issue - WHICH 6 OTHER CARRIER'S COULDNT - and was able to patch up a leak on our trailer.We will always come here when we can!!Most of all, though, our dog likes them, too!! :)

Mr. Caleb Allen was Excellent! Mr. Allen went above and beyond to ensure the work was done correctly. Manager Robin was outstanding with getting me in quickly of which I am grateful to her for as well. This place is Second to None. I will always have my Refer Unit Serviced/Repaired here from this point forward.

Mitchell is a skilled and knowledgeable tech (sorry if that s not your official title) that enjoys what he does and respects the culture of the company he works for. His manager, Chris took the time out of his day to answer my questions and shared a bit about the history of the company. This was a 10-star experience. They had my loaded trailer in and out within an hour. I wish nothing but continued success for all who work for and with W&B Service Company!

Called ahead and was helped by a young lady. She assisted me and gave me all the info needed. I came in at 11:45 to get an alternator replaced. Was on the road by 12:50. The tech was very helpful and answered all my questions. Everyone I interacted with were all very helpful and polite. The price was a little high but nothing outrageous. Would definitely recommend to anyone needed refer work done. Their yard is plenty big and you have major truck stops within a few miles if the repairs will take long.

These guys are awesome. They came out with in 30 minutes of my call. Chris came out in the rain and fixed my lift gate. He was very professional and gave me great advice on servicing my trucks. I am definitely using them again especially for preventive maintenance. It is rare to find someone that you can trust with fixing truck problems and it s done right. I truly believe I have found guys that I trust with my buisness!! Thanks guys!!

I contacted this service company this morning and received a return call from the Mechanic Larry. Larry was also the Mechanic that worked on my Carrier Refrigeration unit. I am completely grateful for the professionalism and support I received from this business. 5 stars all the way. If ever in need of repairs the Shreveport, Louisiana location is a great place for help

After our reefer unit had quit working AGAIN we reached out to this company hoping for some answers after hours. We got put in touch with Mitchell who was there waiting for us when we arrived and got right to work. Needless to say, it is finally fixed and working properly. We are very happy with the service provided from Mitchell. Thank you for getting us back rolling!

Thanks God Larry was on duty Saturday, September 17. He just new with an inspection what the Carrier Unit had and started working on it. Fast arriving and fast fixing the unit. I wish every personnel in Transicold could be like him.

I was referred to W&B services in Dallas. I just so happen to see there is one in Shreveport, La the Technician Mitchel was very knowledgeable and proficient at his job. If you are located in the area and need an service done on your APU I definitely will recommend this spot

If you have a fontain trailer or flat bed this is a good place to have your trailer repaired. Good people to work with. Parts dept will go out of their way to get you back on the road .making money

Got company trailer right in and did repairs, and welding repairs in timely manner. I was in and out within 75 minutes. They are nice folks here to. Come here before you try anyone else. Big rear graveled lot for trailers to.

Outstanding service. Friendly and professional staff. Very fast response time. I needed work done on the lift gate to my truck and these guys were the only ones who even sounded interested in helping me out. A person took the call and after taking the location and details of the problem, I received a call back from the technician. It only took about 15 to 20 mins for them to respond. And another 15 mins to get to my location. All of this on a really busy day for them. Overall extremely exceptional service. Very pleased. 5 stars. Two thumbs up.

Larry took great lengths to find and repair my reefer. Even in the cold temp he worked until my reefer was complete and running back the way it should.ThanksSquare mile transportation

First worker sent out didn t know what he was doing. Had us sitting for hours the next guy came and got the refer started in a matter of minutes. If you ask me it s a little overpriced
