Unprofessional service. Not what a customer expects, after paying $92, from a place who's primary business is changing oil. To start with, they set a big multi gallon plastic oil container directly on my aftermarket K&N air filter, crushing a number of the filter folds, and then spilling oil onto/into the filter. (They had already tried using their oil hose but it was not working correctly). What engine oil changer "professional" employee would cavalierly determine that was a solid place to set and rest something heavy on, let alone spill a lot of oil onto/into? This is a basic domestic small block V8 engine bay, not some high dollar exotic that maybe they are not familiar with. Additionally, they sloppily poured and spilled oil all over numerous parts of my once very clean, detailed and maintained engine and bay. Additionally, there were 5-6 oily full hand prints smeared on my fender's and hood's paint. After getting home I immediately noticed all the oil prints on my paint, then opened my hood and saw all of the spilled oil. I had already cleaned 90% before deciding to take pictures, so they do not accurately depict the number and level of oil spills. A team of men actually has to work to make that much of a disaster. May not seem like a big deal to some because it is "just" an older 2016 Charger R/T Black Top, but some of us owners actually try to take care of our vehicles, outside, inside and underside. My exterior paint and underhood engine bay is maintained to near new cleanliness. For Valvoline employees to have such little regard and lack of respect questions the very basics of what kind of training they receive, let alone what modicum of standards they and the managerial staff are held to. Because some of us customers may not be able to afford expensive new vehicles, please instill in your employees to have a level of respect and institutional knowledge while working for Valvoline, even if they don't respect themselves, because your customers have to rely on their vehicles for their families and livelihoods and have to make them last as long as possible.

Got a great deal on my latest oil change and the young man who waited on me was very helpful and informative. He even noticed that I was very overdue in changing my wipers. I also like that they carried the RainX wipers.Very fast service too!

This was the best experience very polite staff. I went in for an oil change and they told me I didn't need an oil change but I just wanted to double check. They didn't even charge me.He even told about a back tire that needs to be replaced. I would have had it replaced right there and then if they provided this service.

I have used them for several years.. staff is always nice, but I noticed oil in my garage and asked my husband to check. This is the second time my filter has been loose. Thankfully my husband checked and was able to get it tightened.I will NO LONGER bring my car or my daughters car back here.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I always choose this location (fern loop) because no matter who is working that day I am greeted with kindness and they always do a great job! Usually pretty fast too. The staff has excellent communication with each other as well as the customers.

I went this morning..just needed some air in my tire. The chick let's out 12 pounds of air and says the tire won't air up and tells me I need a new valve stem. I leave and go to a tire shop down the street. They air my tire up in a few seconds, with no issues. Smh

Very professional and prompt. The guys work as a team and pay attention to every detail. I was very comfortable with the service and discounts . Everyone was very kind. I will come back for every service needs for my new car from now on. Dean was amazing and explained every process done to my car. I usually go to the one on Gilbert, but I specifically needed a new inspection sticker and the guy that does inspections was out that day. This valvoline location is really nice. Obviously it's newer, but the employees were friendly and had great attitudes (which goes a long way with me. One of my top listed pet peeves is a rude employee.) (When you're working you're representing the person/company that writes your paycheck so fake it if you have to!) They did an excellent job and I'm still loyal to Valvoline as a brand and company. ALSO they have a legit car wash with great vacuums and when you get a service with them they'll give you 50% off the wash. Keep up the great work!

Been using this business's service since 2013. Wednesday's in the past was women's day & you got 15% off & after every oil change you got a free wash. Not sure if they still do it, haven't made a Wednesday in years due to my schedule & I haven't been seeing any free wash coupon's on my receipts lately .There service is so fast & friendly, you don't even have to get out of your car. Very convenient! If you'd like to wait inside they have free popcorn in the popper machine & If you provide them with an email, they'll send you coupons for future service needs.

I called ahead and was offered coupons. They sent me one via text. I was able to pull in, get my oil changed, offered discounted services, and provided excellent service. This is a great location for a quick and professional experience. The staff was very professional and courteous. Overall, the respectful attitude resonated with me.A bonus, there is a car wash and vacuum attached to this oil change location. It's very convenient and resourceful for a very busy individual. Because of the discount, I only ended up paying $24.00 for a full oil change. Originally, the price was around $46.00 for nonsynthetic, and $69.00 for synthetic.If you're a cheapskate, it's still cheaper to go to AutoZone or O'Reilly's and buy your own materials and change your own oil. But if you're very busy and low on cash, call and ask for a coupon, if possible. Best of luck and stay road safe!

The guys at this location had that rare blend of professionalism, kindness and courtesy. Any one of those things is rare these days, but put all three together? You've got a winner! They did not try to sell me something I did not need. They did not make me feel like something bad was going to happen if I didn't buy a certain brand or a certain type. They were always very open with what the price of everything would be. And even helped me figure out how to erase the 'need oil change' alert on my car dashboard. I'm sorry that I did not get the names of those that helped me. The gentleman that took my order and talked me through everything ... I think his name was Sebastian. I could be wrong. I often am. Even the guys that were helping other customers, I noticed that they too had that rare blend of three fine attributes. I'll be back when I need to be back. And I will highly recommend this location. Good work guys!

Not sure how this place has 5 stars. I came to get a quick oil change and it took 4-5 men to do it. They took my skid plate off to change the oil & then decided to inform me that before they took it off, it was hanging. I would ve liked to have seen it hanging before they removed it. Then they made a mess with the oil all under my hood & laughed & joked about it the whole time. It was very unprofessional and didnt seem like experts you can trust. Miguel and Larry were both fast and efficient. They were professional, friendly and fast. Let me know about issues but don t overly recommend. Was in and out in 40 minutes, that includes a tire rotation. Highly recommend to make the dreaded oil change a more pleasurable experience! Thank you!!!

Service here was friendly and as quick as can be. Pricey based on the service I needed however cheaper than the dealership by a large margin. The upselling while I understand does get old when clear just want an oil change and not having a lot of time. Would recommend this location to anyone due to their professionalism and speed, plus get a car wash after.

Tyrone and Kendall were very attentive and kind. I appreciated both of them communicating recommendations and diagnosing immediate needs. I love this location! I will definitely have my husband come here and use this location in the future. They did my transmission oil change in the pouring rain! Can t beat that.

This will be the last time I use these guys. I have not one but now two times they did not tighten the oil filter on my truck all the way. I now have a large oil puddle on my driveway. So disappointed in their attention to detail.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

First and last time I ever go to this place. I first went to the one on Kings Hwy. After going there on two different occasions and being told that they did not have the filter for my car, they finally told me to go to the one on Fern. After spending a very long time waiting, they eventually pulled my car in and began the oil change. As they were doing the oil change they came to tell me that they did not have the filter for my car either! I was told I would have to go purchase and change it on my own. Then I was asked that even though they did not have the air filter for my car they did have the filter for the cabin and would I like to have that change. Thinking at least they are making an effort to remedy the situation I was happy to accept that filter. But as I was paying I was charged $40 for that cabin filter!!!!! If they had asked me if I wanted to purchase that filter I would have said NO!!!!! And after all of that they could not even figure out how to get my car sensor to stop popping up for an oil change. I am extremely upset to say the very least. And to make matters even worse I lost at least 3 hours total of my time trying to get my oil changed only to have to go purchase the stupid filter myself later.....

First and last time using this Valvoline oil change location. The workers all seemed friendly, so I didn t notice at first. The worker who was registering my car added 300,000 miles to the mileage number I gave him. The next guy who saw that insisted I use Maxlife or you ll just be coming back to us sooner. Then they tried to tell me all these services I needed to keep my car running smoothly. But I don t even have 50,000 miles on my 2015 car. Adding mileage to the account to up-charge people on services seems so shady. I don t know much about cars, so I value honesty.

I ve been using this location for the past two years and I could not be a happier customer. As a lady who doesn t know too much about her car, I am very worried about being taken advantage of. Went in for an oil change and the service was great as usual how I used the carwash service and my side mirror was torn off. When I talked to the manager, he immediately said they were not liable and he didn't even attempt to offer anything to try in compensate my lost. Not even a simple apology! I had my inspection sticker renewed here and I'll be happy to be back. As far as inspection sticker renewal goes, this place is my go to place from now on. Valvoline team at this location was very coordinated and quick to address what I came to do.

First few times I went to this place for an oil change, I had no problems. I go there for an oil change one day and leave thinking everything was usually good, but after 20min of driving, smoke was coming from under the hood which never happened before with my car. I take it back up there the next day and the manager checks into it and tells me that I have an oil leak and should take it to a mechanic to get it fixed. I didn t have an oil leak before I got my oil changed there. I ended up taking it to a mechanic where they looked into it and told me that there is no oil leak, the people at valvoline just wasted oil on my engine and without telling me, allowed me to drive away. That oil could have caught fire if hot enough. The people at the mechanic cleaned it off and I had to allow the remaining oil to finish burning off bit by bit. I will not by taking my car to this Valvoline again

WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED!!! They sprayed oil all over my engine and battery and did an absolute terrible job of cleaning up the mess they made. Also the oil left be behind cause my battery to slide off the holding tray which caused the tray to break.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I will not be going back to Valvoline. They checked my tires and said they were fine. I left there went to the store and my check tire light came on. Got home to find they didn t put the cap back on 2 of my tires and the tire pressure read 26. It should be at 35! Tried to call and speak to a manager and of course you get put on hold for 10 minutes for the lady to come back to the phone and say sorry the manager is not available! Don t worry because I won t be back! Very careless poor customer service so they can get you in and out.
