Everything about the process was perfect. I am from Houston and drove to Shreveport for the great deals and great service. I like to thank both DeWayne and Mike for a smooth transaction, took less than 45 minutes to complete the transaction. I even got a spare tire and a lock for free everything worked in my favor. Houston had too many fees associated with the purchase they also refused to negotiate the price according to their price guarantee. I will save myself time in the future by my next trailer by reaching out to the Shreveport guys. Awesome experience.

Brandon and the other sales rep I delt with were on point, made the whole experience pleasant, approached with positive attitudes and well adversed. Very happy with my purchase and will be buying from them again. Price point was perfect and the other competitors locally were thousands higher for cheaper quality dump trailers. Great experience.. Drove 8 hours 1 way to get a great deal. They were very attentive and they guy was actually running so I could get back on my 8 hour ride home. Recommend to anyone looking for quality trailer with professional service.

Agreed on a price. They added in an extra $250 in the additional charges and refused to correct the charge the same day as the purchase. Unwilling to honor an agreed upon deal stating all sales are final. They said the lock they would sell me for $100-after looking at receipt they charged $270. My fault for not catching it at time of purchase but Honor the deal or let me return the overcharged lock for a refund. Unable to speak with any manger in regards to the matter.Look at their invoice like a hawk because the will try to add as many charges as possible. Agreed upon discounts not added.

Mike was professional, but personable. I d recommend this place, at least the Shreveport location, to anyone looking for any sized trailer. They had several trailers in the size I was looking for, with differing styles. The pricing was competitive and the guys made the buying experience enjoyable.

I purchased a utility trailer from Shreveport LA. There were only 2 trailers that I could find that would fit my needs (lots of calling other trailer companies) and Shreveport TrailersPlus had 1. I was able to reserve the trailer I needed earlier in the week. Confirm measurements over the phone with Taylor and paid the deposit to have items added to my trailer ready for me to pick up on Saturday morning. I really liked the ease of the process they have in place due to COVID. Everything was ready when I arrived and I was in and out in record time for my 3 1/2 hr trip back home to Texas. I highly recommend this company and most certainly the Shreveport location. Taylor was great!

It was a pleasure working with the gentlemen at TrailersPlus in Shreveport, LA. They were attentive to my desires and worked to meet my needs, answer my questions, and put together a package deal with even more for my money. The paper work was professional, and my safety was their concern as they shared information to heed while trailing. I highly recommend TrailersPlus to anyway needing a trailer. Good experience.

Well after having to reschedule appointments due to freezing weather and work, I finally got the chance to take the 4 hour drive towards Shreveport. About 2 hours in, I was told there wouldn't be anyone there that could help me get the trailer I reserved. Business must be booming so much that a sale doesn't matter. Someone 2 hours into a trip to make it happen, you would think someone would take a short lunch or figure it out to sell their product. Oh well. Won't attempt to buy from Shreveport location again.

Had a great experience. They where the only ones in 3 states that had a trailer I needed in stock. Showed up and they had everything ready to go with all my accessories I requested. Will be buying my next trailer from them also.

The guys at the shop where very professional. The trailer was ready when I got there. The trailer is of good quality. I would suggest that you cut your questions down though. I felt like I was buying a house with all the questions.
