Colton and Paul were rockstars on getting parts and service for my older Detroit Diesel, which is getting harder and harder to do. A two day wait turned into a new four hours, absolute champs.

These people are down to earth work horses. A great blend of professional attitude and the grit necessary to get your truck fixed. Not one person was sitting around anywhere. I was very impressed. Oh and they get the job done ... correctly

Edited my review from 5 stars to 1 star .Since Tom left, this place has fell off a cliff . Have a truck that's been there over a week, I asked them in person any ETA on when they would be able to look at my truck, I got two guys looking at me like a goat staring at a new fence. One of the guys looks at a calendar on the wall with nothing written on it, he then says maybe tomorrow or the next day. Absolutely no concern for customer service.

This place is a rip off was told ova the phone that ll it ll cost $149 plus tax to get truck turned up once it was finished total price was $712 so after we argued about that I had to still pay a $149 plus tax just to get back to factory settings...! Neva will I Ever come back here or recommend

They were expensive and they took a while. But they did really good work! I will definitely take my truck back

Well my 2013 freightliner broke down...they charged $650 for a diagnostics and said the tanks had to be dropped and cleaned, the fuel lines washed out, 6 banger injectors changed and a new fuel pump.....first quoted at $8000 then the final bill was at $14,000 for the quote....Schaefer diesel across the street wouldnt touch it....found another mechanic on the westside of Shreveport who told me it was it was the fuel pump only....$1500 for the part and $750 for the labor....got it changed and made it back to Los Angeles to have my mechanic look at it.....these guys are like a bad lube job drive thru selling you services you dont even need and way overcharging you probably to make their commissions......HONESTY will bring you business. These people would not even change just the fuel pump if they could NOT do the full job they said needed to be done....SHAME on these folks for taking advantage of barely making it Owner Operators just trying to feed their families

I wasn't at United engines, I was across the highway at the blue beacon truck Wash but United engines look good from across the road so I'm giving it five stars

Their price are rediculous,This people charge me $445 labor to change one brake chamber.and i had my part.
