SCAMMERSSSSSSS. Trust the reviews that tell you they scam & sell LEMONS!! Your car will fcck up shortly after you put down on it & then you have to pay them even more to fix it while they still charge you for car payments. After it s fixed & you get the car back something else will fcck up on the car again. & then you re in the never ending cycle of breakdowns-car repair- giving them more money on top of already expensive car notes until you are forced to give the car back or they forcefully repossess it bc you don t wanna pay for a lemon. The day someone sues them forreal is coming. They are so scandalous & think everyone in our community is stupid but I m the one that can see past their bull!! I m helping a friend right now find the best attorney for LEMON LAWS IN LOUISIANA!

Karen at Tommy s Wholesale is very unprofessional and rude . She needs to take a customer service class for sure . My sister purchased a car from them and the day that her note is due Karen call her phone and everyone that she put down as a reference. The experience has just been awful due to Karen s lack of customer service. I wouldn t leave a dog in her care ,that s just how poor her attitude and customer service is.

So after much searching and researching and shopping online and in person, browsing countless posts on more sites than I care to admit, I finally found it!! My newest addition!! I haven't officially named her yet, but I'm super in love with this little baby"tink tink" VW Passat,!! I'm not generally a car person but it just feels right!! The people at Tommy's were knowledgeable and polite, they answered all of my 10,000 questions and then I go it out of there in probably record time. Thanks guys, I love my new baby car!!

I wouldn t say I don t recommend they can get you into a car fast w the right down payment I just got a bad car but buying a used car is a gamble. I just got a bad one needless to say I had it 7 months and drove it maybe 3 months outta those 7 it was in the shop the other 4 months ! I m not leaving a bad review in all honesty I wish I could ve atleast got half of my down payment back. With the down payment and monthly payments and repair cost .. I paid almost 9 grand which was the asking price for the car I just don t see how the owner didn t sympathize or try to keep me as a customer I let the car go back because it couldn t be fixed without more money for the repairs. At the end I feel I was owed more than 1000 back. It s a huge loss but a big lesson learned. I thank all who helped and sympathized with me and the situation you know who you are !! Only if only I could get just a little more back or the full refund of all the repair cost !!

Yall this place is good to go. Adrian was so helpful and considerate of my situation. His product knowledge was impeccable. Even with the large assortment of vehicles, his ability to use the details that I requested he had me in a perfect vehicle quickly. I'm a single dad of four and it's important that I got the lowest payments possible. 10/10

I wish that I could give a negative 5 stars. I didn't even purchase a vehicle from them and they continue to text and call my phone due to me being a reference for someone. I've told them time and time again to NOT contact me. In addition to them continuing to make contact, they TEXT and tell all of the buyers personal business. I would hate to be tied up in a contract with this business.

In May I bought a vehicle from Tommy's, from the start the gas tank wasn't hooked up, so All the gas I bought went straight to the ground . The brakes were bad It needed a motor mount . The vehicle rocks back and forth they claimed they fixed it but didn't!I asked them to give me another vehicle and Tommy's refused. I had to pay for many repairs that I should've had to. The was in the shop six times in five months! My worst experience ever.So buy at your own risk you've been warned!

Yeah I was in a bind and I needed a car fast. I had been looking all over town then I heard about Tommy I went over there and bought an Finity FX from him and it s a good nice clean ride, no problems out of it and the ones that I do have are minor. the people are nice they re friendly there fast there s no beating around the bush and I sell cars, so I m gonna tell you, I would recommend this place to anybody. Go see tommy and the guys.

They sold a lemon to my friend that she didn't even drive for a few days and then had to put in shop and had to pay and they lied about fixing it and a week later it quit and she had to put it back in shop where it took them a month to get to fix it and now they want money for fixing(even though it was under 30 day warranty) and car note I will never buy from them ever. They are acam artists that sell bad cars

I love Tommy and Wes I really love Doug and Chris I love love Rebecca and Karen. This is my go to car lot if it's for myself or one of my children everyone's first car came and will come from here. I still have 4 children to go.

IF I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE -5 STARS I WOULD I BOUGHT A 2007 JEEP COMMANDER FROM THEM AND NOT EVEN A MONTH PASS BY OR A WEEK AND I HAD SOMETHING GO WRONG WITH THE TRUCK I HAD IT FOR 3 MONTHS UNTILL I WAS TIRED OF PAYING FOR THINGS TO BE FIX ON I PUT 3,500 DOWN AND 150 FOR SOME FAKE WARRENTY FOR ME TO BE OUT OF MONEY

If it had a negative star I would give them a negative star!! They Have very bad cars and over priced! I just went and got my money back today. They re rude and unprofessional ! They try to rush you to but a car to put u in their contact! BAD BUSINESS!

I purchased a pre-owned Dodge Caliber, and after a few minor repairs the vehicle runs pretty good. Fast friendly customer service department.

If anything happens to the vehicle you buy they don t care they don t have good services they won t refer you to any good mechanics complain about you being far if you don t happen to live in Shreveport with the vehicle They don t have any services for towing won t Accommodate any fees.

Do not buy cars from them they are selling vehicles that haven t been check and has bad motors I financed a vehicle from them less than 60 days ago!!! Took the vehicle to them several times they didn t fix it and the motor locked up now they trying to make me pay 1500 for their mess up!!bad company and they interest is over 30%but they don t tell you that!

The cars they sale is always something wrong with them. They never want to fix anything after the sale is made final. I have brought brought from them twice because I had no choice and it has been same issue both times.
